It has been a while since I took my granddaughter to a movie. When I saw that the new Cars 3 movie was out and we had seen the first two together I thought it was a good time to take her. We went to the matinee to save money, but I was shocked when I was told what the price for a child, a senior and a large bag of popcorn was. Plus they didnt even have it in 3D! Then I learned that I wasnt charged the price for a senior ticket. I am pretty sure that I look over 55. Evidently you have to ask for a senior ticket? From now on Ill wait for the movies to go to the cheap theater!

I am always treated with politeness, respect and good old fashioned manners. I visit every Sat with the Hermitage Movie and Dining MEETUP CLUB. The theaters are always clean as well as restrooms. They offer an assortment of snacks and beverages at to me are high priced but just like all other cinemas. I wish you could get a coke for $2.50. Dont know how a family can afford to go and buy refreshments for all. If prices could be cut in half there I imagine a lot more families could afford to go to movies. I enjoy each and every time I go.

Seriously. Ridiculous. My boyfriend and I went to see The Conjuring and after waiting in line forever, I realized I didnt have my ID so I had to walk all the way to my car to get it. Then we had to wait in line again. Then when we got back to the lady, she said she needed BOTH IDs. She didnt tell us that at first. Mind you, my boyfriend doesnt have a form of ID. Therefore, we couldnt get in, even though I had an ID. So, Im very upset at this because this is the first time this has happened. Needless to say Im not going back there.

Reasonable prices friendly staff and good movies selections. Safe comfortable atmosphere and clean theatre inside and out. Also they have great surround sound and great picture quality. The only down fall would be the after matinee shows are a little expensive and 3D movies are even more expensive. The concession prices are expensive and not much to offer. But there popcorn is good. The popcorn is hot and fresh. The large popcorn and drinks does not come with free refills is another downfall.

The building is nice, with great amphitheater seating in above average chairs for comfort. The screens are huge and I cant remember the last time I had a problem with the screen or film being distorted or marked. The food prices are a little high here, but I like to bring my own candy to the theater anyway, and they arent really any higher than at other theaters. Great movie selections, options for birthday parties, and overall a good time. Recommended if you love movies!

All the latest movies with enough show rooms to get in to your favorite movie at a convenient show time. Could use a little housekeeping though. My first viewing if IT was tainted with the faint aroma of urine. I doubt it was a 4D experience. Additionally, beware seeing movies for the first time on discounted Mondays. The local denizens are in attendance making sure you know theyre there as well.

It is convenient to where I live. It does need some real food though. It does not take much to do that. They also need to redo their seats so they recline. A lot of times I will drive the extra 10 min up to the movies at meadville. Just to have a dog and a beer. You also do not have to pay for your two and under at premier movies.

Very clean. Not crowded at all. Volume of the film was excessive, though. Coming Attractions were excruciatingly loud. Made me remember immediately why I stopped dropping a days wages to see new movies. Two hours is entirely too long to be that uncomfortable.

Nice seats but horrible t.p. dispensers with the cheapest, thinnest paper which breaks off in tiny pieces. Everybody complains but the owners refuse to rectify. Spend a few bucks and get some workable dispensers. Update: Problem has been corrected.

Nice theater. Temp is always well maintained. The facility is clean, including restrooms. Staff is friendly and fast to wait on customers. Prices are outrageous, but I suppose that is the norm for theaters nowadays.

I love the place, dont get me wrong, but I will be so glad when they start offering some real food like the theatres in bigger cities... Its rough going there pregnant and trying to get through a long movie... LoL

Its a good theater. Clean, friendly, and the seats have cup holders. You dont realize how much that matters until you visit a theater that doesnt have cup holders on their seats. The popcorn is always good too.

have never had a bad experience. drive 30 mins just to go to this theater because its the better than the others near me. design is just right and the selection of movies and showtimes are vast.

It has really good movies, and snacks. The theater is big enough that no one can get in your line of view. Its also very easy to see and hear the movie with no interruptions at all.

Ive seen many movies here its a great multiple screen theatre with comfy seats. Consesion stand has good popcorn and will load on the butter if you ask, also very clean

Better than Eastwood Mall theatre by far, wider chairs, free popcorn on Mondays & cheep tickets . Clean theatre, up to date movies. Cant beat it.

Their selection of 3D showings for triple A movies is very poor. Usually the only showing for these is 9:20. Way too late for kids.
