My husband and I and our 9 year old son went to the very first showing of Jurassic Park yesterday. You would think there would be plenty of staff on hand for that....but there wasnt. The line was extremely long (and slow) to buy tickets. Then once inside, the lines were extremely long to buy concessions. Only two workers behind the counter!! Thats not even close to enough for 20 theaters, much less the opening time for Jurassic World. We bought the way overpriced Large Popcorn and large soda since they have free refills. I thought that once the movie started, the lines would go down and refills wouldnt be a problem. WRONG! I went out to get a refill about halfway through the movie and the lines were even longer!! Still only 2 workers. I stood in line with my empty popcorn tub and empty soda for 20 minutes!! Nobody ever offered to give me a quick refill so I could get back to the movie. I missed 20 minutes of a great movie! My husband tried to fill me in when I came back in, but obviously not the same. Then I went to the restroom afterwards and my bad, I forgot to make sure there was toilet paper BEFORE I went...there was none. I asked the lady in the stall next to me, she didnt have any either. Another lady in there was kind enough to deliver some from 3 toilets down. Unacceptable! The only thing good about this experience was the movie! Great movie. Oh and the seats were pretty comfortable.

I saw fruit flies around the soda spouts, i found a dead beetle of some sort in my popcorn bag, and the candy was stale. During the cinema, there were teens on their cellular devices, talking/texting with the volume all the way up or with their brightness all the way up as well. I have never been this disappointed in my life, while paying $12 for my ticket and another $15.50 for my popcorn, candy, and soda pop. I hope they clean up their act ASAP or else i will never be back, along with tell all of my friends/family/neighbors to just go to Gulf Coast Town Center. Id rather drive the distance, to know that my refreshments are going to be fresh and not tainted with.

Feels run down. Looks like it hasnt been updated since Miami Vice went off the air. The lady taking tickets gave me a hard time because I was there 45 minutes before scheduled show start. That just happened to be when I got there and I planned to wait in the lobby and have some popcorn. Saw Magnificent 7 on the left side of a bank of 4 rooms. I think it was # 12? Anyway, you could see the seams in the screen panels when the backgrounds were light. The sound only seemed to come from a center channel. Basically, most peoples home theater setups are better than this. If Im going to drop $20-25 on a movie, it should be an experience I cant get at home.

Decibel levels are off the charts in this theater. Bring earplugs. During previews - I used a decibel meter on my phone that spiked over 103 decibels. 90 decibels is a lawn mower. Over a 100 decibels can cause permanent hearing damage. My father and I walked out of the theater after 5 minutes of the movie because the volume of the movie itself remained ridiculously high. I went to get a refund which was given, with literally not one word said to me after I explained my reason except for a sarcastic "Have a nice day." Not even a "sorry it was so loud" or anything. So long Regal Cinemas, there are plenty of other theaters around.

Ive been to this movie theater before but never been treated so rude by a woman named Nita, who collects the tickets at the front. I was going in the front to buy my soda and popcorn with a coffee in my hand. I completely understand no outside food or drinks are allowed, but there is a way to approach people. She was rude about the whole thing, stood in front of me almost like a body guard, and didnt let me stand in line to buy my concessions until I finished or threw away my coffee. I wasnt trying to sneak in anything I didnt even have a purse. Completely uncalled for and horrible customer service.

Ive been to this theater many times because its location is convenient for me. It is adequate and gets the job done if all you care about is casually taking in a movie while missing parts of a films audio. Unfortunately, the auditoriums are unmonitored which allows for noisy, rude patrons who talk throughout the movies and previews. It is unbelievable how noisy it can be even with just a few other patrons. The theater is also significantly overpriced for the location.

The theater was very musty smelling, hot and stale (i.e., no air circulation), the screen seemed smaller than a standard movie screen, and the seats were ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! I was appalled! To think I drove an hour away and paid more for the matinee ticket to see a movie at this theater (it wasnt playing locally), is a mistake I will never make again. Its so sad because the theater is charming from the exterior.

Lot of movie choices, huge concession stand to manage large crowds, very comfortable theater seating. Downside: concession products are not always ready, such as hot dogs, and need to be "microwaved in the back" (ech!) even though the broiler is supposedly on out front; some very young employees are a bit insensitive to handicapped guest needs. Overall, a clean and well managed site.

Its starting to look dated, and not in a cool vintage way. The lobby feels cramped with the stanchions keeping everyone without a ticket enclosed in a small area makes it feel kinda unfriendly. Staff is friendly, and cant complain about the movie quality. Just that whole "first appearances mean everything" factor of coming and and being herded like cattle to the ticket collector.

I will never attend another theater--especially this one---too many features start at the same time so the line to get tickets is absurdly long--- and made me miss the beginning of the movie ( same at the consessions stand)--only one cashier too!!! The last 3 times Ive gone here were a waste of time--always something goes wrong--Ill just wait for the Red Box from now on!!!!

Terrible experience, group of 15 kids under the age of 15 seeing the conjuring 2. Tried to drink my beer while i used the restroom and when i told usher and sheriff there wasnt much they could do. Nothing against staff and LCSD they did what was within their power just poor rulings and rules by Regal. Left 20 minutes into film and complained to customer service.

Awful. And this new assigned seating has me definitely going elsewhere in the future. My friend had to buy out ticket and have us pay him back just so we could sit together. What if you are going separately with 5+ friends? Such a hassle. They care more about their business model than their guests. Efficient for them, but takes away the easy-going movie experience.

No matter where you go movies and concession is expensive. Been going here since I was little kid. Good sound and screens. Staff is not the most knowledgeable especially in the crown rewards area. I like the fact they sell beer but the price is brutal hit up world of beer across the lot before if thats your thing. Will come back here in the future.
