The theatre is nice, but management doesnt approve of CHL holders. Therefore I dont approve of them and will not support them. I hope other CHL holders will do the same. UPDATE: I went by this theatre the last week of December 2015 and I must say that I was surprised to find that there was no 30.06 or 30.07 signs posted. There was a sign essentially saying they reserve the right to search backpacks, bags, and purses. But nothing indicating the management disapproved of CHL holders. I suspect the manager that refused service to the CHL holder was not representative of the owners or the owners are incredibly misinformed as to the Texas gun laws. Either way, Im changing my review from one star to three since there is no mechanism in place to prevent a CHL holder from entering with a firearm on there person.

Went to the theater to watch Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 and ten minutes after the movies set show time they finally stopped showing ads. Then, not even ten minutes into the actual movie, the power went out. An employee came in and said that if they cannot get the power back on within ten minute they will give out readmission tickets, but could not give out refunds. We waited another twenty minutes, until another employee came in to say there will be a line outside to give out readmission tickets. Most things available for purchase inside the theater are far overpriced in my opinion. The only good thing about my experience is that the regular employees are polite and the venue is kept very neat.

I would give it 5 stars but of course, like ever other movie theatre, you get a movie with your popcorn. So the poster Quinneth (sp?) below was complaining about the ticket purchase area ....... its a whole 25 steps from the popcorn counter BACK OUT to the ticket booth. I am not sure how you even GOT inside without a ticket actually as they stop you at the door. Of Course they looked at you funny, who walks PAST a ticket booth, PAST a guy taking said tickets, stands in line for popcorn for 10 minutes THEN asks to buy a ticket ? ... what? why would you do that ?? theater is several years old but it is super clean and really nice inside. The RPX is awesome

Movies are good and its clean and the employees are friendly, thats why I am giving it three stars. However, the lacking two stars are a result of it being understaffed. During rushes, there is usually just one, maybe two employees working the window. Then, inside, there are nine registers and maybe three are open at once during a rush. This wouldnt normally be a problem, except that it takes 3 minutes to make two drinks and a popcorn. My review would be five stars if the employees had a sense of urgency and understood what it means to have fast, yet quality service.

It was hard to get a straight answer about whether there was a way to buy tickets for a movie inside, as they made me feel stupid for asking. Ive been to other movie theaters where you can either purchase your ticket at the window outside, at the counter inside, or from a machine inside, depending on the time of day. They didnt tell me any answers to my questions, and just looked at me like I was speaking another language. TO BE CLEAR: YOU MUST PURCHASE MOVIE TICKET BEFORE ENTERING THE BUILDING

I lived the selection of movies they had! Just like every other movie theater I did not like the snack bar prices. Yet they do have a small drink that is allot larger than any other movie theater Ive been to. I would def recommend this theater to a friend because they had a great area for wheelchair users that I enjoyed and did not feel like I was blocking anyones view and I was able to get in the center of the screen and not off to the side like others Ive been to. Enjoy!

Pretty pricey, no popcorn/drink combos. Not that big of deal. However, my last experience was very bad. Whenever I went to go see "It" there were two people who talked out loud through the whole thing trying to be funny and the whole theater heard them as they told them to "shut up so we can enjoy the movie". No employee or security escorted them out and it ruined the movie.

Nothing is cheap but, this is my all time favorite movie theater. I had an issue with one of the workers one time but the movie theater is big nice and clean and the chairs are comfy. I recommend this to alot of my good friends even they loved it! I might be moving to Dallas I had so much fun here I sure hell will miss it!♡

Thank you so very much for showing the Metropolitan Opera HD simulcast of La Donna del Lago on 03/14/2015. It was a wonderful experience and my husband and I plan to attend future simulcast. The staff helped make it an enjoyable experience. The theater was comfortable and very clean. Thank you again for doing this.

A very enjoyable movie experience! The RPX theater has very comfortable seats and the movie experience is top notch, especially in 3D! The only reason I have given a 4 Star rating is the concession stand prices are high. But I guess that is to be expected in any movie theater.

I will never go back to this theater. If they turn away people with CHL licenses, this show that they do not care about their customers safety. I am appalled that this theater has the audacity to search their customers bags. They will never get my business again, ever!!

This place is a great place to watch that movie you have been waiting to be released to theaters. However, prices are a lot more expensive for the luxury of seeing the movie that might not be playing at the place that wont break the bank. Thats a tongue twister

The seats are comfy. The audio and video is high quality. And, of course, stadium seating is a must these days. The only drawbacks to Regal 14 are the ticket prices and the concession prices...but thats the case at pretty much any large theater these days.

Its good to see a movie on the big screen once in awhile. I actually prefer Kilgore 4 Star Cinema because the ticket prices are so much better and the snack bar wont break the bank. But the choice is limited to 4 movies, usually they have the good ones...

Shouldnt turn people away just because they are CHL carriers. Manager stated he didnt want them in his theater. Could have just asked them to not carry the weapon in but instead said he didnt want permit holders at all. Not getting our money anymore.

This is a very nice theatre! However, its become overly expensive. This theatre is always the cleanest, but the concession counter staff could be a bit more friendly. My wife and I usually visit every month or so to watch the latest flicks.

The theaters here are really small. The staff is friendly. We came to see a movie the day after Thanksgiving and the lines werent long. Its a great place to have a family of youre looking for entertainment during the holiday season.

I didnt actually go to the theater, but Im leaving a review because I would have went if not for the gun restriction. If my second amendment is stripped from me, I expect security to be provided, and THEY should have guns.
