Ive been coming here for years and have always been a fan of this place. Lately though, we havent given this theater as much attention as wed like (8 month hiatus or so) due to wanting to watch the big movies on opening weekend for $5 etc. But we realized we missed so many other movies and by the time we remember them, its arrived at the dollar theater. So we came to watch Oblivion yesterday! Woot $2 per head! What impressed us the most was the upgrade in seat material. Its still the same non-stadium seating but theyve upgraded the upholstery from crappy fabric material that gets easily stained and ripped to a faux leather type that was squishier to sit on. Huge improvement. There are some spots on the screen that youll notice on "bright moments" that needs to be wiped down but eh $2 on a big screen! And $1 hotdog! There may be some people unfamiliar with the "smell" of the place, but seriously you cant beat this deal. Theres a CVS down the way to grab candies/snacks too! Id avoid the rest of the restaurants in the plaza though.

Just came here and left without even seeing a movie... My husband went to buy tickets and was told that he would have to pay for our two babies (1 and 2) who were sleeping and who were going to be sitting on our laps. Was definitely not happy about this, as the kids would not be watching the movie or occupying any space so what are we paying for?? I asked for a refund and was told they dont give refunds, although this was not posted anywhere or stated by the cashier before we bought the tickets. I ended up arguing my case with the manager who was extremely rude and banned me from the cinema for pressing for a refund. I was not being offensive or aggressive at all, I just would not take no for an answer as they had not made it clear at any point before we purchased the tickets that they did not do refunds. Needless to say we would not be coming back even if I hadnt been banned.

For the price you really cant beat this place. $2 regular price ticket and $1 on Tuesdays. Its really clean for a dollar theater. I havent tried any of the food yet but it seems pretty reasonable considering the admission price. One of these days Ill try their $1 hotdogs. My only complaint is that the seats dont recline at all and are all facing straight forward so if youre sitting toward the front or toward the side it can get a little uncomfortable by the end of the movie. If you get there early enough though you should be able to find a good seat. Plus for the ticket price you cant really complain.

Okay I am comparing this to other affordable theatres I have been in. The area seemed okay, the parking area is big, shared with a variety of other stores in a plaza type deal. Inside looks fairly clean as do the restrooms. The seating was comfortable for an affordable theatre, I assume because it was once a pacific theatre. Very affordable, something like $2 bucks a pop and dollar hot dogs and everything else is reasonable. Staff fell short, they were just unfriendly and looked bored.......

I love that its 2 dollars per person. The hot dogs are a dollar, although not very big. Popcorn and other stuff is regular price but candy is inexpensive, like 1 dollar. Seating is okay, could be roomier. Overall clean and worth the price. Employees are friendly and theres hardly a wait time. They have great arcade games. Its in a plaza that has all kinds of other food places to eat at and a grocery store. Beats the regular prices at the other theaters!

My family is been coming here for years (15) when it was Starplex. Prices were affordable, $2.00 entrance. Unfortunately under the new owner (AMC) the prices went up and you have to pay 4.95 for a popcorn refill, when it used to be FREE. Now before 4:00pm you will pay $4.99 and after is $6.99 for a movie. I know change is good but sometimes you have to leave things the way they were, To much changes very fast. Sadly(

I come to this movie theater often and the last time I went I was locked out of my vehicle. The management team there pretty much came to my rescue. The employees at the theater are so attentive and helpful every time I visit. The movies change often enough that theres constantly new ones but not so much that you dont get your second chance at seeing them. I do enjoy coming here and love that they have $1 Tuesdays!

Love this theater if your looking to save money or taking kids. I suggest the first movie of the day or middle of the week. Amc stubs members is worth if you go once a month. Yes the theater are old but in good condition, clean and no odor. If your looking to save money this is the best place in the area. If money is no matter go to cinepolis in Pico $29.95 4dx a ticket.

Place sucks seats are slippery sound sucks screen is upwards the seats make you go down never coming here again even mx theaters are better. I would not recommend this place. And we asked for pretzel bites we said less salt and they add a ton so we complained and guess wat they said you asked for salt yea but we asked less salt they didnt even say sorry bad movie theater

For the price of the ticket (and that of their hot-dogs) this place is an excellent value. The theatre is reasonably clean, the movies are fairly current, and the seats are new and comfy. The quality of the projection is quite good, and although we have seen on occasion scratched copies and some glitches, for the most part the movie watching experience is very enjoyable.

This place is amazing, and you cant beat the price. Though it runs new releases later than the major theater chains, its worth waiting to save over half on general admission. Also, the facility is very clean and offers a full snack bar. The only problem involves parking and finding seats. Good luck finding your ideal for either if attending on a weekend!

Like that they show new movies here now, prices are okay better than most other theaters except the Norwalk square theater. The manager is incredibly rude as always, cant believe they kept him on, they should of gotten rid of him when they bought the theater. He was the reason I hated going there before and the reason Im not going to go there anymore.

In the days of $10+ tickets, they only charge $2. The theatre is reasonably clean for a dollar theatre, and the films hit this theatre a few months after release. Occasionally, the film is noticeably used, but never in a way that detracts from the movie experience, and Im real nitpicky when it comes to A/V. They also can show movies in 3D here!

HORRIBLE!! first time i went old Caucasian mgr with white hair gave me dirty looks for being hispanic and slammed ticket on counter!! Second time i went young Caucasian guy at box office refused to sell me a ticket because movie started couple minutes!!! Also gave me bad look! What the hell??!! I guess Hispanics are not welcome here!!!

Older movies for a buck or two or 3 or 4 dependant if its a Tuesday awesome place $ hot dogs yes sometimes its a bit dirty but who cares why do ppl complain for a buck I mean really if its that bad go to a regular theater n pay $15 I guarantee you will always find a flaw nothing is perfect just saying so point is awesome place to go to!
