There were four bright blue dots on the movie screen throughout the entire movie. These dots were very distracting and greatly detracted from the movie. I informed the manager after the movie and her response was that they knew about it and were trying to get it fixed. No apology. It is unacceptable that the theatre would continue to show movies on this screen while such an obvious problem exists with the projection. At the very least they should have informed customers that there was a problem with this screen so that we could have chosen a different movie to see. And then to not even apologize when the issue was brought up is unacceptable. This is not the first projection issue I have had at this theatre. At another movie at this theater the curtains did not open all the way so the movie was projected on to the uneven surface of the curtain on both edges of the image, approximately 5% of the image. I can no longer support a theatre like this that does not care about the image quality of their movies.

First off I really appreciate having a multi plex theater in Monroe... The theater is comfy. Staff is nice. Prices are reasonable. Gripe.... Dang red necks that come in and put their feet on the backs of the chairs! Do they treat their furniture home like this? Teach their kids to act this way? The other day I saw a movie and a guy actually not only had his feet on the chair in front of him.... BUT, no shoes! REALLY Prediction: newly renovated part of the theater is trashed within a year...due to lack of manners and complete disrespect... Please. Just stay home of you dont know how to act or werent raised with manners. Thanks

the worst movie theater ive been to, the seats were old and torn and had butter inside of them. One of the staff memmbers spit in my burger for not being very friendly. i seat on a peice of chewed bubble gum. mydippin dots were frozen when i got them and they were too cold to eat so i threw them away complained about how the dippin dots are to cold to the manager. the ticket taker guy took my ticket with an attitude that was like his grandma just died but he was happy because he found all of her toys. I was pretty flippin ticked at him and made my movie watching experience very unenjoyable even though it turned me on

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. I bought tickets online to see a movie with the DBOX seats that you have to reserve on Saturday but accidentally bought them for Sunday. Not only did they refund me everything but the $5 convenience fee, but they were able to get us in to the same movie at a slightly later time in 3D, which was a little cheaper and worked out better for us. They also offered us free popcorn and drink refills. These guys went above and beyond to fix a mistake that was entirely my fault. I will definitely be traveling back over the mountains to attend movies at this theater.

This is the best movie theater ever! Ive been too a lot, but honestly this is the best. Everyone is so happy and kind, the popcorn literally couldnt get any better, the movie theater is very clean and you can make the biggest mess in the actual theater rooms and they clean it up in no time! ( Ive seen them do it!) The screen is big, there is lots of chairs and its roomy, it can get a little cold in the theater, but cmon, if your in an intense action movie, you need cold air!

This movie theater is a great option for people in the Monroe, Snohomish, Lake Stevens area. Generally has a great selection of movies, facility is clean, staff is nice, popcorn and snacks are good and chairs are comfortable. They offer some special seating arrangements in a larger theater for the big movie premieres. Special priced movies on Tuesdays. Overall a good choice for a comfortable movie experience without having to go to the big city.

This place is always clean, rarely crowded. The manager runs this location with a personal touch, keeps line breakers at bay and takes exceptionally good care of customers. Even the concession staff goes the extra mile to recommend good price-conscious options and occasionally throw in a little extra. I couldnt ask for a better, cleaner more family-friendly theater for every occasion.

Good theater, they have most of the latest movies. The theaters themselves have slightly outdated seats. In a few of the theaters there appears to be something on the projection screen, which does not necessarily ruin the movie just something you will notice. Decent rewards program, with a free ticket on your birthday. All in all if youre in the area a good theater.

Great theater! Popcorn is fresh and tasty with FREE delicious popcorn toppings! Beautiful digital projection on good sized screens. Aso, seems like there are fewer than average rude movie goers at this theater. However, the last couple times Ive been there Ive been next to a talking couple who think theyre watching a movie alone in their living room.

For movies its the only game in town. Pricing is affordable and if you are part of their silly membership thing you can save up points to get a free movie ticket. It costs you literally nothing so its worth it. There are lines for the big releases or when some business in town does an event there. Learn to avoid those and its a great place.

Staff is very good and tolerant of all people. Buying tickets the people in front of me cried and complained about having to pick assigned seating. Please people, grow up. The world does not revolve around you. In Southeast Asia all seating is pre-picked assigned seating. Its their way of making seeing a movie an "event" and good service.

Best theatre to go to hands down. I used to drive past two theatres to go there now I am close enough finally! Good service, good seats, good popcorn, enjoyed the cool seats that move, having a beer and wine one is cool too. The only reason Id go anywhere else is if I have a free ticket, otherwise this is my favorite theatre!!

Galaxy theater is more rad than a bmx movie from 1986. They have cool old movies that they re-run (Jaws, Airplane, Goonies ,etc) and special events like MST3K movies as well as the blockbusters of today. They also serve beer and wine and have a selection of motion control seats that move when action happens in the movie.

Galaxy 12 is one of the best theaters i have visited, it is always clean before you get into the movie room. A tip i would offer is to buy candy somewhere else like Fred Meyers down the road where it is cheaper and then put it in your pockets to save for a movie it will save you a lot of money.

Great movie theatre since they upgraded some of the theatres to stadium plus seating and you get to pick your seat when you purchase your ticket. As usual the refreshments are expensive but they let you bring in your own water. Tuesdays are rewards nights, admission is $6.50. Recommended!

Popcorn buttered perfectly! Every employee is kind and knows their job. No one is slow or lazy. If theres ever an issue, the customer is always treated like a star. Its the top managed theaters in Wedtern WA and we have been to most of them. The Seattle Cinerama is a close second.
