This place is so far out the way theres really no reason to go here unless you live in the Highlands. But its my little diamond in the rough. Not so much a secret once I review it but they deserve it. I live in Renton and I have at least half a dozen of theater options that are closer by at least 10 miles and yet I drive all the way out to Regal in Issy Highlands to watch movies... why? Because the theater is pretty much brand new. So everything is clean and not worn out. Only residents of the area come here so its never packed/overly crowded. Because its the Issaquah Highlands - no rowdy and loud people come here either. They serve a vareity of food that is reasonable for the movie theater. Chicken sandwiches and burgers, nachoes, ice cream, mini pizzas, etc. Everything is less than $10! Parking is plentiful as there is a 2 story garage and plenty of street parking as well. Theres an array of different restaurants and stores to go shopping around to kill time prior to the start of a movie. AND they have the BEST and largest RPX screen of any Regal theater that I have been to in the state of WA. The seats are large and comfortable as well. There really isnt anything to complain about aside from how far they are but for me... its just worth it.

Went to this theater for the first time today and other reviews are fairly accurate. Beautiful location and facility, but wow the service is horrible! We got there with about 45 minutes to kill and spent most of it first waiting in the concession line (two people in front of us) and then waiting for the food itself. Every cashier seemed confused about how to multitask even with small orders. Luckily the seats and overall quality of the theater made up for the complete lack of adequate service on such a slow day. Tip: Show up at least 20 minutes early to get a good seat, especially if there are three or more in your group. The theater was empty when we first arrived, but about 10 minutes before the movie started the top half was completely full.

Service is horrible. There are a lot of kids in the Highlands. You would think that they would staff more people when they know the kids are on vacation from school. Where the box office is its cold, windy and raining. The young man who was to sell me a ticket made me wait in the wind and rain while he was getting his act together. It was a day when no children were out of school. It would make more sense to let me by my ticket inside at the office.

The theater is fairly new and everything is clean. The lines are very reasonable, there is lots of parking, the seats are quite large and comfortable, the sound and picture quality is phenomenal, there is always a wide variety of movies playing, employees are very helpful, and the location is prime; there are so many great restaurants and stores to kill time at before your movie. The theater is also right by a park and ride. T

Clean theater with nice seating and standard concessions. I have yet to see a movie with too loud or soft sound, but the most recent screening of Batman: The Killing Joke was projected in the wrong aspect ratio, leaving the tops of everyones heads cut off as well as some text at the bottom. I appreciate this theater that is committed to making jobs accessible to people with handicaps.

Love the location, clean and friendly service. Prices are high and parking is frustrating. Parking spaces are small even for a smaller size car. They dont have reclining seats but charge the price you see at other theaters with luxury seating. We live walking distance however drive to the AMC in the Factoria Bellevue area because the seats are more comfortable and prices are better.

Great seats at this theater. I watched two movies here last week and noticed that both theaters (one RPX, one regular) had very comfortable seats. As usual, the overpriced concession stand will get your money. I am removing one star due to the seats being rather oily in both theater sets, but I suppose this is what happens when there is oily popcorn all over.

Purchase your tickets ahead of time and avoid the lines. I have no idea why, but many moviegoers like to haggle over the price, which causes a backup in the line. Get here early for your screening, because this is the only decent theatre in town. It serves a moderate but growing population. Be wary the upsells. 3-D Imax with RDX will set you back a paycheck.

Brand new and super comfy seats! Arm rests go up if you want to sit closer to your date and are wide enough to fit two arms. The seats also rock. The only negative thing about this is that they go back farther than the upright armrests so if you are sitting to the side, youll have a lump behind your shoulder. Not worth taking away a whole star though.

Great seats, super comfortable. Quality sound and crisp video screens. Restrooms are large and clean. The food options at the concession stand are good. The service at the concession stands needs improvement. Staff is nice but it will take 15-20 minutes to get your popcorn and drinks if you are 5th in line. Fix the speed of service, please.

Slow slow slow --- the people behind the counter are half alseep, not attentative. Dont they know when people are trying to get into a movie they should be efficient and focused, but not this staff - they are just yapping to each other, not caring about the customers. Hasnt changed in 2-3 years. Management needs to start hiring motivated people.

Pretty OK theater! Seemed mostly clean, and we had no major issues. The concession selection is predictably narrow and overpriced, as most theaters tend to be. The 3D glasses they provide are awkward and uncomfortable, and they dont even cover your full field of vision. Id suggest passing on the 3D experience.

Best movie theater in Washington state. My family and I have been in many movie theaters, but this one is the best. Huge screens, awesome sound quality, super comfortable seats, great food and snacks. I love their cheeseburgers and popcorn. My family and I go twice a week :)

The movies are good, and the food is good except for the prices. If you go here just buy candy from the gas station across the street and around the block. The price for a chocolate bar here is 5 dollars. OVERALL GOOD SOLID THEATER EXCEPT FOR HORRIBLE PRICED FOOD ITEMS.

It still feels like a new theater with comfy seats in RPX and even in standard theaters. As is usual concessions are obscenely over priced, but overall good. Parking is convenient, but will fill up at even and night due to overall lack of parking in the Highlands.

Great facility, but terrible concession service. Takes at least a solid 10 minutes, usually more to get anything that requires them to head into the back. One time they lost my order and I had to argue with them for 15 minutes. Outrageous.

Nice big theather with lots of food choices. Doesnt have reserved seating or the reclining chairs like loews but then sometimes it nice to just catch a movie on a whim without reservations. Their seats are nice leather and wide though.
