So I dont go to movie theaters that often, because when confronted with patrons who interrupt to scoot past you during the film, the number of seats with a poor viewing angle, and the extortionist pricing at the concession stand, it is all too easy to decide to watch at home. The Warren Theater seems to have understood this, and is changing the moving-going experience to draw back people like me. Due to our last minute decision to see a movie, I was only able to test their most traditional style theater, but I was pleased to discover wide aisles and amazingly comfortable seats. When we were only able to get our large group in rows 2&3, I was thinking, "Ouch, there goes my neck!" But this was not the case as the seats have a next rest that allows you to comfortably lean your head back and watch. That and there was a large area between the first row and the actually screen, meaning no one had to have bad seats. The concession stand still has monopolistic prices, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and hope to be back to try some of their more innovative offerings, such as the heated recliners and the lounge theater featuring meals and bar.

This is by far my *favorite* theater in the greater Tulsa area! The movies always look and sound phenomenal, and unlike some of the other theaters in the area, my fiance always gets working headsets that help him to better hear the audio portion despite his hearing impairment. That said, the food had always tasted delicious, the drinks divine, and the wait staff [when available in theater] does an excellent job of being attentive without being disruptive. All of this plus the most comfortable seats Ive ever sat in for watching a movie! [Ive at in the screening rooms, the directors suite, and the balcony. The balcony was the only experience I did not enjoy seat wise, but Ive known others whove loved it. I just didnt think the balcony seats reclined back far enough.] Finally the sheer ambiance in the entire building, from the main lobby, to the viewing rooms, all the way down to the bathrooms is phenomenal! No other theater even comes close to feeling like its in the same league let alone on the same level as The Warren.

The first time I went to the Warren Theatre was to see Star Wars on the Grand Infinity screen. The showing we wanted to see was all sold out, so we got tickets to the next one - over two hours later. Luckily for my friends and I, they have a fully stocked bar upstairs! We drank and visited while waiting for our movie, the bartenders were very friendly and the drinks were on point. Once the movie did start we sat in our seats and a waitress introduced herself and guided us through ordering from our seats, while watching a movie, awesome. We ordered some food and cocktails and had the best movie going experience of my life. I havent been to another theatre since. Its that good! If price is a concern you can always go on Wednesdays when tickets are just $5 each. You owe it to yourself to try this place out. While some seats and the alcohol can be pricey, I cant think of a single complaint about this place. Their food and drinks are reasonably priced, the place is clean, the staff friendly. Best theatre in Tulsa.

If you want an incredible movie theater experience before you even watch your movie, go to the Warren. I can tell that this theater values excellence. The building itself, the popcorn, the seats, the pre-movie entertainment, the sound-system, and the screens are top-notch. Im always impressed when I visit, except for one thing: employees. It seems like most of the employees are teens (unless youre in the 21+ area), and Im never blown away by customer service. Ive witnessed a manager publicly scold the concession stand worker right in front of me. It was awkward. I will single out David though. He is one of the staff members who takes tickets and hands out mints, and Ive enjoyed talking to him before. I can tell he enjoys his job and enjoys working with people. If you want the best of the best, see a movie in the Directors Suite. Its 21+, only about a 20-seat theater with private wait staff. You can order food and drinks! Its awesome. All in all, the Warren is a must if youre into movies.

This only applies to the movies show on the Grand Infinity or Balcony as they all use the same deep curved screen. While the seats are fine, better than most places and the sound is very good, the problem is the lens they use for the deep curved screen is not correct so you lose about 5% of the picture at the top in the middle and at the bottom. Basically the movie is the right size for the distance from the sides but because the center of the screen is several feet further back from the sides the result is the movie in the center needs a taller screen to show all the film. Imagine a huge arc is drawn from the top of the screen that goes from each top corner and cuts down about 5% at the center and that is about the amount of film you are missing. When we watched it there we had the tops of peoples heads cut off because of this, it was very annoying. I havent tried the other screens but understand that they are also curved so they may suffer the same problem.

WOW is all i can say. I mean once you go to the Warren i see no reason to go anywhere else. When you drive up you know you are at something different with the bull nose marque and all the neon. It is different then any other theater in town really is an Experience not just going to a movie. Ok i mean i have been to AMC, the Cinemark at 71st and sadly to the Owasso theater. The Warren is about luxury and doing movies right. Seeing a movie in one of the 2 grand auditoriums is magnificent and so just WOW. The balconies are amazing too but more expensive but if you want the ultimate movie going experience it is awesome. Its a little further then the other theaters from Owasso but its worth it every time. They also have the traditional stadium seating auditoriums and then they have the screening rooms that have the recliners like you find at the Cinemark. Then the Directors suites are a very private VIP experience.

We went to see Jack Preacher. Had Tickets for the Balcony 7 where we could have dinner and watch the movie. We have never received bad service but this trip made up for all of the good times. We had to wait almost 25 minutes before our order was taken. I had to get up and tell one of the staff that we had never been waited on. People around us were already receiving their food when our order was taken. Food finally showed up about half way through the movie, then when they brought the ticket it was wrong. We were charged for drinks we didnt order. Through all of this the waiter never apologized for the bad service. Worst experience at Warren. Will most likely go to another theater from now on. Will eat someone where we know we will get good service. For the money we spent on tickets and the meal we could have gone some where nice where we would have received good service.
