My husband and I purchased tickets online for Valentines day. The movie was great the issue I have is with and Employee that was working the ticket booth. I really wish I would have gotten her name. It was a blonde girl (no rudeness intended because so am I) she was a bigger girl I called to see if we could swap movie showing times because we were running late when I got there I got up to the ticket booth and told the girl I needed to switch out the time for my ticket. I had the tickets on my phone so I asked if they needed to be printed. She proceeds to rudely tell me well yeah they do need to be printed. So I then step away to go to the ticket Printer machine when she yells at me umm hello what are you doing I can do it over here. She was very snooty and when I gave her my phone to scan them she rolled her eyes and continued with the bad attitude. Once she gave me my phone and the tickets she made a smart remark about the movie we were seeing (50 shades darker) I thought it was very unprofessional. She just seemed like she was pissed off because she had to be there. If you dont like your Job that is not the customers problem. If I decide to go back and I see her again I hope she will have a better attitude but honestly I have had way better experiences at the anderson theatre and it is not nearly as expensive.

Cinemark Redding 14 and XD is the best theatre in Shasta County. The employees are friendly, or at least helpful, and the management staff can help solve any other issues for you. The only issues Ive ever had there were with other customers, because Redding has an overabundant amount of shitty people. The ticket prices are some of the cheapest in California, and anyone from out of town commends how cheap the tickets are here, yet the locals complain regularly. The concession prices are what youd expect, and if you didnt expect to spend more than $10 on a popcorn and a soda at a movie theatre, then youre an idiot.

My review use to be a 5, but i dropped it down to because of a single experience I had with one employee. I went to purchase tickets to a movie and it seems my choice of movie made him laugh. It was rather rude and unprofessional. I had to talk to another staff member to get his name, Pete is the name of the person who I had the worst experience with at this theatre. Luckily most of my experiences here are okay. Luckily I went to the movies last night and had one of the best experiences with a staff member. Drake went beyond what I would of expected, I hope I see him every time i go to to the movies.

Hmm well maybe I would give this place a good review if I actually got to see the movie but no. Im 17 but dont have my drivers liscence so appearently that means "Im too young to see the movie" that is BS and I wasnt allowed to even purchase a ticket with my parents consent. I should be allowed to see what I want when I want without some stupid person who has no control over me telling me I cant. I felt personally offended that he wouldnt let me see the movie even though Im over age. Change your services or lose your buisness its up to you. I certainly wont be returning.

Great place to get a refund. Ive just had bad experiences coming here since December because I havent seen a movie here since then. And I started coming here in December. It looks like a great theater I can attest to that and I will give it another shot. Just hope I can see a movie in the XD theater without having to worry about the movie being cancelled or walking out because of the audience thats there. But what can I expect its Redding.

First of all, the parking area is HUGE allowing me to park my semi with ease, with on-site security checking around the clock. I watched several movies, fast service for concessions, and clean auditoriums. Restrooms are well maintained, and the staff were friendly, upbeat, and made my overall experience enjoyable.

This is a decent run of the mill theater. I recently moved here and Im used to theaters that serve fresh food at your seat. There is a concession bar here with normal theater fare and prices. I get around with a walker and they had very nice seats for those with special needs.

The first rows in the back sections have hand rails across the front of them that are perfect for resting your feet on (without bothering anybody)! We go early to make sure we get in that row, as do a lot of other people. Good popcorn; you can get your own extra "butter".

next time you spend a crap ton of money to build a theater dont put the first row so close.... It really sucks when the theater is full and you have no choice but to watch it that close up.... next time I will demand a refund. other then that its fine.

My wife Sara and I go to the movies on average twice a week. Cinemark is always clean and we have come to know the staff well. Very polite and a nice atmosphere. The seats are very comfortable even for those of us with bad backs :-)

Chair arms were very sticky and grimey. The worst part was the strong smell of old urine on the seats. In addition, they forgot to turn the lights down until half-way through the show. Just an overall bad experience.

Great theater! Although it can be a packed night the employees are professional and anytime there has been an issue with a movie such as low volume, they have been quick to fix it or give a refund.

Very clean, seats were very comfortable, really like reclining wide seats that the arms pull back, 1 of the concession employee was rather rude, other than that all was well; would return.

Love this theater. Good movies, good customer service, theaters and seats clean. We always go to this one because the handicapped seats are so easily accessible with a wheelchair.

I love the giant XD rooms! This place is usually pretty clean. Concessions prices are the same as other movie theaters too high. Save time buying ticket and use the kiosk outside.

They need someone to fix the acoustics in the theaters. We couldnt understand 30% of the movie because the background music was so loud and the speech was inaudible.

Decent movie theater with 14 theaters and a theater with "XD experience". On Tuesdays, movies are cheaper. Expensive popcorn and snacks, as with any theater.

High priced tickets. High priced concessions, and all of it if junk food. The cinemas are of good quality, and do not disappoint. Overall, its not terrible.
