-concession is overpriced -seats are uncomfortable both of the latter I have always overlooked. I mean its a movie theater sometimes youll have that. What I couldnt overlook was this: As far back as I could remember, Growing up in Niles, movie premiers were at Regal Cinema 14. Premiers were always a cosplay event. Whether it was Darth Vader for Star Wars or the Joker or Two Face for Batman, it was a time for you to dress up in celebration of something you love and enjoy it with friends. That is until the Purge Anarchy. As per our usual, my friends and I got dressed up on release night and went off to see the next film in the Purge franchise. only this movie fell after James Holmes walked into theatre number 9 in Aurora during the premier of the Dark Knight Rises. Since then Regal Cinemas has adopted a no costumes policy. Even though My friends and I showed our faces in front of the cameras, and even though James Holmes was not in costume at all aside from his badly dyed hair, we were informed that this time honored tradition was now banned from Regal Cinemas, ruining the midnight premier for everyone. Regal Cinemas has let one person ruin something that has been part of the movie going tradition for generations of film loving fans, thus letting the bad guys win, and adding to this new America where fear is the basis of losing one’s liberties.

I think they are over priced, specially on their food. I went to see "Trolls" a few weeks ago, we had to try about 5 different sits before finding ones that were not broken or leaning forward and that we could sit together. Went there a few days ago to watch "Why Him", we had no problem with sits but, we did notice one that had a sign saying "out of order/service". Last two times we also noticed that the butter on the pop corn tasted horrible, just oily. The Theaters are always clean, they do keep the bathrooms in good shape. Staff is nice and friendly.

This past Saturday we attended a showing of X-Men Apocalypse. All the theaters lost power. We sat there 25 minutes without a word & when another couple walked out to find out what was the issue, then & only then, did we hear what was going on. To top that off, when my friend asked about a refund and/or compensation for the inconvenience, the girl @ the ticket booth was rude about the whole issue till he asked for a manager who finally gave us a refund. MAJOR FOUL!!!!!

Went to watch the movie" split " good show we had a gift card from Fandango we had gotten for Christmas they would not let us use it to get in or at the concession ??? Really disappointed! We enjoy going to the theater but this really dro ve me nuts. Now I hear that all proceeds from the movie goes to the movies and the only way the theater makes money is on the consessions. Well Im sure we will come back just cant say when sorry really wanted to say better things!

I went here to see Rogue One and Sing. There was no wait and ample seating, though we went late evening on a snowy night. The theaters themselves are quite small compared to my normal places and the sound wasnt quite as rich as in other locations. I would probably go back if I were in town since this is a close and easy theater to find, but its not nearly as nice as the ones I frequent outside the Warren area.

The projector for the movie in 3D wasnt in focus, and it took them over 30 min. to fix it. So went to see the same movie, in another theater in the same building, to see what I missed because it was so blurry. And low and behold, the first row of seats smelled of urine. Very nice. Hope you invest in some cleaning products.

Extremely over priced tickets and food. Its like $5 just for a small soda and $11 just for a ticket! On top of that the seats are beyond uncomfortable. I could not quit moving around and felt bad for the people around me. Ill just wait and rent movies from now on. Horrible

This theater is disgusting. It smells like pee and the seating is super uncomfortable. My visiting family came home very disappointed. We will not attend there in the future. I would not even give it a one star but I have to for it to post..

Please reinvest money back into your facility, especially your seating. The seats are so uncomfortable that it was painful to sit through a movie. I would rather wait a year to see the movie at home than to sit in your theater

The staff forgot we were in the movie theater and we had to go remind them to start the movie 15 minutes late. We didnt get to see any previews before the movie because they started it too late. Terrible way to keep business!

Overpriced like every other theater out there, but they are nicely sized, and generally not too busy depending on the movie and when you watch it. Obviously new releases will be busier, especially the more anticipated ones.

The workers are very kind people but the last time i went the place didnt smell good it smelled as if someone peed in the seats and the chairs arent comfy in the least to pay so much to watch a movie i want some comfort

While prices here are high, that is a fault of the company, not this specific location. Ive had cold popcorn on a few different occasions, and I find that seats are often broken here. Otherwise, no major problems.

Very disappointed that they change the times of movies without updating the website. Drive so far to watch a movie only to find out they changed the time by five hours. What a waste of time.

I just moved to the area and have visited this theater about 4 times, It is a bit pricey, but, I have yet to have a bad experience and I will be going back, keep up the good work.

For $11.50, I expect more. The only improvements Ive seen to this theater are the new projectors that were required to be installed. The seat are old and worn. Not comfortable.

This theater has a great selection of movies, the theater is clean, the service isnt bad, and nither are ticket prices. The only bad thing is they overcharge you on concessions
