I asked for a refill of popcorn and they asked me to go on a long line just to refill a bucket of popcorn. And I am the only asking for a refill. When you buy a popcorn they will offer if you want a refillable bucket but they wont inform you that, when you ask for a refill you actually go on the actual line just to get a refill. And it means you gonna miss a lot to a movie that youre watching. I spoke to the Supervisor named Tatiana and she even told me that I really need to go on line. I asked her that if its their policy and she said yes. And I asked for a manager and she even told me that, I am more welcome to talk to her manager. And when I was speaking to the manager at that time named Destiny Lopez and I was just starting to tell her about refilling a popcorn and she thought I was recording the conversation in which I am not, she just said to me if you are recording this I wont talk to you and just turned her back away from me. What a very rude and unprofessional way of dealing to customer. My point is filling up a bucket of will not take a minute. The supervisor Tatiana can fill it up in less than a minute so I can go back to my movie but instead she preferred to point to the manager and wasted my time. I guess this Supervisor and manager needs more training to deal with customers in a right way. I hope this review will reach their Head Management. Thank you.

So today me and my family decided to go to the movies to have family time and we decided to go watch power ranger it was the best movie but dont get me started on the service we walked in to theater 10 and it was very stuffy and uncomfortable to watch the movie we were sweating and we went to go complain and the manager was being so rude her name was Alondra and she was being very disrespectful when we went to go tell her nicely and she was responding with attitude. My brother was nearly fainting and we were just asking if they could turn the air conditioner in theater 10 and she responded with "We do not control that system " and then all she said was we cant do anything I find that very disrespectful I am fully disappointed I love going to Edwards its very nice to spend family time there but honestly after today I sure will not be going back there because I did not feel comfortable watching a movie in a room that felt like 100°F. Then I went to go ask for water for my brother because he was nearly fainting and ALONDRA THE MANAGER was like maam you need to wait in line and I said no my brother is nearly fainting outside and she handed me the water very rude.

The people working at the food court were nice and courteous. Thats all the positive things this place has to offer. They had armed security and insisted on checking my girlfriends purse. We automatically felt unsafe due to the fact that Ive never been to a theater that had ARMED security before. The woman that took our tickets (assuming some sort of management since she was wearing a type of suit. Red headed woman) was extremely rude when I asked her where I might be able to get change. The security stares at you throughout the time youre there as though youre a hooligan. I would understand if my girlfriend and I were dressed in some sort of manner, however I strongly believe that a fitted flannel shirt, jeans and boots or the sun dress my girlfriend was wearing is in no way gang affiliated. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Ill stick to the theater to where I live near Victoria Gardens. To the people at the food court, great customer service and keep up the good work.

Our family has been going to this theater for years and I have always been unhappy with two things. Your gauging prices and the counter servers. Last week we all went to see Tarzan and thank goodness we were a little early because it was crowded and the girl who waited on us was so very slow. Where do you get these kids??. Pay them more or give them an incentive to move faster. We always get hot dogs and the counter to add stuff to your food was grossly dirty and there was NOTHING to fix our hot dogs so we had to eat expensive naked hot dogs.Come on now , almost $5.00 for a small drink?? You cant be that greedy. Watch out cause just like tapes , cassettes, video stores you will soon be a thing of the past! Sorry to say, I will not be visiting your theater again.!! Too much $$$, for too little in return.PS, I HAD to give you one star to give my review or it wouldnt post?? Sorry, but you dont deserve even one STAR!!!

Very good place to go to the movies with the kids. I feel very safe here, the prices are great, on sunday its $6.50, that is just awesome. Of course its packed crazy tight and theres no guarantee you get to see the movie you want at the time you want, but thats why you prepare and show up at least an hr early. Doable even with small children, I have a 5,9,11,13 year olds and we make it work. The theatre is not always super clean, but the amount of people they have in there working tries to make it clean really quick. They DO check your purse when you come in, if you have nothing to hide, you should NOT have a problem. They even checked my 13 year olds purse and my 9 year old little backpack. Thats fine, for the safety of the theatre and guests, Im fine!

theres days when its good and when its bad but most of the time its always good. get there a lil early on opening nights nd oppening weekend because its a party on those days. lines up the ying yang nd ppl filling up the seats, other then that its all good any other day. the food is on point, nd the service is too. security does there job to keep the place safe nd management is kind to our service. some have a bad day because of ignorant customers but overall there good employees. i also have to say the prices are fair considering its half price on sundays nd tuesdays. $6.00. Amc wont do that for you. i hope you can enjoy this theater as much as i have.

And here is why. The movie prices are great! 6.50 on Sunday and we got to see the new Star Wars. What I didnt like was the three security guards checking everyones bags. When I asked the gentleman what he was looking for he mumbled and said he couldnt tell me. We all know they are looking for people sneaking in candy...just say it! I dont mind that they are checking to make sure I dont sneak in a box of jujubees, but just be honest with me. Anyways, movie experience was great except for the fact I felt like I was going through airport security to watch the flick.

While in the theteare last night, we were catching up during some previews when the couple in front of us started making physical threats an telling us to shut up and using extreme profanity which I would never or would expect grown people to do in public. First of all, threatening someone in a theteare is probably not the brightest idea. Secondly, if youre going to say it do it. Lastly, make sure if you do that yo can hold your ground because I almost ate all my popcorn watching this lady run her mouth while mine shut her down.
