Overall the theatre is very nice and the seats are very comfortable. However I am only giving it 3 stars because of the staff. Besides the ladies who were working the ticket counter the staff were unprofessional. They all acted like they hated their job and they did not care about their customers. Also I dont know if there is a dress code for the employees but there needs to be. Most of them wore worn out jeans and Marcus t-shirts that were too big. The worst of them all was when we were walking out of theatre 3 and a girl waiting for us to exit the theatre so she could clean was wearing a red tutu and was texting on her phone! So overall nice theatre but terrible staff, Marcus should be embarresed.

So I tried ordering tickets on the Marcus theaters app on my phone and it told me the transaction failed three times. Yet I was charged still and told that nothing could be done and Id be out 65 bucks for the week until the charges fell off my account. But the manager [Robert] at the box office was nice enough to get us the tickets for our movie free of charge and told me they would remove all three charges. He said the app has being doing this a lot lately and that they have submitted a claim to fandango to make sure its fixed. Just wanted to say thank you for making things right and addressing the issue.

The bathrooms were gross. No toilet paper in 2 stalls and paper towels and water on the floor. The pre-order kiosk wasnt working so I couldnt print off pre-purchased tickets. I stood in line instead of being able to skip to the ticket taker. That defeats the purpose of pre-order in tickets. The concession stand used the tiny little bits of popcorn, not the bigger kernels. They werent popping fresh kernels. They used the bottom of the barrel type stuff. The employees never seem like theyre having fun or enjoy their jobs. They dont have any customer service skills.

Went to the opening screening of Suicide Squad where a family decided it was okay to bring in their 5 to 6 year old son who would not shut up the entire time. I get that PG-13 is just a suggestion but this is ridiculous. I expect the level of noise coming from a disturbance like that to be a college kid, not a 5 year old child. When I brought my complaint to a manager I was pretty much told there was nothing that could be done, so I guess there is nothing that can be done about my review.

Bought 3 tickets for a showing of Get Out on the Ultrascreen at 7:15 pm March 2nd. We get there at 7:00 pm only to be told that the movie had been switched to 7:50 pm and was no longer in the Ultrascreen. No warning at all. Was then told by assistant manager Michael B. "Well do you want to see a movie or not." Very unprofessional and disappointing. If you are going to switch a movie at least let the people who reserved tickets know ahead of time.

Very comfortable movie theatre. Nice "lazy boy" type reclining chairs with plenty of room. Good sound too. Blows most other theatres away (even large city ones). If youre from out-of-town (or even) and want to see a flick come here. But, come full. Would be 5 stars if they didnt charge outrageous prices at the concession stand ($6 for a large soda, even with free refills is highway robbery).

The only thing that would make this theater 20 thousand times better is quicker staff in the concession area... The prices are ridiculous for concessions now days when soda is almost 100% profit. Invest in quick help, and knowledgeable staff, that dont have to ask the next guy "how much?" a product is. Otherwise I love the theater its becoming a family night at least 2 - 3 times a month!

My favorite cinema. ALL SEATS ARE LUXURY LOUNGE SEATS! You just melt in the comfort of the red reclining seats that have cup holders. Seats can become two by pushing up the middle divider. The overall layout of the cinema is nice. Clean place considering its a busy place and they serve popcorn. The theatres are very nice and clean. Service is polite and quick.

The recliners make the movie! We come from 50+ miles away at least once a month sure entirely to the recliners. Makes paying big theater prices worth it. Only thing that would make me give it a 5 star would be friendlier staff and a reduction in concessions prices. Theyre insane. But thats certainly not unusual for any theater.

Decently priced Cineplex that offers plenty of discounts - students, teachers, senior, military! At times they have a variety of ways to view the films normal, 3D, reclining seating which is super comfy! The only downside will always be the concession prices. This complex does keep up the cleanliness of all areas.

I actually like this theater better than the West Acres one, Im not entirely sure why, as theyre both owned by Marcus Theaters and are both going through the same (more or less) remodeling! I think I like it better because it is tucked a way, more or less, compared to the West Acres lot.

All theaters have the reclining seating. Seats are reserved when you buy the tickets. So no more getting to the theater early just for good seats. There isnt a bad seat in the house. Tuesdays are $5 movie nights and if you have a rewards card there are specials for popcorn.

Excellent seating. Prices do have sales on certain days and if you are a Marcus card holder. Parking can be tight at times. You may have to park across the street if it is evening and a popular show. Sometimes it can get a bit dirty, but in general it is a great theatre.

Excellent from buying your tickets online not standing in line to retrieve them. Good snacks great seats Ive been to Montana at a 14 Plex and it was a nightmare. Bought tickets online and still stood in line to retrieve them unbelievable Marcuss got them beat.

Last 2 time we have gone people talked the whole time or were on their phone making it distracting to watch the movie. Never saw staff walking into the movies to watch and see if people are not distracting others. Maybe you guys should start doing so.

I absolutely love this theater! With the addition of self serve pop/icee machines, actual good at the concessions, and of course the DreamLoungers and Dolby Atmos sound system the only problem I have now is falling asleep in the super comfy chairs :-D

The worst ever service. Other customers were allowed to take our seats and the ushers did nothing. It wrecked my date, but they gave us free movie tickets. I then threw them in the trash because I never want to go back EVER again

Love the reclining seats, they are big and roomy, and very comfortable. The sound system is state of the art, and the movies screen is clear and crisp. The staff does a great job at cleaning up between showings.

Really stepped up the sound experience and the comfort while watching a movie. I think the absolute best thing though is the ability to pick your seat and reserve them. It just doesnt get any better than that.

LOVE IT!!!! Awesome comfy seats, huge screens, fantastic sound, great staff, and good concessions! Also they have great deals- I LOVE being able to get this amazing experience for only $5 every Tuesday. :)
