This is a really great theater with really comfy seating and it has a smaller more personal setting unlike some of the other theaters around. The only issue I have had with the theater is the issue that they do not sell movie tickets online like almost all of the other theaters do. You either have to go there in the morning to purchase your tickets for later that night or you might as well not go. Dont get me wrong, $5 movie nights with a free small popcorn through the rewards program is simply awesome. But the process of having to drive to the theater at least 30min before the show only to find out that they are sold out for every screen when normal people work for a living in a 9-5 would like to see a movie after work is just a pain in the rear end. It seems that the only option is to buy tickets almost 6 hours in advance. The first come fist serve, sorry sold out at 8AM for the 8PM showing even thoe you showed up at 7PM is getting very old fast. Other than that the theater is awesome.

Ive heard about this through a friend so i went for a date night with my honey. The food wasnt bad but once we got into the theater and the movie started playing i was not pleased with the lighting and sound. Most all theaters will turn off the dimly lit lights but here for me the lights are a distraction because of how bright the lights still are. They stay up like they would during the previews and once the movie comes those are supposed to go off and they dont. Plus, my honey and i decided for vday we would do a double headed and the first movie was good, but by the time we got to the second movie...again with the lights but the sound was way too loud. We made it about 15 min in and then left cause it was to loud and we walked away with headaches. We enjoy the theater but wont be returning anytime soon to this Marcus theater

While I do love the dream loungers and totally new theaters, the theater as a whole still has a few updates it needs. Mainly they need to be sure to maintain their screens in their small theaters. I also am a little bummed that the prices have gotten as high as they are only because they didnt have to raise them much when they got the first round of dream loungers, but now with the new theaters it is a huge jump. I mean over $14 for a new movie in the new theater for one person on the weekend is too rich for my blood. If you are charging this much there should not be any rips or tears in your screens. On another note though I LOVE the new food options (the fries are the best!) and having the non-alcoholic drinks refillable!

First the good before the bad: This place is flippin impossible to get to - meaning even once you can see it, the twists and turns you have to navigate to find your way into the lot is ridiculous. Not their fault, but just be aware. Also, as someone else mentioned, its weird that they leave the lights on during previews, it makes it hard to see the screen. And the theater itself (lobby etc) is pretty run down. BUT, any drawbacks are overshadowed by the amazing recliner seats. Theyre comfortable and spacious, best theater seats Ive ever experienced. Also, they have reserve seating so you dont run into issues with finding a seat, so thats a big plus as well.

Out of all the theatres that are around where i live, this is my absolute favorite theatre. The seats are very comfortable and you can even bring a blanket.Youre NOT sitting on top of other people.The popcorn is very delicious!The employees are very professional. The theatre is always clean.Here, i dont have to take out a mortgage just to go to the movies or purchase refreshments,because this theatre is very affordable.This theatre also has a awesome summer movie program for the kids.

They have the most wonderful seats. They also have reduced price matinees on Tuesdays (or do/did as I am writing this review). It is a nice place to go visit on really hot days in the summer or if you have cabin fever in the winter. My son has special needs, so we tend to sit in the very back so if he has to stand up we arent blocking another patrons view. The popcorn is good, drinks are large and refillable, and it is kept clean. I would highly recommend this theater.

They use to be kinda rundown and unpleasant. But they invested on updates, recliner loveseats and assigned seating. Its defiantly made me actually bother to see movies in the theater more. They also have pretty decent concessions and a restaurant inside. If youre on a budget make sure to get Tuesday tickets or the early bird specials. They also offer self check-out kiosks for convenience or for when you just dont want to interact socially. Best theater in the area!

I have been working with Noah, the GM, for months to get a refund of 120.00 from Thanksgiving weekend. I have sent copies of my credit card statements and numerous emails. They overcharged me by $100 and refuse to take ownership. I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this theater or any other Marcus Theater. I would give them a zero star but it makes me click on at least one. So frustrating as its something so simple to fix!

We like this theater a great deal. Only issue we dont understand is why Marcus Rosemount leaves the lights on so brightly during the movie. The lighting in the theater each time we have been there is only slightly dimmer then the lighting most movie theaters have set for showing trailers while people are still streaming in to find a seat. Wish they would dim the lights to near darkness like other theaters once the movie begins.

The seats here are really comfortable - I am really starting to dig this new leather recliner trend! There is a kiosk in the lobby for ticket redemption or separate kiosks for buying tickets. The place is clean, and they even have an extended menu option (aka more than just popcorn, drinks and candy). I hear the mozzarella sticks are amazing. Did I mention Tuesdays are only FIVE BUCKS?!

I am going to say 5 stars. If you compare to a n IMAX out anything really big this wouldnt be 5 stars. The seats were super comfortable and some of them you can share with your significant other and cuddle during the movie. The price for movies is great! The concessions are about average to other theaters in price. This will be my theater if choice for most of the time I go see movies.

Easily the best theater south of the river. I drive here despite having a movie theater within walking distance of my house. Prices are decent, staff are friendly, and the seats are the new normal in my opinion. Considering the amenities that some theaters out their still lack (seats, better food, beer), its surprising that the ticket costs are still reasonable. Good work, Marcus crew!

I used to love going to this movie theater, but after today I will considered going somewhere else. Me and my daughter went to see a kids movie and the person whom was next to us was drinking beer and of course he was burping I could smell the nasty smell people should considered to drink on the lobby not in the movie room... but maybe I should consider going somewhere else....
