This is the dirtiest theater I have ever seen! The staff is so rude and unprofessional. I feel like I stepped into a condemned building versus a theater. I will be finding a way to call corporate because this theater needs someone to come down here and fix this dump! If you use the flashlight on your phone right before the movie begins after the staff so called "cleaned the theater", you will find nasty stains all over the seats, popcorn in, under, around the seats and cup holders, and one time there somehow was oil spilled all over an entire rows floor! The floors are so sticky they literally make your feet cling to the carpet in the hall way areas and theater areas. It is unreal! That is not to mention the staff! I went there to see a movie that possibly was still in the previews. I asked the ticket lady if the film had already begun, could I get a refund and come back tomorrow. I repeated this question in different ways because she kept giving me a blank stare and saying "once the movie already started we cant give a refund." I said "but the previews may still be playing, I cant get a refund if the movie hasnt even started?" She said, "we cant give refunds once the movie has started" I go inside, talk to a supervisor and he says he will give me a refund if the movie is too far into the beginning and I want to come back to see it the next day. I say thanks. It had gotten into the first 10 minutes, and my son was disappointed, so I decided to get the refund and come back the next day. The guy was now helping with popcorn, so I am guessing he called for backup. One of the ladies from the ticket booth came to help. I explained what the guy said and that he would give me a refund, but he is helping with popcorn so I am waiting. She asked me what 3 times! So I repeated myself 3 times. Then I said, "Remember how I asked if the movie started and it was a bit into it if I could get a refund, he said he would give me one-" before I could finish talking she said, "he said you could have a refund?" With a huge attitude, then continued with, "That is not what you asked." I said, "yes it was, I said-" She cut me off in the middle of my sentence to say"That is not what you asked, I was standing right there!". This went on over 20 times, no exaggeration. Then I asked her, "What did I say then," since she was standing right there and refused to let me speak. "I was standing right there" was her response. I said, "what did I ask?" "I was standing right there!" she again said. So my daughter asked, "What did she say then" I eventually said, "She clearly knows what i said is true, and is lying so she wont answer." I go in talk to the supervisor because she was so rude, (oh, she took me outside to give me a refund instead of doing it inside where the guy had me pay), and she came back. Asked me if there was anything I needed. (All the sudden her attitude was a bit nicer now that there was an audience) I told her I wanted to speak to the supervisor, she said, "well I am the manager!" I was shocked! I said, "YOURE THE MANAGER! I cant believe they would let someone as disrespectful as you be the manager! Then I said you cant possibly be the main manager. I will find out who it is." She said, "Yep, go right ahead." So you can see this staff clearly does not even fear repercussions! They dont clean, they treat the customers like trash, and they give major attitude and are extremely unprofessional. I think spending the extra $20 to go to the Brentwood 14 AMC is beginning to sound worth it considering how pathetic this theater is! All the lady at the ticket booth had to do is say, The movie may still be in previews, but if it did already start, you can come and get a refund/exchange for a movie at a different time slot." But instead, they were excessively rude, argumentative, and blatantly called a customer a liar for no reason! This was so petty! I was arguing with her over a question I asked another employee. Since she was the manager, how come she didnt say something in the beginning?

How on earth are people saying this theater is clean? This may be the nastiest place, let alone theater, I have ever set my feet in! I feel like I am going to get lice or scabies every visit! As a matter of fact, I am glad the staff is super rude, because now I have a reason to go to a clean theater. The cheap prices were keeping me coming, but the awful management is making me go! I wonder if their corporate has any idea of how many cockroaches have taken up residency here? I am sure they have plenty to eat during the films since the staff NEVER cleans in between, under or around the seats. I have found so much trash that I could fill a landfill! My husband, kids and I observed how they clean, when the girl saw us watching her, (our movie was to start in 2 minutes, and she had just entered after we complained that no one had came in to clean yet) she told us to leave she wasnt done cleaning. All she was doing was pushing the trash under the seats! She didnt even come out with any trash bags when she told us we could take our seats. Oh and the previews already began. We almost missed the start of our movie because all the employees hang out in the break room instead of working. We watched over 10 "workers", use the term loosely, it is deserved, and none of them went into the theaters to clean. They all just came out after the girl was finished. Funny, most jobs dont let the entire staff take a break at the same time. I guess at this AMC quality and cleanliness are not a priority, or even a thought! I dont believe I will ever return. I would rather wait and rent then give this trash heap anymore of my money. I can buy my own popcorn, drinks and treats and watch it on my surround sound and 65 inch tv! It is almost the same, but better! I dont have to pay a fee to get treated like trash and also sit in it!

Growing up in Antioch, I havent been here before because it had a bad reputation. But I was pleasantly surprised when I went here to watch the Warcraft movie with my sisters. The establishment itself is definitely nice, it is just sometimes had a rowdy crowd because of the high school nearby. It is an absolutely great theatre to go to, especially if you are on a budget. They have a really nice deal that tickets were around four dollars if you go before four oclock. I am not sure if this was every day, but even after for the tickets are relatively cheap if you compare it to some of the closer theatres around it. Inside the theatre is nice, it was fairly clean and not too crowded. It also had a bit of a cozy and less flashy feeling inside of it compared to the other theatres. The seats are comfortable and the movie selection is just like the others except cheaper price, though it is smaller. There doesnt not seem to be much staff members as far I could tell. It had two people selling tickets and another couple for food, but that was about it. I didnt have anyone check my ticket when I came in and when a couple people were causing a disturbance it took a while before someone came. But other than that, the staff was relatively friendly so that was great. If you are looking for a nice theatre to watch movies at a very cheap and reasonable price, I recommend going here if you can take advantage of the deals.
