The kids had fun but I wish I could say our experience was a better one. Pricing isnt horrible but its too much for such a negative experience. No workers present in the play rooms during our 4 hour stay. The two workers behind the counter were watching TV in the lobby. As I walked through, the show playing involved 3 people holding guns to someones head- NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR A CHILDRENS FACILITY!! No where online does it say socks are required for play. So I had to spend an extra $10 just on socks as they say it is required for cleanliness. However, the facility itself was not very clean, and very dated. Their bathrooms definitely need some TLC. My 3 year old son hurt himself because the toilet seat in the handicap stall slides from side to side. For a childrens facility, things are not at a childrens level (soap, sink, water fountain) and no stools for assistance. The slides themselves were pretty dirty and the majority of the balls in the ball pit were broken, smashed, or only half of a ball. Then they have Beanie Babies for sale in the lobby that they let children take and play with in the facility and put back on the shelf. Im not paying $14 for a Finding Dory whale that has been through hell and is filthy. $4 minimum purchase to use a debit card seems ridiculous. Either have a no minimum policy or keep track of what we charge during our stay so that we arent sliding our card 4 times throughout our stay. Snack and drink options were limited and not very child friendly. I wish I could say our experience was a better one, because I had heard decent things about this place, but we will not be back and most definitely will not be signing up for a membership.

We went for Family Night and had an amazing time. The space is huge in comparision to other indoor inflatable facilities weve visited. Reasonably priced pizza and drinks, although I do wish they had a few more alternatives for food choices. The kids really enjoyed Sparkles the clown, her sprayed facepaintings were beautiful and the balloon animals were adorable..with the amount of children that were there still was amazingly friendly and not the least bit overwhelmed. We will be returning for sure! Oh, and my husband and I were able to jump and slide with our toddler, I think we enjoyed that part a little more than she did :-)

Im tempted to give it 3 stars but in Googles ranking system 4 is "I liked it". We did like it and had a great time for my niecess party. However I was a little disappointed when I learned that they charged for children who didnt even participate in the party. We had a couple of children less than 6 months old that were put on the bill because the workers have you sign in for any child you walk in the door with. They charge per person written down on that sign in sheet so beware of this. I imagine a lot of people fall in to the same category as us which is "too busy with the party to dispute".

We loved it! Everyone there is friendly. My baby girl enjoyed her fourth birthday party with her friends and so did the adults! We did nothing but pay and have fun! Awesome deal for the price. Had a blast!

The traffic is the worst Ive ever seen when youre trying to pick your teen up at 10 p.m. They had no business letting them build this facility on a major Hwy. My child will NEVER go again!!!!

There horrible!!! At the middle school dance they Wouldnt let us in because we didnt pay online and there were to many people! Me and my friend had to get back in the car and leave!!

Facilities havent been renovated in a while it seems. Price wasnt horrible, but required socks and open play hours werent clear posted anywhere online.

Not happy to find out only one side open for open play because of a "summer camp" on the other side. No reduction of $10 fee for half play.

Open play is at 10am to 3pm. And only Tuesday to Thursday. What kids dont go to school at that time? Who run this place..m
