The theater is easy for me to get to, not as close as the old Krikorean metroplex which was right on the Corner of Edison and the 71, but the Harkens is still easy to get to the all I need to do is get on the 71 and get off on the very next exit no merging necessary. The theater has comfortable chairs and is not typically crowded. The staff is very polite and my mom takes advantage of free popcorn with their loyalty shirt. I dont eat snacks during the movie or even before so I am not sure how that is. The theater also has a subway and a creams and dreams stores right next door. The theater has local adds before the movie which is kind of nice! I always show up at least 30 to 45 minutes before a movie starts. The theater is very clean and the seats are very comfortable! The automated movie ticket purchase system right in front of the theater makes it easy and convenient to purchase the tickets. The Harkens app makes it very easy to see what movies are playing and when, also how long they last for and what their rating is. It is way closer than the Edwards cinema in Ontario mills. This is by far my favorite theater!

Harkins is the best theater I have been to. I travel ALOT for work and watch films in my free time. Harkins has terrific customer service...great theater seats, hot foods and ice-cold beverages. There is child care there and a game room for the kids. They have very courteous staff and will go out of their way to help their guests. I had an experience once where I had wanted to see a movie got into the theater...and found it VERY overcrowded inside. Though MY fault, Harkins management accommodated me and let me change my ticket to a different movie I had intended to see on a different day. Harkins has so many locations and having been to MOST of them, I have nothing but a GOOD REVIEW! See you at the movies!! John R. Movie Buff

This theater is pretty good considering they dont usually have a large selection of movies (the theater is quite small). Even so, it beats the old Krikorian theater (formerly known as the Movie Experience) which is now closed. Its nice going to a new theater and you can buy your tickets through the kiosk instead of waiting in line at the box office. The theater is normally busy during the weekends, but if the wife and I are board we might hit this place up during the week and catch a matinée showing to save a few bucks.

Ive never been to this theatre, but I was very disappointed with my online gift experience. I had to carefully navigate through several screens prompting me to create an account before I was even informed that I could order as guest. Then on the final confirmation page I was informed that my "online" purchase would not be delivered online. It was to be "shipped" after 2 business days for "processing" AND there was a $2 shipping charge! Con! This is the 21st century, isnt it?

Not helpful at all regarding a lost and found item had no remorse for a very important item will not ever come or recommend anyone $9 ticket is worth more then someones identity theft No need to provide my email what is stated above is what happened you could have handle it that day but did not again I have been a resident of this city for a very long time and you have lost a valuable customer please inform your manager I spoke with him that day if he says who he was

Since I started coming to this theatre, I loved it. Now, its the only one I go to. Its prices are great (I love the student discount) and loyalty cups really saves me money and popcorn is the best there especially since they give guest the unlimited supply of seasonings, whereas in other lame places you have to pay like $2 for one little seasoning bottle, ridiculous. Also it is very clean and staff are friendly, I honestly hate going to any other theatre. :)

Ive been going to this Harkins for several years now and theres really no better theater than this one. Its clean, spacious, chairs are comfy, theres plenty of movies to choose from, the sound and video equipment is top notch, and theres plenty of parking in the lot. For those students or military, you can even get a discount that brings your tickets to $7.25 which is a steal compared to Regal or AMC. Id highly recommend this place!

I love this theater because of the amazing discounts you get when you buy the yearly popcorn shirt and refill cup. With my student discount and the cup and shirt, a movie+popcorn+drink costs me $11... Which is almost unheard of in movie theaters now! Ive also never had to wait in line at the concession stand, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They even have a childcare center! Great place.

They have a wonderful variety of food/snacks, including popcorn chicken, and a nice variety of drinks. The theater seats are comfortable, the bathrooms are always clean and the service is good. They offer special pricing and loyalty discounts. There are plenty of eating venues right by the theater, too, in case you prefer to eat before going in. And parking is essy. Its our favorite theater.

This is by far our favorite movie theater. Love the popcorn with the complimentary seasonings (cheddar, ranch, kettle, caramel). If you purchase the reusable soda cup, refills are only $1.50 for the rest of the year. The Harkins employees are friendly and welcoming...Im mostly appreciative of the onsite child care staff. They are simply amazing and so wonderful with the kids. ...Yay Harkins!

Harkins is the only the movie theater in Chino Hills. Because of that, it is often busy on the weekends, but they have several screens and the audience isnt too rowdy like in some other theaters. Average price of a movie is around $11 for a reg adult. The sound is great at every theater and the screen always looks sharp. The theater is clean for the most part, so overall its a good one.

This is the BEST theatre Ive ever been to. They have a great loyalty program for those like me who have Monday Movie Night. Refillable drink cups we bring with us saving money and waste, also a Popcorn Tshirt getting us free popcorn for the YEAR!. Its kept very clean, great service, reasonable prices, a daycare and they dont charge you for popcorn flavoring powders. Love it here
