This place is a joke. It might be enjoyable while you are there, but good luck if you or your child have an accident/injury there. I was injured there a few months back, and I signed the waiver saying I understand the liabilities and risks prior to jumping. I have no issue there, but the real issue is the fact that I cant even get a copy of that Waiver that I signed. My insurance company hasnt processed my claim for my medical bills, because they need the waiver I signed. I went down to Airborne, and I asked them to get a copy of the Waiver. They informed me that I would need to speak to their Insurance Company, which I will to do. I just didnt know that it was going to become a nightmare, because their insurance agent seems to have forgotten how to answer his phone, or simply return a phone call after I left him 5 messages. After spending several days trying to contact someone with the insurance company I finally reached someone, and she told me that the dont have any information on file or even a copy of the waiver form in their systems. She then referred me back to Airborne. I contacted Airborne again, asked about getting the copy of the waiver. I was told they again that the cant release the information to me, and that I should call their insurance, yet again. I explained the situation with the insurance company to the employee, he then told me that he would speak to the owner of Airborne about the situation. Then I waited for 3 days to hear a response. Finally I got a call back, and was once again told that I cant have that information released to me and that they dont even have the actual document on file. Ive now been caught up in a game of "hot potato" cause no one seems to have an answer for me. I find it extremely odd that I cant even obtain a copy legal document that I signed, and its even worse to be told that an actual copy isnt even on file. Why wouldnt it be on file? Why cant they release the information to me? Why does their insurance company not have any information? Why does their insurance agent not follow up? I just wanted to let everyone know my experience and frustrations after being injured there. I hope people will read this, and think twice about the potential pain in the ass if you happen to be involved in an accident here. Lastly, I dont place any personal blame on Airborne for my injury. I simply just wanted to get the information I need for my insurance company to help me out with my medical bills. Now I am upset, and will continue to share my negative experience with every person I know

***You MUST sign an online waiver form EACH VISIT. You can do this online by visiting the site OR fill it out when you get there. They have computers set up at the entrance. HOURS: Monday - Thursday: 3PM - 9PM Friday: 12PM - 11PM Saturday: 10AM - 11PM Sunday: CLOSED PRICES: (OVERPRICED) Ages 5 & up M-F: 1st hour - $9.37 / additional hours - $7.49 S/SU: 1st hour - $11.23 / additional hours - $7.49 (WHY a $2 price hike on weekends other than greed?) Ages 0-2 1st and additional hours - $2.81 Ages 3-4 1st hour: $6.55 / additional hours - $4.68 Punch cards: 10 punches - $74.90 - I am assuming this is punched for each hour, not each visit, so you could easily blow through the punch card in 3 visits. 8 & UNDER AREA - Toddlers wander. With jumping toddlers surrounding you it is easy to lose sight of little ones who could sneak down the stairs and head on over to the bigger kid areas and get hurt. There should be a latched gate at the top of the stairs and a few chairs scattered throughout for better visual. *Trolls playing the what if or why dont you tired cards: Dont even bother. I, unlike the multitude of parents with their faces buried in their phones or gabbing with each other, was paying attention and my 2 year old grandson still managed to escape. It was busy, crowded and a sea of bobbing heads.* This area is LOUD - I was seated in the 8 & under section, on a bench roughly the size of a balance beam so opted for the floor, and right above my head was the industrial heater. It was deafening, distracting and annoying!! RESTROOMS: Not nearly enough for a place this size AND they are expanding to include a mini golf course. While I personally enjoy private restrooms they REALLY need to add restrooms (boy and girl) with at LEAST 5 toilets each. The lines are often times long and kids hyped on sugar or natural energy, full of liquid and bouncing are not a good combo.

Airborne has my a favorite of my kids for years. The prices have definitely gone up over time, but the gym has grown considerably too. As other reviews have stated, they recently remodeled the main area by adding a wall which is a pain if you have older and younger kids, but we asked about it and apparently they are expanding more and had to add the wall for code so hopefully theyll change the layout a bit once that expansion happens. We havent had a problem with the older kids from dodgeball jumping in the toddler area personally (cant imagine why theyd want to anyway). Recently, we had a birthday party here for my 6-year-old; they did a great job for us and the in-house pizza they served as part of the package was actually really good which was unexpected. Price was a little steep, but they get two hours of jumping (minus the time you are eating) so its not a bad value. Airborne is definitely very serious about their waiver policy and their system seems to have changed yet again so that was a bit of a hassle with a few of the kids whose parents assumed their waivers were still valid, but Id just recommend asking parents to call to verify their waivers are okay beforehand so their kids arent waiting to jump (you can do it all online). The staff is hit-and-miss, as in whether you have a responsible or not teenager helping you out (pretty sure I havent seen anyone over the age of 20 here working out on the floor ever), but generally our experience has been positive. They also have specials and coupons if you look hard enough to make it not so hard on the wallet. Overall, this is a fun place for kids and even adults to burn off some energy!

A one star rating is far more than this place deserved. My sister, little brother, and I all went to Airborne proceeding a long week of funeral arrangements. We had figured this would be a good place for my little brother to get his mind off of things. From the second we got there we were profiled. Jarek followed us to the foam pits where we were watched as we awkwardly jumped in. He then watched as we walked over to the other side of the jumping place. He came down and told my sister to stop sitting down, meanwhile we were the only three people on the trampoline , or even in that general vicinity. We then, being followed, walked over to the restrooms in the new area being constructed. I used the restrooms then went back to jump where the same employee watched me as I jumped, again, awkwardly. My little brother felt like he was being watched so he wanted to go to the other side, full of all the other paying customers, minding their own business, where jarek followed us again. He came and told my little 8 year old brother he could not jump in the kids area. That was when I confronted him for following us around, not taking his eyes off us the entire time we were there, and especially for profiling my little brother and making him cry for doing nothing wrong. The childrens area is for 8 years and under. While I understand not all people are racist, I definitely believe that race was a large factor in this situation. We walked out and my little brother said, "I knew people were racist, but I didnt ever went to see it in real life. I didnt want to believe it." The owner did nothing about it. Its a sad eye opener for all of us.
