A Private User

They booked a Birthday Party for us on a night that they had a major event already booked. When we arrived there we were told that we did not have a party booked and that we needed to leave. Tried to talk to the owner about his mistake but he just hung up on us. Never received an apology or any act of rectifing the situation. In fact the owners wife told us to leave (which was 4 parents and 6 small children under the age of 6) and they did not want us as customers anyway.

Ive been in rinks in various parts of the country. This rink prides itself in three catagories, Great service, cleanliness, and good food. La Crosse is lucky to have such a facility for all ages to enjoy, skating, playing games, vigorous exercise in the soft playground, or just observing. There is one thing here that you will not find in many homes...........discipline! Waukon, IA

We had a private party for my daughter and it was beyond amazing. All of the kids had such a great time. It was by far the best party my daughter has had and definitely exceeded my expectations. We even ordered a pair of roller blades for my daughter and the owner was very knowledgeable. I am going to be recommending this venue to everyone!

After going here for about 5 and a half amazing years I recommend it to everyone who asks for somewhere to hang or have a birthday party. Staff are always very helpful along with some of the kids that go there. Great place for young and old with an amazing playlist that has a wide range of music for everyone. Keep up the great work!

We have birthday parties for our kids there and generally the staff is very friendly and helpful. A little overpriced but still one of the least expensive options in town for having a party. Never have I encountered a rude staff member and we have been going there for years. And now they have a new skating floor!

My kids were bullied. But the staff was accommodating and apologized profusely. They have a zero tolerance policy, and the three kids that were the perpetrators were dealt with fairly swiftly. I probably wont drop them off again to skate by themselves, but I appreciate the way things were handled.

after skating here for 23 years, I can tell you how wonderful of an establishment this is. The owners are friendly and the friendships last a life time! The rink is well taken care of, and the employees make sure that every need is met!

I cant think of a better place to bring your kids, young or old. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They offer so much in addition to skating, Great food, Games, a play place for the younger kids. I say bring the whole family.

Its family friendly. They have good intentions. The workers barely play requested songs, especially if it is not current pop or country. Im sure the parents would appreciate a break from Beiber for some classic rock.

I hadnt been skating for years. It kicked my butt. It was a family outing and very busy. They have numerous event while skating to keep it fun. Great way to wear the kids out and wholesome.

Family friendly! Love to take my son there. The play place works great for younger kids to keep them occupied when they take breaks from skating.
