PARENTS - PLEASE READ!!!!! We brought our children in for an hour visit and left in an ambulance.... The monitors were too busy talking to each other, complaining they had three more hours until they got off work. Luckily, my wife and I were actually paying attention as we were able to get to our daughter BEFORE the monitors. Her foot got caught in a blue pad separating the trampolines. Her tibia and fibula snapped immediately. After the most traumatic 15 min wait for paramedics - WITH THE STAFF JUST STARING AT US - we find out from the Paramedic crew that they are there at least once or twice a week - FOR BROKEN BONES!!!!! The facility has equipment issues that need addressed. Your child WILL get hurt. The "staff" or so called, "monitors" are typical teenagers - more concerned with flirting or looking "cool" rather than actually monitor. Highly disappointed in the Facilty, The Staff, and especially their response to an emergency. UNBELIEVABLE! This place is a Joke! And thumbprint is not stopping with a Google Review. I am contacting the Missouri State Attorney Generals Office, Our State Representative and Congressmen as well as the BBB. Other parents whove had children hurt at any of these facilities - please contact me through my gmail address, our attorney has instructed us that Sky Zones "waiver" will NOT hold up in court. There is Direct Negligence on the part of the staff, as well as equipment failure. Things NOT shared with parents before signing their childrens lives away. Attention Sky Zone - you hurt the Wrong Child this time. This parent will NOT REST until your facility is closed......

First visit and we will never come back. Came for my nephews birthday party. The kids really enjoyed the jumping, but as a parent, I didnt appreciate hearing the person working the private jump area drop the f-bomb when his replacement came to relieve him. Once we moved up to the party room, everything was going smoothly, but the party attendant was taking way too long pouring drinks, handing out pizza. She needed help because we ended up getting kicked out of the room before the kids were even able to open presents. The staff was rude about it, yelled out time was up, started grabbing everything off the tables to throw away despite my sister asking them to wait a mintue while she collected the things she wanted to keep. I watched one staff bring my sisters party bag out of the room and roughly drop it on the floor outside the door. It was chaos. Half the party left and the other half stayed to open the presents in an area off to the side. The room however sat vacant for the remainder of our 10 minutes. I understand the importance to sticking to a schedule in a place like this, but this was not the fault of the kids or parents and was handled very poorly.

So it was our second time at Sky Zone. The first time was a couple of months ago and we had a blast. We went during the week so it wasnt crowded. It was a well run business employees were friendly, smiled and made sure everyone behaved. Just returned from our second trip Jan. 17, 2016 and let me say not the same place we visited earlier. Granted it was a Sunday so we expected the place to be full but not overcrowded where you couldnt get on at times. The kids were unsupervised jumping onto our trampolines and other people having to stop jumping so they wouldnt land on them. The front staff was very professional and did a excellent job. The other employees or "kids" not sure most could even drive stared at the tv watching football or staring into space. It was obvious they didnt want to be there. My kids had fun but they wondered if anyone was in charge. Will we go back again??? Maybe on a weekday, but not anytime soon.

Unique, Fun, and Competitive! Sky Zones corporate dodgeball tournaments are a great team building activity. I have participated in several of their co-ed corporate tournaments and each time we have an absolute blast. The opportunity to get a work team together and compete against other local companies adds a healthy level of competition to the experience. I have always been impressed with how smooth the tournaments are run by the SkyZone staff. Clear instructions are provided and the referees do a great job keeping things fair. The next time you are looking for a team building event I would strongly suggest checking out SkyZone for one of the corporate dodgeball events or if your team is large enough take a few teams and have an inter-office competition. The trash talking doesnt have to stay at the event...bring it back to the office for some good spirited fun.

Skyzone st louis is plainly put phenomenal. if this place grew chest hair and a mustache it would be the equivalent of tom sellick. Chuck norris cant even handle how awesome this place is. Dodgeball is amazing and the tournaments are of the highest quality. Some one once said "Turtles are awesome but cant jump at skyzone, arent you glad your not a turtle?" Wise words. If you by chance come out to skyzone and want to play dodgeball, challenge yourself to take down the best team st louis has to offer, The Saint Louis Elite. they have won the last 13 tournaments with only one game loss for the entire stretch. So please come out and try to topple these kings of the dodgeball court. . we dare you! The Staff is also top notch and the place always smells of fresh pine sol. thats how clean it is. . I highly advise taking to the skies at Skyzone St Louis!

I took my Kids on their Birthday. It was terrible mistake that we went there and wasted our money and time . The teenager employes are working there. Some of them playing themselves espacially on basketball trampoline. My kids were waiting in line but the employes keep letting other kids going in front. and on the dodgeball trampoline they were waiting for 10min. and allof sudden they said this is closed you have to go next trampoline for dodgeball and they have to stand in waiting again. The problem is the management, they should hire some epmloyees who should follow rules and just not playing themselves.. we paid for 1 hour and my kids want to leave within 30minutes. So we left this sky zone and decided we will never come back this place and tell other people not to waste time and money at this place.

I used to really like taking my kids to Skyzone, however past couple visits its turned into a teenage hangout. Blaring music videos and teens taking over every Dodge ball court. My children were getting pummeled by a teenage boy in the court. Ive seen less and less kids with parents lately and a whole lot more unsupervised teens. We felt very uncomfortable there yesterday. I think its great your establishment is giving teenagers a place to have fun but its driving away parents with younger kids. I would like to suggest enticing large groups of teens to come later in the evening with fun advertising and loud music videos at that time only. Thanks

I personally have not been here yet, waiting for the one by me to be completed. BUT one of my good friends went tonight 3/13/2017 with her Autistic son, it was a night just for the. Low sensory night, where they could play and and have fun. I want to say thank you for this, working in the medical field for 20s some children often miss out of fun things like this! I applaud you for having a night like this! And will be visiting you often. And will be spreading the word of how you treat your customers and the respect you have for the children who are always put second. Thank you!!!!!!! Teresa Ahne
