Brought my daughter and my grandbaby for her first movie. Finding Dory. The gentleman at the front ticket counter charged for 3 tickets my grandbabies two, even though I said two adults and one child.then I believe a manager came up and was talking to him and the middle of our transition and when I was complaining and reprimanding him for something else. I believe this should be done without customers in front of them!!

I have not been to this theatre in over three years. My roomie and I decided to take our little ones to a flick and we had a blast!!! We both would appreciate it if this thatre took AMEX though... We eneded up having to run to the Wells Fargo nearby and withdrawl cash. Ive never been to a place that never accepted AMEX....

We went to see Transformers 5 which was ok but the theatre we sat in theatre 8 had a nasty smell like old urine. The seats are old and terrible. They need to do some upgrades on the chairs in that place. Prices are fine all theatres overcharge on consessions but the seats should at least be comfortable and theyre terrible.

Lots of theaters, great service, clean. If you get a rewards/membership card (for free) theres several specials..like $5 Tues with free popcorn. Free refills. Plus they can email you with extra offers. Its not the closest to me but we do like going out there anyway.

Elk River Marcus theater is a wonderful place to watch a movie. Its quiet, during the shows and the young employees do a great job. Its always clean. I go to more movies than before as I like this place.

Its close if youre coming from a rural area, but hear me out. Rogers 18 is worth the extra couple miles. Cheaper food, cheaper tickets, better seating, and the theaters are usually empty.
