We held my sons wedding reception at 502 East Event centre on July 2 2016.I was out of town for the initial planning and returned in April. I worked with Bailey Glavan and Barbara Davis. Bailey went above and beyond to make my sons special day perfect. The open communication with Bailey ,Barbara and the rest of the staff made the whole experience a delight. There were a few Plan Bs needed and they were done with no fuss and bother. They were very accommodating with our vendors and went out of their way to ensure their needs were met. After talking with many guests after the event.they all raved about the food. Having had many "banquet meals" I was very pleased. I would highly recommend 502 East Event Centre Bailey and Barbara made this our daughter in laws "dream wedding"

This venue went above and beyond to make sure needs were met for my event. The food was delicious and the workers were always on top of their jobs, whether it be serving beverages, removing dirty plates from our tables, or most importantly making sure everything I planned went smoothly. They were very helpful in answering all of my questions and they never hesitated to make sure that any request I made was fulfilled. In addition, the room that my event was held in was absolutely gorgeous and had a stage and tables with chairs set up to fit my description before I even arrived. I highly recommend considering this venue for any kind of event such as banquets, weddings, reunions, or any other type of large gathering.

Lauralee and her team provide exceptional customer service, and dont miss a detail when it comes to event logistics. They were generous enough to host a half-day program for the Indiana Chapter of Meeting Professionals International yesterday, and we have already heard outstanding feedback about the program. Not only do I enjoy working with Lauralee and her team professionally, but enjoyed working with her in my volunteer role as well as I can rest assured that we will be provided with fantastic service and a delicious product. I made the arrangements for another individual in our office but did not have time that day to go there to make sure everything was set-up and ready to go well. No worries! They handled everything as we had discussed. The comments I got back from the individual I scheduled it for was that everything went extremely well with no issues "whatsoever"! That is music to my ears! Thanks to everyone at 502 East who make it SO easy to set up a meeting there and then know you didnt have to worry or check up on anything but could have the peace of mind it would go well!

I hosted my sons high school graduation party in June 2017. Emily was great at helping me to plan the event. We used one of the smaller rooms and it was set up perfectly. My one complaint is about the service staff during the event. They were unattentive to the guests and also not available for an hour during the event. We tried to look for them behind the service door but we did not see anyone. I am not sure what was going on, but I was expecting a better service from 502.

Mainstreet has held several meetings at 502 East Event Centre over the last year. Each one was handled beautifully by their attentive staff and every detail was covered -- from the types of food we requested to AV requirements. We sometimes had last minute changes and it was never a problem - everyone at 502 East jumped in to ensure we had what we needed for a successful meeting. We recommend this event center to anyone looking for high-quality venue for company meetings.

We had my parents 50th anniversary party there. We used one of the smaller rooms for our event (about 50 people). The staff was fantastic. All of our questions and concerns were addressed throughout the planning process and the day of the party. We were able to enjoy the party and not worry about anything. The food was great. I highly recommend 502 East Event Centre.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. I was freezing and wanted something warm. I could not drink the tea, so I asked the front desk if they had hot chocolate. They did not, but about 10 minutes later, the GM brought me a cup of Hot Chocolate into the meeting. Im hearing that he went out and got it himself. I truly appreciate it!

We had a wonderful experience at the 502 East Event Centre. Halli made sure that every detail prior to our event was taken care of. She answered every last minute question we had promptly! The facility is beautiful inside, very new and clean. The staff was helpful in every way. The service was great and the food was absolutely wonderful!

Ive been to many event centers and Id have to say that this one is great as far as big meeting areas, good parking, easy to get to and able to accommodate large groups. However, its hard to find staff when things go wrong and you have to ask for water to be provided whereas its standard in most other meeting centers.

We had a company event there on Saturday and everything went well. The venue size was perfect, the food was amazing, and the staff was wonderful. Everyone was extremely patient and helpful and met any last minute needs that happened to come up. Will definitely keep 502 in mind for future events. Thanks!

Planning our corporate event was easy and seamless. Nick is so accommodating and helpful. The food was delicious! I would have liked the wait staff to be more attentive during the event (hence 4 stars not 5) we will work with them again.

Plenty of room inside. Room to walk. Food and beverages well thought out. Good service. Clean bathrooms. Bathroom stalls too small. Everyone complained that you practically had to sit on the toilet to open the door.

Restroom doors are too close to toilet - it cut the back of my leg. Chairs were stained. However, it is a nice facility for a large group.
