My friends and I ate at the buffet for breakfast. We got there close to the end of breakfast time but it was still fully stocked and most was fresh. The pre-made omelets were not fresh or stuffed with anything. But they do have an on demand cooking station where you can order the omelet with whatever you want and they will cook it in front of you while you wait. That chef was very nice and was joking with the customers. The selection is great but I would have liked an item or 2 more of Hispanic dishes. When they started setting up for lunch we were able to watch some of the chefs cooking the new foods. One was doing the hamburger and chicken station. We believe he wasnt cooking the meat patties correctly. He put the patties on the grill and walked away to do something else. The patties were quickly were engulfed in flames and looked over cooked by the time the chef came back. He flipped them all over and the flames from the grill were shooting well above the chefs head up into the hood of the grill station. Our table was near by and we could feel the heat of the flames. Their cooking method is not so much the concern but that it left us wondering the taste and if they were overbooked. We saw what looked like a manager or quality inspector walking around. He late went to that same chefs station and engaged in some conversation about the chicken he placed earlier. We couldnt hear what was said but it was obvious the manager/inspector was not pleased. We watched as they checked the temperature with a thermometer, more conversation, then the chef removed All of the chicken from the station. That left us both happy that they actually check the foods and make sure they are removed if there are any concerns. Overall it was a great experience with great food. The inspection and removal of food added a star. The decor is dated, plain, and frankly unappealing which lowered the star rating. The price is comparable to most buffets and a better deal if you get a players/club card. We didnt pay for or try the lunch buffet but we would recommend the breakfast.

This review is for the SPA: Need a vacation? How about a spa-cation? The New Pink Ribbon Pedicure/Himalayan Hope facial will take you to a place of sheer bliss. The spa is nestled in an easy to find location off the 215 and Aliante Parkway...great selection of restaurants and shopping nearby. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly warm welcome; the well decorated waiting area sets the mood. I could feel myself relaxing already! I was quickly escorted to my first destination...a 60 facial with Victoria. When I walked into the room my eyes were immediately drawn to wall art. Stunning illuminated local landscape shed just the right amount of light into the room. The beds are warmed! Victoria came in and was attentive to every aspect of my needs and comfort. Then she touched my back....I immediately felt the energy. Her hands are magic...the pressure was perfect and she hit every single area that needed extra attention. I left with my face feeling like heaven. Victoria gave me a comfortable robe and I was soon onto my next stop....pedicure with Vanessa Another well decorated, relaxing space! The hour with Vanessa was incredible...she is personable, knowledgeable, attentive and has a great touch. She gave the best leg massage, and even let me take home my cuticle file, orange stick. They do not reuse anything here, I love knowing that all supplies used are brand new. The check out receptionist was warm and friendly. It was a wonderful experience. I encourage you to visit Re:lax Spa in Aliante and experience the great energy and effective therapies.

Our experience was HORRIBLE!!! They ruined our Christmas by racially profiling my 13yr old son. I am a Disabled Veteran and we are Black. We were just trying to sit down and eat at Fridays. They were very full so we stood there waiting for the rest of the family and to be seated. A security guard comes all the was over to Fridays where there are no machines and gestures for my son to remove his hoodie. Because my son is a child and is not used to grown ups in Casinos talking to him, he just looks the other way. He is a child. The man in black then approaches my son, which alarms me, because you need to address the parent. He tells me to make him remove his hoodie, well my son didnt come his hair, hence the hood. I went over to the security desk to complain and that individual was cold as ice so I went over his head and again the next person in charge was cold as ice and then proceeded to ask us to leave. ON CHRISTMAS. They also told me that they would tell our three year old the same thing. Really? Children on Christmas trying to have a meal with their family?? There was an overwhelming presence of discrimination in the air as they were all white and we were Black. I can definitely understand the no hood on policy for gambling adults, but not for kids on Christmas just trying to have family time....I will NEVER go there again and I live in Vegas and had been a customer since they opened. I will not let this rest.

My wife and I had breakfast at their cafe/ restaurant. Waitress was overworked and eager to let everyone know that she was overdue for her break! I ordered a breakfast skillet and the potatoes were undercooked and the bacon and sausage was very bland and tasteless. My wife ordered chicken fried steak with a biscuit, that was very stale and hard. Her steak was covered in a very bland tasteless gravy and the breading was soggy instead of crunchy-never experienced that before. We complained about both to the waitress. She told my wife hers would be refunded and took mine away....with no further details. Was charged for it at the end, only took six bites. Told management and the took it off our bill. We were still hungry so we decided to get a stack of pancakes. I dont normally care for pancakes but was surprised they were actually quite good. Crunchy around the edges and a hint of vanilla flavoring. Since our bill was now so small we decided to get a piece of chocolate bunt cake and two oatmeal chocolate chip walnut cookies. The cookies were very good and the bunt cake was old tasting and stale. The overall experience was very hit or miss. Most food tasted very bland and canned and some was pretty good. Management was very nice and handled everything appropriately. But just based on the food alone, we will never go back! Was very surprised because otherwise it was a Very nice looking casino.

This casino has so much potential but they hire people like Ryan and Stacy to make your experience satisfactory. They fail miserably. Stacy is probably one of the rudest people I have spoken to over the phone. I have come in to see her 3 times and each time I am blown off. I also was told by Ryan that maybe things would be more in my favor if I lost more money. I am truly insulted. They walk around like they are better than everyone and they cant be bothered. Well Im pretty sure your job is in customer service and you both fail miserably. How do you not come talk to a customer when they are here asking for you. Also I have issue with the hotel side as well I have been trying to get resolved for over a month. I was talking with Michael Rucker but guess what he is no longer with the company wow go figure. And on top of that the manager also can not return a phone call or be bothered with me either. Its rude on so many levels. I have so much more I could say but why no one will even try to resolve one issue. Thanks Aliante for showing me that Im an not worth your time. On a good note I will say there are a few people here worth hanging on too because they know what customer service is. That would be Lindey Sherry Anna and Charles Brown. Thank you to you 4 you are amazing and you make it a better place. They are the only reason I have returned.
