I had chosen Fairytale Pony Rental to come and do a show to my sons 8th birthday.I paid 100$ deposit (that i didnt received back ) I confirmed with the owner the time and address a week before the party as well the day before. unfortunately, all I been told was a lie, nobody never showed up, nobody answered calls or text message. the owner turn off is phone, and I felt so Embarrassed in front of All the children and the parents that was waiting to watch the show. The owner never called to explain what happened or even to apologize. The owner running his business just to make as much money as he can, he does not care that his business provides a service for children and with his behavior he is hurting the feelings of the child. can you Imagine a child on his birthday with friends around and the Animal Show that he told everyone never happens. Well I definitely can tell you that its insulting, offensive and puts you in a bad position in front of your friends. If you want to protect your chilled from such a horrible experience, DO NOT call this company.

I have never been so disappointed in all my life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. I went to my best friend son birthday party this weekend where the fairy tale pony was suppose to be there and perform. No call, no show. There was over 30 kids excited and waiting for the fairy tale pony. It was such a big disappointment, I attempt to call the company for my friend to assist her with getting a hold of them, no one answer the phones. Not to even say so much as to we are in traffic and the van broke down. All the kids was so disappointed. We try everything to left spirit up again but that was not enough. 03/25/16 was the worst day for over 30 kids who have been waiting the whole day for the fairy tale pony to show up and never did. Im so disgusted with the company. That was so UNPROFESSIONAL. Where is the RESPECT. These are KIDS people. These are the type of memories that last for EVER. Please everyone do not let the same issue happen to you. This is a day you will never forget and neither will your CHILD.

If I could do a rating of zero stars, I absolutely would. My preschool hired Fairytale Pony Rental Services for an in-house field trip today. A man arrived with two ponies and informed us that our teachers would have to put the children on one of the ponies and walk them around. The walk for each child was only about 30 seconds. There was an issue with him using profane language as well (in front of the children). He was upset that his payment was not ready even after we had explained to him the importance of sending an invoice prior to the date of service so payment could be received by him on the same day. He became irate and refused to speak with the summer program coordinator and threatened to report her to the police for non-payment. Please beware of this business!!!!!

THIEVES>>>> DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE>>> LADRONES Back in May 13 my wife placed a deposit for a Pony rental, this was supposed to be at the Amelia Earnhardt park, the park wouldnt allow then to go into the Park, we contacted them to let them know this, they knew about it, but they didnt tell us, we also let them know that we wanted to cancel the order and would like to get a refund, they told us YES, no problems. We have contacted them numerous times to NO avail, the lady that answers the phone told us that we the way that they do refund is through our Credit Card company when we file a dispute. To date we still have not have received a refund... DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY....

This weekend was my second time using Fairytale Pony Rental for my sons birthday party. The first time we just rented two decorated ponies, this second time we rented the ponies and petting zoo. The gentleman came early to set up and didnt leave until we received the full two hours we paid for. The animals were the cutest and sweetest and the ponies were absolutely beautiful and so gentle! The kids were in love! Im an animal lover so I was happy to see the animals seemed to be in good health! I am definitely using their services again! Highly recommend based on my experience!

Me and my wife ordered the package with two decorated ponies with a petting zoo for my 6 year old daughter a week ago and we had a blast! the ponies were very cleaned, groomed, and nice to the kids. The workers were very friendly and professional to us. they were on time and talked about what kind of animals were in the zoo. everyone had a great time, we even had to ask for business cards for our guests! I highly recommend using them, you wont be disappointed!

I had my granddaughters 5th birthday party yesterday at 1 pm. When I leaned it was a My little Pony party I knew I needed live ponies but thought we could never arrange it in time. I called South Florida Pony Rental and they had two beautiful ponies at the party in 3 hours. You cant beat that!! Thanks South Florida Pony Rentals!

I had a wonderful experience with Fairytale Pony Rental. We hired them for a two year olds birthday party, but there were older kids that also enjoyed the animals and pony rides. The attendant was on time and very patient and attentive. I highly recommend the company.

Fairytale provided the most amazing service. The gentlemen who brought the ponies and petting zoo were kind, professional and made the party wonderful. The ponies were beautiful and well trained. I would highly recommend them.

The person in charge of dropping off animals was extremely rough. Kids were frightened and the animals were screaming in pain as he pushed them around. Absolutely disgusting person. Will never consider them again.
