My family comes here every week and we normally have a great experience. This last visit we were mistreated by the concession stand employee. We came for a refill on our popcorn and were told it was too late to get one. We came right after the movie ended. Instead of helping us or offering a refill for next time, they said they were already cleaning it and bagged up all the popcorn. The machine was not cleaned at all. Then they gave us looks, whispered to other employees and laughed to make us feel very uncomfortable. After several minutes passed, he held out his hand for the tub. He gave us a batch of charred popcorn. It was disgusting!!!! He didnt even bother to fill it!!! There was a little more than half a tub. We were very disappointed with this experience and with this place. Guess we will find a theater that values and treats their customers with respect and dignity. I would encourage others to look for a better place where you can watch a movie and enjoy popcorn without being judged and given old charred popcorn!!!! *****UPDATE**** Happy that they tried to rectify the bad experience with free popcorn and tickets. Thank you for showing that you care about concerns from your loyal customers. Shame on the staff that handled this wrongly, but thankful that management said they would take care of the problem. I hope they train their employees to show stronger customer service skills. I will not let this incident keep us away from having a good experience at the movies!

This theatre is generally kept in good order. Its clean, the prices are fair, and the seats are comfortable. However, they have consistently had problems with their assistive listening devices. If Im fortunate enough to find an employee who knows where the headsets are kept, I find they are in poor shape with torn foam. They rarely work the first time. After I finally hunt down a manager to get him to turn on the transmitter, the audio quality is poorer than listening to the in-theatre sound. If you are like me and depend on these devices, do yourself a favor and go to the theatre in Easton or the Marcus in Pickerington - theyll serve your needs much better.

Not too busy, but there seems to be an obsession of either goth idiot teens that missed their Marilyn mansion concert always hanging out near the entrance, who care nothing about swearing or doing drugs in front of your children! Or it is the local hub for the most notorious and villainous hip hop gang who are so ruthless and hardcore that you forget they are very wealthy kids from a neighborhood that knows no crime! So so so hardcore that their awful pampered lives shows that they know how hard life is on the streets, a ruthless, crimeless, hardcore city with a population over 1500 people.. Oh yeah, the movies are pretty good also

Nice place but they could use a bathroom in the back hallway so you dont have to leave all the way to the front of the building by the exit. They also need a usher to stand up top at the show because people still be talking on their phone and texting at times during the show. They really need a jamming device because if people are stupid enough to text and drive and put their life in danger I doubt a little commercial telling you to turn your phone off will do the trick. Also a lot of mostly women are bringing bottles of drinks and food from outside inside of their purses. Bag check at all movies should be mandatory.

I am hoping I just caught this theater on a bad day, but after going here for years the cleanliness appears to be declining. I thought my shoes would be left behind, stuck to the sticky floor. Admission prices are still great, but Cinemark makes most of its profit on the concessions because like everywhere, concessions are more than the price of admission for your basic popcorn and a drink.Add candy and you exceed the cost of admission. Still a great neighborhood alternative. I hope the management will step up their game and not let the Theater begin to decline. Easton is not inconvenient.

This place is cool because it doesnt get overly crowded. I drive past the Easton cinema to go here. My only complaint is that the concession stand line is always too long because the cashier is doing everything their self. They should at least learn from Easton cinema to have it arranged where the customer can get all of their own items themselves. Kind of like a grocery store and then check out. I arrive early to the movie but still late because I spent all my time in line trying to wait on popcorn.

Ok first, for those of you who complain about concessions, youre a cheap ass. That is the only way they can keep the lights on. Ticket sales goes strait out the doors for them. Its like a gas station. Do you think they make money off gas? No, its the crap they sell inside. This theater is great for the price. When youre taking all the kids it can add up. If you go to the showings before 3 I think? Its only like $5.00. Just get a small popcorn and a small pop and shut up.

Very convenient to where I live. The prices for first run movies are the best I have seen anywhere and I mean many other cities too. Screens are fairly bright, the vast majority of the seats are in good repair. Only problem is that they are understaffed. During the day the person who sells you the ticket is often the same person who is manning the concession counter. Concession prices are high but no higher than the other theaters in town.

(Captain America: Civil War the day after opening) They only refunded instead of requesting the offending guests to stop talking. If you think talking, not whispering, during a movie that others pay to see but cannot hear over the talking is alright, then I disagree with those allowed policies and procedures. I stand corrected that this establishment has better behaved children. Beardos Hickritique™

Great theater without the hassle of the huge multiplexes! I love seeing movies at Stoneridge Movies 16. The prices are reasonable, chairs are comfortable and screens and audio are top quality. Its managed like a neighborhood house, but has all the advantages that comes with being a part of a large company. That must be the business model. I love it. It feels good going there.

Dont go to Easton and drop $5 extra on a ticket for a movie that looks just as great and is just as amazing on the screens at this theater. So unless youre getting dinner while watching this movie, this theater is a great value. Usually clean, staff is friendly, and regular movie prices apply. No up-charge because of being a part of Easton.

We had a good experience at Cinemark Stoneridge Plaza. The price to see a movie there is still affordable. The guy behind the ticket counter was very courteous. We also got a refill right after the movie and we didnt have any problem. The guy behind the counter simply pulled off the sticker and filled the tub. We will be visiting again.
