A lot of screens and all the new movies... I know that sounds crazy, but not all theaters carry the latest movies. This place is clean and has areas for parties, an arcade, and a large concession stand. The lines can get long, but theres a self serve ticket machine to the left of the main booth and you can even buy tickets online. The parking lot is huge and well lit. I knocked this place one star because cellphone coverage is low to zero. That sounds like a good thing for moviegoers, but its actually dangerous. All my phones get 0 reception in the theater. Think about that. If this changes, I will update.

Lovely to look at, comfortable seating. Ive been going since it opened & expected much more than what was delivered, considering the press. Concessions are outrageously expensive, and there are never enough workers to handle the crush of people, especially in the early evening. Last time I went, there was only one ticket salesperson only two people at concession, and the lines were out the door (around 5p.m. on a Friday afternoon). Its the prettiest and most comfortable theater in the Jackson area, but the customer service is not good at all.

This theater looks grand and like it would be something special from the outside but I was let down once I got in. The concessions are your typical movie theater and the popcorn seemed fresh but that is about all I can say positive. The seats in the theater werent very comfortable. The screen in even the largest theater isnt impressive at all by todays standards. I definitely feel it could be worse but I just expected more from a somewhat new theater.

I love this movie theatre! I recommend that you all go here the next time you think about going to the movies whether its with fam or friends! The only teeny tiny problem is that the staff just need to up their game a little. They seem very dull and they have no excitement at all, and they dont say "hello" or "enjoy the movie", but instead they wait for you to talk. Besides that, wonderful! Good quality and everything!

On Friday, May 20, 2016, I brought a group of 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students to a showing of The Jungle Book. As usual, with a group of students, we were running late. The theater called me to make sure we were ok. Once we arrived, our popcorn and drinks were ready, and the theater started the show. Our students loved the theater and the movie. Thank you for making our end of the year field trip a success.

My experience with the night manager wss awful I was telling her about the bad experience I had in theatre # 7 and was brushed off and she walked away while I was speaking ,secondly the movie I paid $10 bucks for was a waste of film PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY TO SEE "IT COMES OUT AT NIGHT" because nothing ever comes out worst film of 2017 6-23-17 9:45 show

A group of college friends and I come to this place usually about twice a month and spend around sixty or so dollars on concessions alone. Last night, we went to see a movie and a member of the staff was extremely dry and rude. Also, at one point durning the movie they flickered the light on and off when me and my date got too close. Because of this, we will not be returning.

We have to drive a 1 1/2 to get to the movies... which is expensive considering d tickets are $7.50 for kids n adults... BUT tonight 4 some reason der is only 1 person working d concession stand wit a boatload of peeps n line!!! N moving slow as HECk. I do like d spacious seating n surround sound but service needs to improve!!!

The Grandview in Madison is the best movie theater in Metro Jackson. The ticket prices are a little pricier than other movie theaters but its definitely worth the few dollars more that you pay for the great experience you get. The theater rooms are always clean and so are the restrooms too.

This theatre adds an upscale feel to the local theatre. The staff is very courteous. There is an "Internet Cafe" off to the left (upon walk-in). The ticket booth, located inside, adds to the feel atmosphere. The seats are comfortable and the picture/sound quality is great.

Other than the upscale facade and adjacent shopping district nearby, Malco is your average, local theater. No frills, bells or whistles here. OK seating that becomes uncomfortable after about an hour. Concession prices are reasonable and food is relatively fresh.

I felt very scared in this theater due to the local natives that loiter outside the theater. Many of them resemble criminal faces I have seen through many years of television. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who is sensible, classy, and of middle class.

Worlds best Movie Theater. Much larger screens than other places. :D!!! Although I think they can be just a smudge more organized. And also, not the worlds best, thats a hyperbole, but is sure is the best in Mississippi, as I am a frequent traveler.

I have been there more than once and every time the food was cold but it is a nice theater n the last tims i went i was LITERALLY walking on popcorn n there was sum yucky (lol) in da cup holder. Staff needa to step it up service has went down.

Best theatre in central MS, in my opinion. Plenty of seating and very spacious. They allow Gathr films to be shown here as well as do speicial for Jackson Autism Center. We live 45 minutes away and still come to Malco!

Great Movie Theater but you guys are going to go up on the ticket prices at least attempt to clean your theaters more. I just seen a seat with what looks like puke on it, just like the said guy said below step it up!

This place has mice crawling around under your feet.I was too afraid of mice touching me to watch the movie. Too beautiful of a place to have mice crawling around in the dark.
