Beautiful and very well maintained. Caters to almost every single workout regimen you could ask for, weights, running, swimming. Fantastic. Heres the other side and the reason for the poor review, the staff are outright rude and condescending with no modicum of respect or decency, like the freaking Gestapo , God forbid you forget something after JUST leaving the CAC, they demand you re-scan your card again and again and again till Kingdom come or say you get in they start monitoring your movements until you scan your card like The Predator searching for Arnie. Pffft my taxes pays YOUR salaries, REMEMBER that you asymptotes to idiocy.

Pretty good place for community based activities, i.e. water park, signups for various league sports, teen center, video game room (8+ years if unattended). Also contains flower mound parks and recreation office. Not the biggest water park, but as a result also not that crowded!

Great "water park" and indoor pool! We usually join during the summer months for the water park and occasional workouts. Membership prices are reasonable and they allow you to join in increments of a month, so its very flexible.

I got in trouble for asking what time it was! Apparently it was distracting the lifeguard and unsafe. I had to sit on the boiling concrete and talk to the manager then say sorry to the rude lifeguard. Dont go to the cac

I live in Lewisville and Everytime we go to the water park we mean were going there. Great place to swim and fun for kids even little kids. Better than all the water park in the area

Great place to bring your family. The outdoor water park is great for little ones. So easy to drop in have fun and head out. Kids love the giant water bucket drop and playground.

Excellent neighborhood community center with tons of extra activities to keep the kiddos occupied through out the long summer. Weve done swimming, soccer camp, dance and more.
