Weve shopped around El Paso movie theaters quite a bit. Now we only go to this theater. If a movie isnt showing at this theater, then we probably wont go see it. Advantages of this theater (Im kind of a popcorn nut): +Popcorn is good +Ive never waited longer than a few minutes in the concession lines +The big drink and popcorn combo is about 2 or 3 dollars CHEAPER than other theaters, AND they both can be refilled +Self-serve Jalepeno slices and popcorn butter WITH lidded containers (so you can put the jalepenos on your popcorn, then put extra butter in the lidded container so you can have butter on the bottom half of your popcorn bucket, without having to leave the movie) +Complimentary popcorn seasonings (These costs several dollars at other theaters) +The place is clean, with decent bathrooms +Not very busy during matinee showtimes, you often have zero wait, great prices, and your choice of seats. Id recommend combining the White Cheddar seasoning (free) with the butter on your popcorn. Youll be addicted. My wife who normally doesnt eat much popcorn was practically hand-fighting me in the bucket.

Went to Transformers at a 1:30 show. 2 people in the box office taking forever to deal with clueless customers. Finally got tickets and went to buy drinks. 3 registers "open" but only 1 helping customers. Other 2 were fiddling with their registers and couldnt be bothered to look up and at least say they would just be a moment. Finally one of the "helpers" went over to get one of them to finally take our order. Popcorn was stale and probably from the night before, and the icees cost more than soda and were in small generic 12 oz cups with coffee lids.....WTF!!! Finally get into the theater, it was a bit early, but it was still mostly clean (only 2-3 other people looked to have been in previous show). Sat down with my wife and grandson and 5 min later, they come in and tell us to get out so we could clean. From beginning to end everyone but the girl who sold us our tickets was rude and could care less if there were customers or not. I will never go back to this theater again.

Let me tell you about my bad little experience I had with imax.I show up I buy 5 tickets for Guardians of the Galaxy the showing was at 7:45 I showed up at six oclock they were supposedly giving away tickets to win prizes before the movie but me and my family of 5 missed out on those because of lack of organization . So when they start handing out prizes and calling numbers I go to the manager show her my receipt and tell her I never got those. She immediately cops back an attitude telling me we only gave it to the people that showed up early. My response was I showed up at 6 oclock how much earlier did I need to be? She stays quiet a while then tells me look Im sorry but the best I can do is give you a combo number one...for my family of 5 which I already bought popcorn for? Long story short imax is overrated and that theater sucks with customer service. Ps there imax speakers are blown out and were crackling the whole movie. Not worth my 15 dollars at all.!!! GO TO CINEMARK!!!

We were there on during the day, which means you have to purchase your movie tickets at the concession stand. The line was to the mall entrance, with only 2 registers open. In 5 minutes of waiting, the line only moved by 1 person, and the movie times were already starting. Then the manager decided to open a 3rd register, which she handled herself. Some ladies walked in from the mall and went to ask her a question, and she started taking care of them. She didnt call the next person in line. When we and others went to complain to her, she said that nobody in line complained, so she took care of them. Thats ridiculous! We have to police ourselves, when shes the damn manager and should be able to handle this type of situation. We asked her name, which we couldnt understand, but she did say she was the Senior Director. We told her, "Youre the senior director? Well, youre doing a great job" And we left. Wont be back to this theater for a while.

For the price versus value this place can not be beat. It is cheaper than Carmike to buy both the tickets and concessions and they have a lot of options. Ive seen several complaints about staff as well as blaming staff for stupid customers, which Ive never encountered and I frequent this theater at least once every couple of months since it opened. I have never experienced any rudeness from the staff. The bathrooms are large and clean, at least they are when Ive gone. The seats are comfortable and the screen is perfectly fine, unless some jerk was expecting HD TV. They also serve alcohol which is a nice treat. The location in the mall is also nice as it gives you something to do if you need to kill time before a movie.

I went during the day . There was no one there. No line . I was thirsty and at least wanted a cup for water. I was told they didnt have any cups(i guess because they want you to buy a tiny cup of pink lemonade for $5 or something in a tiny cup. ) I seen a manager drinking ice water from a clear cup. He was nice enuf to give me a cup . I just paid in advance online a little over $3 other than that my fandango points from the albertsons monopoly game paid for the movie. I gave a number code and they gave me a ticket at the concession. It was quiet . No one hardly there . No line at all when I was there. Its a nice theater in the mall. Theres a couch in the womens restroom

DONT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN. Non-child friendly. We always watch movies in Cinemark theaters with my two year old and there is never any problem. Here, after we bought popcorn and soda, they told us strollers arent allowed that we had to give them the stroller or get out. Anybody with a baby knows that a stroller is a huge help for parents because of safety and the childs comfort. I understand they have a policy but why couldnt we just sit on the lower level? Other theaters dont seem to have a problem with it so ill just keep going elsewhere.

I always check this theater first for the movies I want to see. The place is clean, the seat arms fold up if you want, and everyone there takes care of business. The one time when something went wrong with a film, the manager came in and apologized, gave us all - everyone in the show - a free pass for next time, and they had the problem corrected in less than ten minutes. Therefore, the only negative thing I could say about them turned into a positive. Its simply the best place to go to the movies in El Paso.

Nice theater. We went here to see Star Wars Rouge One. It is clean and the popcorn and candy are usual theater prices. We had to go through the mall to get in because we did not see an outside entrance. We only had one problem when we showed them we had bought our tickets on line they made us feel like we were lying. The front ticket booth was closed and we had to show our printed receipt four or five times before they would ok it. They had a hard time finding a manager who understood what was going on.
