Scenery was nice and being able to see canal from campsite was great however this was the loudest campground I have ever been to. The staff caters to seasonal campers ignoring non-seasonal campers. Seasonal campers are allowed to BLAST karaoke music from their site with big speakers from 7pm-10:30pm every Friday night disrespecting all other campers. When we called the office they sent an Employee to our site and they said "quiet time isnt until 10:30pm". No apology, nothing. So if you like noise this is the campground for you! Water, electric and cable hook-ups are on opposite sides of 50% of the sites. The campground also has a huge ant and tick problem. Long grass doesnt help.

If the park was not on the canal, I would have rated 1 star (note: despite other comments/reviews - the Park is not "on the Cape" - its in Bourne, across the bridge). Beautiful scenery, being on this canal was very cool. Great for fishing, biking and walking/running. The sites are small and unmaintained. The hookups are on the wrong side for 50% of the sites, including ours (thankfully, the Manager provided us with a longer hose line). The park also has a tick problem, which our damp site with long grass probably made worse. Also, no sewage hook-ups on sites. If you still go, bring bikes for rides on the canal and fishing gear!

Have been camping at Bourne since I was a preteen. Soooo 50+years. Love camping on the canal to watch all the boats go by. Still get as excited about the big ships, yachts, cruise ships and tall ships as when I was a kid. Already planning our trip for next year. Also have to visit the Lobster Pot where my husband enjoys the fish and chips. And I always try something different. Havent been disappointed yet.

First time visit for one night. Restrooms really need to be upgraded they are 60s style. The site was fine and hookups close. Neighbours partied to early hours of the morning so no park rules to consider others. Close to shops short driving distance. Dont get near the bridge too noisy. River was nice. If your only here for camping, its not like real camping. It has a playground, basketball, kid activities, arcade, and a pavilion and a general store. But if your here for a break, then youve come to the right place. This place is really good for biking, walking,

we had a good time but were dissappinted when we went to chamber of commerce in hyannis and found out we were not camping on the island of cape cod....we went to a couple places posted in the island camping guide and were quite pleased....

Pretty good , sites are hard to get in and out, good refund policy and the best thing is nobody telling you to put out your fire and quite down, that alone is worth 5 stars

Awesome. I gave it 4 stars becuase it isnt like real camping it has a pool arcade and everything. But a lot of people co.e here to ride the cape cod canal
