We have actually gone here a few times and the last time(tonight) will be the last time. We normally go for a couple hours and have a good time. Spend well over $300 as a group each time as well between food bar and games. Tonight was a bad experience. The bartender took the drivers license of a person in our group and refused to give it back. Claimed that it was a fake and it was being confiscated. After the cops were called she decided to look up drivers licenses for that state (out of state license not an Iowa one) and saw that despite literally 12 people saying that it was not a fake, that it was indeed a real one. The staff was very rude about the whole ordeal and refused to talk about what the issue was or to even listen to anyone; even other patrons at the establishment who were not a part of our group. We will be choosing another bowling alley to spend our money at for sure. They need to really restaff the whole place and do some extensive training with their managers and bartenders.

First off, this place is kind of dumpy… There were holes in the ceiling and it wasnt very clean… Very out of date decor... The shoes we rented were disgusting too… The ones we had for our daughter looked like a dog had chewed on them for a couple hours… It was kind of pathetic… The only reason they got two stars is because they were sort of helpful in getting a ball ramp for our two-year-old daughter who we brought there for her first bowling experience… The lady with the mullet at the front desk was also pretty rude… not very personable...

The staff is friendly from my experience despite a previous comment saying otherwise. Good weekday specials also for those who can break away from work midday occasionally like me. I am new to "serious" bowling but Gary in the pro shop set me up with everything and was really friendly, helpful, and listened/answered my questions despite my total lack of knowledge of the sport. The establishment is clean and in decent mechanical condition. Just a good place to have fun for a decent price!

Went there with great expectations but we were disappointed by the customer service. Very rude and disrespectful administration. The girl was not willing to explain anything on the front desk and in the middle of our conversation, she would turn aside as if she is attending someone else. This is surely our last time visiting. Looks like they are not friendly to people from other countries. So if you are from some other country (or look like one), you wont get a warm customer service.

We came to this bowling center for a family outing since we were visiting family in Des Moines. The center is pretty clean and we were able to get a lane after a 20 minute wait. It was a Saturday, so they were pretty busy. While we waited the guys got to play a quick game of billiards that was in a separate room from the bowling alley. Overall we had a great time!

They have really great deals, sometimes good music (I dont like the new music theyre playing now) they used to have a classic rock or 80s goodies that I personally enjoyed, the 5 stars are about bowling, cleaninless, lanes and most of their crew its really nice. I will recommend this place for having a great saturday night or every other day, I just love it.

Went there with a large group, paid over $100 to bowl for two hours. After we were done bowling and half of us left then half of us stayed to bowl again I went and got B-Bops. They very rudely and briskly came over to me and simply said bo outside food. After we spent over $100, thats how you decide to treat me? Bunch of jerks.

Came to air lanes last Wednesday at 10:30. Walked in, staff behind the counter, said they werent going to open till noon. Here now and lady says she will close early just because theres only a dozen people left. Will not come back. Going to bowlerama. Way cheaper and they dont cut short on deals

Hands down the cleanest bowling alley in the city and the best prices. We have so much fun when we come here two or three times a month and the staff is awesome always friendly, great food especially the pizza and the music selection is fantastic.

We have 5 children ages ranging from 1-12 and this was a great place for our whole family! We all had fun, staff was friendly, good service, good pizza, kid friendly equipment, awesome lighting, and great price!!!! We will be going back!

They have some great specials on certain days which you have to inquire about. They were really friendly, helpful, and approachable. There are many levels of bowlers that use this place.
