I am the director and owner of a summer camp and scheduled my field trip with celebration station in April. The party Manger booked us for the wrong time, it took a day and a half to get the correct time. Once we arrived with 40 kids, it took more than 30 minutes for the cashier to give us 37 of the 40 arm tags and another 10 minutes for them to do the math that we still needed 3 more. We were told that we would have access to all the rides outside only to find out that the little kids would only ride the swing ride once, the mini go cart employee complained about being hot, and left a line of kids to go inside to get a drink and took her precious time coming back, she constantly yelled at my kids. And the adult go cart worker had no customer service at all, he referred to my kids as "dudes and little momas". We were scheduled to have lunch at 12 noon , there was no party host, but 6 staff behind the counter talking and doing nothing productive. We were told we would have unlimited pizza and drinks on this thing called a buffet, only to get burned pizza and drinks in dirty glasses, the manager had a problem giving us pitchers of drinks. The lunch experience was horrible and the kids all felt sick after eating the pizza. We had 2 more hours of outside play, only to find out that the rides were missing keys to operate and all we could do is golf and go cart rides. We decided to tell manager about the lack of customer service and her untrained staff who disrespected our kids and rolled their eyes at my staff and was taking selfies, instead of working. I will never schedule this place as one our field trips again and I am working very hard to receive some kind of compensation for such an horrible experience. Please summer camp directors, take your kids to some place else, this place is disgustingly unclean and not well managed at all. I paid nearly $800 for this horrible experience and had to apologize to kids who feelings were hurt by uncaring staff. Save your money.

Please do not dismiss all of the "poor" values I chose. Initial greeting? I didnt know there was supposed to be any greeting actually, because tonight we didnt have one. Directions? Didnt see any posted. Employee courtesy? I only saw employees speaking amongst themselves behind the counter for at least 10 minutes before asking me "what did you need something?" I ordered, asked the girl if she knew how long it would be, she just shook her head and threw my change in my hand. Thats it. No "thank you/ $.63 is your change/have a good night" nothing. Promptness of service? I literally waited 30-45 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich. (There were only a few people in the entire place. I think they o my had 2 people order.) THIS IS THE BIG WHAMMY: CLEANLINESS? I walked into the bathroom to change my daughters diaper. The FIRST thing I see is a USED pad smeared and ON TOP of the toilet seat. I ALMOST PUKED. There was toilet paper everywhere. I didnt dare look in the other stalls. I took a picture. It was obviously being neglected for probably days by the amount of dirt and trash piled up. I understand its a kids joint but there is no excuse. Selection/condition of games There werent a lot of games, I didnt play any with my daughter but the ones they had were pretty disoriented looking. I saw a group of kids playing with the sure balls on top of a table top right in front of "employees" and didnt do a thing. Overall value? I give a 2/10. 2 points came from it not being crowded on a Friday night ... probably because of the embarrassingly poor condition of the place. Now I see why. Im sorry I went and exposed my daughter to such a disgusting mess.

I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN TAKE MY KID TO THIS PLACE ! the girl at desk where one oders food was touching food ! then tasteing her fingers then grab food from basket an place it back then take order to customers COMPLETELY DISGUSTING , ! AND MY KID AN I WAITED A WHOLE HOUR NEVER GOT OUR FOOD , THEN WHEN I WALKED UP TO COUNTER AN ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK AND TOLD MANAGER IT TOOL 30 MOR MINUTES BEFORE I FINALLY GOT MY MONEY BACK , MY MESTAKE WAS I WAS SO UPSET ABOUT NOT GETTING MY ORDER IN DUE TIME THAT I NEVER GOT TO REPORT THE GIRL WHO WAS TASTEING FOOD IN BASKETS BEFORE TAKEING TO CUSTOMERS TABLE , WE WILL NEVER EVER TAKE MY KID THERE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMEND TO ANYONE IN FACT I WILL TELL EVERYONE WHAT HAPPEN TO US THERE ! , THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING AN SICKLY UNCLEAN , CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ! IVE OPEN MAY KITCHENS IN MY TIME AND I HAVE NEVER EVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE , THAT WHOLE CREW IN KITCHEN NEEDS TO BE FIRED ! ! ! A S A P ! ! ! INCLUEING THE IDIOT MANAGER ! THEN I LEFT MY NUMBER WITH THIS PLACE ON MY RECITE WITH MANGER FOR CORPARATE TO CONTACT ME AN TO THIS DATE THEY HAVE NEVER CONTACTED ME ! POOR EXCUSE FOR RUNNING A BUISNESS !

Never again.. I took my kids, my nephews and my niece there for Labor Day this year 09/01/2014. Staff was horrible. I paid for a band for all the kids (8 of them). The only ride there is to ride is the go karts really. They also have a train but it wasnt operable until about 8 and they closed at 9. I saved my money to treat my kids and my nephews and nieces because their family has already been going thru a rough patch in their lives. This was my nephews first time riding a go kart so he bumped someone and when told to stop accidently pressed the gas instead of the brakes. They made him get off and he couldnt ride anymore. I paid for a paid so they could have unlimited rides but if its only the go kart to ride he was left to do nothing the rest of the time until we went inside to play games. I spoke with managers and they all pretty much stick together. Nobody wanted to give the child another chance. They have a golf course but how many kids want to play golf? I will NEVER EVER go back to that place!!

DO NOT GO...SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! I am the assistant director at a summer camp, and we went for a field trip. The staff are poorly trained, they have attitudes, talk to children any kind of way, and staff was taking selfies on the job. We couldnt ride certain rides after a certain time because they didnt have the key anymore after we rode them before. The girl was horrible at the kiddie go carts, she left a line of kids to go get Gatorade from inside then took her sweet time getting back. I have went to places and was treated way better for less money than we paid here. I wouldnt take a dog there let alone kids for the poor customer service they have...save your money and go somewhere else. They need to be shut down or staff needs severe training.

Over all it was ok. My daughter enjoyed herself but the staff was not up to par. Didnt see management to watch over them. Walked up to ask a question and their talking to each other and just looking at you as if your bothering is not a good look. You have to wait for someone to fill your drink, I even saw a lady and kid trying to get a drink and the guy in the area looked at them then walked off and left them standing there. They had to wait til the girl at the register finished with the customer to get a drink and even the girl fussed about the guy who left them standing there. Not good at all....pizza was ok, and wasnt enough arcade games. Outside was cool but you had to keep going in to get someone to come to a station and operate a ride.
