Employees too worried about the fact they are closing in 5 minutes than worrying about making a sale. The greeting I got was hi we close in 5 minutes. Walks past her and the next girl told us the same thing. We wont go back. Your employees need to learn customer service and not worry about going home. The guy worker kept his mouth shut. Deplorable. They have a great variety of products for even my allergic French bulldog. The prices may seem higher but if you check the ingredient list, the products at this store are usually of the highest quality without having to order from the internet. Ive found the staff to be very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful when I had questions. This is where I buy all of my dogs food.

The bald male manager made a lot of sexual comments toward my fiance in front of me and made fun a pregnant lady that worked there. He also squeezes the cats till they make a wheezing sound. It took a lot of patience on my behalf not to tear this man in half. He is a walking harassment case.

I shop here the most for my pets. They have a better selection of treats for pets with allergies. I buy a lot of treats & food here. They also have a lot of toys & clothes & clearance items as well. There always getting new products to try as well. There friendly & very helpful.

I was very pleased with my experience here. The staff is VERY knowledgeable, and theres good chemistry here. I was greeted when I walked in, and I all my questions were answered. Now I know why my dog is a chubster!
