Main Street Cinema is one of those attractions you usually walk by and dont give a second glance until you get an annual pass and you actually take time to enjoy all the little things Disneyland has to offer. Take 30 minutes to view each cartoon and appreciate what Walt Disney brought to the world of animation. Each film is full of character and charm and will transport you back to a different time, before dragon ballz and talking trucks. It is also a fantastic respite from the crowds on Main Street. AND its AIR CONDITIONED! A fair warning though, theres no place to sit in there so youll want to get there before your feet and knees are aching.

The Main Street Cinema has been playing Steamboat Willie non-stop since 1955! If it ever leaves Disneyland, I leave Disneyland!!! Theres just something so special about the privacy of it. Theres no other place like it in the park. Being there is like going back in time to the unchanged and pure Disneyland. Hopefully the Disney Corporation sees it this way. Lets keep Main Street what it was born to be! We dont need another shopping mall shoving plush toys up our... !!!!

The Main Street Cinema is great it has all of the black and white movies from when Walt Disney first made Mickey Mouse and you could sit in there for at least an hour with the air conditioning just chilling out and watching old movies and hanging out with your friends its a great place to go in the summer

Very nice Cinema where you can watch 6 old classic cartoons. There is no seating inside, only standing room with a higher level in the middle. All the movies play at once continuously, so you just have to face which ever screen you want to watch. Most of the time it can be pretty empty.

Perfect place to get away from the crowds. It is very small in there with 6 different black & white films being shown in a circular room. However, its cool and dark in there so its nice when its 90 degrees with a 85% humidity in the middle of July. Stop on in!

Love the cinema. used to spend hours in here. Sparse and no real seating, but the classics play on in perpituity. One of the best places in park. Wish they added more b/w classics... Some Oswald would be great!

The key is to go here when its particularly hot outside. The AC in here is amazing! But the main reason it gets 5 stars is because it shows really great classic films.

See some great classics. You can just walk in without any wait. Almost seems like there is nothing when you walk past it but I would surely recommend walking in.

There are great old Mickey cartoons in here for people to watch, and see where the Mouse comes from. Also nice to cool off on a hot day on the park.

A little theater that shows classic Mickey Mouse cartoons. We try to go here on each trip. No big crowds, and great for getting kids!

6 different old silent film shorts are shown here. Its pretty cool, but I wouldnt stay here longer than a few minutes.
