My experience with MiamiDoubleDecker was the worst ever. Let me start with talking to Steven over the phone the night before my "reservation" he was in a rush while I was trying to get answers how the schedule runs and using my groupon voucher that he took over the phone. I was schedule for the morning bus tour 11:15am arrival go there on time and the lady at the front desk said we had nothing reserved and voucher was used. I explained that I gave him the voucher to steven and then she offered me the next bus tour which is at 1:30pm so I had to stick around until then. The tour was nice after ducking throughout my ride and not get me head cut off from the trees. After the tour bus we went on the boat ride which was also great until we got back to destination we went straight to our bus stop I say like 5:55pm. I seen our bus and the guy with the hat (Andrew) I went directly to him, he said your bus come at 6:15pm while eating his food yet he was standing at the bus which was empty waiting for the people coming off the boat ride which we just came out from. So I walked into 1 store and came back by 6:14pm no bus and I asked another bus driver about our specific bus he said they left. It wasnt just me and my sister waiting for the bus, but a family from Germany 1st experience here to Miami. So i decided to call the office to check this out. I called and Steven answered and told me the bus should be there by 6:30pm I said I hope your right because u didnt reserve us for our morning tour cant take his word for anything. Quarter to 7 no bus called again from other people phones because my phone died David said 7pm will be the last pick up, 7:20pm came no bus no phone us and this family from Germany(didnt have a U.S phone line to make any calls) waiting very upset and they are giving us a run around. 3rd call was made to a Emily yet im basically asking people around for a phone to call this crazy unprofessional company. She left me on hold and here pops out the bus OMGGGGG I say it was 735PM by the time we got on the bus after making 3 calls. These people must change there staff members from reservations to giving people wrong times on arrivals departures. Explain things in detail especially for 1st time tourist. When the bus came a the guy (NICK) came out and said did you just call I said yes I was put on hold and he apologized and asked me if there was anything he can do to make us satisfied I said as long as you take us and these other family back we are good. He was very sweet and welcoming. Andrew you did not deserve that tip in the container you lied to us because you were our ride back but you too busy eating and not talking to your customers. DEAL on groupon was great tour was amazing staff suck 100% except for Nick get people more like him for customer service over the phone and feel more welcoming.

TOURIST BEWARE The outfit is out if Lincoln Road now. My husband and I booked two tours from double decker. The guy on the other end was very rude and had his music blaring. After we finally finished booking, we required a ride. He asked how we are paying, we said Groupon. He proceeded to tell us that it was not included since we booked through groupon we told him that the fine print said that pick up was included. He stated that he did not care what it said and insisted that if we needed pick up we would have to return the groupon and purchase from him at a higher rate. We decline. The first we booked for was key west. Now tour is not what we received. All it is is a ride share with other people. Once you are there even before you get to Key West, the sales pitch is laid on. You have to book there and now. No tour is included. You end up paying more money. Key west was wonderful but you can drive yourself for half the price. The second trip we booked was Miami city tour and millionaire boat ride. It was all good except at the end of the tour we were told we had to head straight to the bus. When we arrived nobody was there, the bus was running. We all waited over an hour until another bus arrived. We tried to explain the situation. At first he did not want to help us. It was not his tour. We finally got him to contact the office. Finally they agreed to drive us back. I fail to mention the other bus was still running with no one in site. I dont know what happened to them, I did see a couple of them in the bar where they get kick back for sending us tourist there. When we got back to,the office no one said anything no apologies. They did offer to take a few if us back to our hotel. We have taken many tours from other operators and we have never been treated poorly. Beware when booking with this outfit, once they have your money you are no use to them.

Das ist eine Typische Bauernfängerei... Spart euch das Geld und erkundet Miami mit den öffentlichen-man sieht viel mehr von Miami und bekommt einen Eindruck vom Leben abseits des Tourismus! Bei diesem Ausflug verbringt man mehr mit warten und mit Kaffeefahrt ähnlichen Verkaufsstrategien. Der beste Kaffee in Little Havanna - verbunden mit ZigarrenShop - bis hin zum Mittagessen, und Weltbesten Mojito, weil ja die Bootstour 90 min dauert (Ironie) !! *Kotzwürgspei* hier profitiert jeder von jeden und ich könnte mich Ohrfeigen,das wir auf sowas reingefallen sind!! 80$ für 2 Personen sind besser im Macys angelegt Aufenthalt September 2016

Die Konkurrenz ist deutlich professioneller. Oftmals langes Warten bis der Fahrer nach einem Stop endlich nach Ablauf der vereinbarten Zeit viel zu spät zum Bus kommt und die Türen öffnet. Bei Regen verteilt die Konkurrenz Regen Ponchos, hier sitzt man einfach im strömenden Regen. Der obligatorische Stop zum Verkauf vermeintlich besonders günstiger Waren in einem speziellen Laden war natürlich auch dabei. Alles in allem Recht unprofessionell organisiert.

Would not recommend. Driver and staff were unprofessional. Reviewing Facebook posts and gawking at profile pictures while driving the bus! Half of the staff does not understand or speak English. Was told the tour was leaving... Wasnt on a tour at all, just on the bus to go to the tour?!? Arrived at a central location on Lincoln Street and was told the bus leaves in 30 minutes. I was never told the bus I just got off, is now magically the tour bus. Why did I have to get off the bus to begin with? The bus is not as described as on the brochure. It does not have a canopy top. Sounds minor? When its full sun in Miami I expect a canopy if your brochure states there is a canopy. Sun burnt half way through the trip, they drop you off in Little Havana for an hour??? Why? I just left... Took Uber back to Miami Beach. Dont waste your time or money with this tour company. Find another one.

Family tour of Miami area on a double decker--what could be more fun? Very obnoxious having the guide switching between english and spanish every 30 seconds. Worst was that we were dropped off for the boat segment expecting a bus to be waiting when we got back--it was there, running for 2+ hours before a different bus actually arrived. No one could tell tour participants in advance when they could expect a bus to take them back.
