Poor customer service. Today I took my wife to see the hobbit at 11 am. per the ticket stub it said that the theater was in theater 1 but the marque said theater 5. My wife gave the person at the door the tickets and I went to the concession stand. My wife has a disability, so she and I read the marque and went to that theater not the hobbit. we sat in the theater waiting for the movie to start for 15 minutes and it was playing in the other theater. i complained to the management and the manager said it was MY FAULT for not paying attention. I said for her to dig her head out of her @ss and her crew as well and went to see the movie in the correct theater. I went to the other theater where other people wanted to see the Hobbit as well and I informed them it was in the OTHER theater too. I asked if they could give us readmits since we dint see the whole movie, and again they said it was my fault. My wife also had a similar problem but the change of times at the box office, they got inside the theater and it started earlier and not to the times at the theater box office. She complained and it went on deaf ears. So from now on we will take our business to the Selma, ca. theaters, 25 minutes away.

Dinubas Platinum Theater gave me high hopes, and most of them were fulfilled to the greatest. First off, out here in the middle of Dinuba, most people cant drive to faraway Fresno to see the latest movie or spend time with their family. Platinum Theaters makes those things possible. While their outer decor and movie offers leave much to be desired, the ticket booth wait is usually about 20 seconds, due to the theaters size. Before watching a movie, there are mini cycling quizzes, jokes, and pictures to read and talk about before the official commercials begin. They leave the lights on dim during this, allowing for much socializing, and, since their theaters are small, there are not a lot of rude people that yell at others during the picture. The concession stand offers a variety of snacks and drinks for their costumers, which dont disappoint, overall, in a small city like Dinuba, Platinum Theaters is a great choice to spend an afternoon.

The clientele here is the most obnoxious I have ever seen. People are constantly texting and surfing throughout the movie and the staff is reluctant to take action. Because of this I travel to Clovis SV16. The staff here needs to go back to what they did in the beginning; give a warning to people before the movie started and admonish them to not use their cell phones, then toss out the idiots who cannot comply.

Well im so glad the day is finally over. My past experiences were good until today. An employe was literally eavesdropping my conversation in the bathroom. She then came out to tell me and my friends things. The cashier said my ticket was $10 when its supposed to be $8.50. Are you kidding me such waste of my time and money. Yall crazy tbh im just trying to watch a movie and this is what i get disrespect?

me and my friend went to the movies the other night it was kind of late they had their snack bar closed already but they were so nice that they still opened up for us and we were able to purchase what we want it Platinum theatres keep up the good work I give them 5 stars because the people that work there are awesome

Good family fun! Pricing is very reasonable. Always have first run movies and 6 screens. Seat are comfortable. I did notice that they dont always clean the floors in theatres after shows. Nothing worse than popcorn and spilled soda on the floors. Other than that the place is top notch!

Saw Star Wars here. Seats are a bit run down and picture could be sharper but the tickets are inexpensive and the staff was helpful (came in and told a group of kids taking flash selfies in the front row to cut it out). Plenty of parking. Overall a good theater.

ok i live in dinuba so this is the nearest theater near me the severcie is great the it is never crowded and the prices are super low and take my word i and reviewer i did like these theater the only down side to this is the dont have 3D movies.

This is my go to theater with my friends. The employees are always friendly and most of the time, theres plenty of seats to choose from. I would love it even more if they had some sort of rewards system. Something like the Regal Crown Club.

This Theater is great if you live in the Dinuba area, because they have the latest movies on. It is not very crowded and parking is only across the street. I enjoy all my movie going there. Why drive to Fresno or Visalia?

Pretty clean theater, nice stadium seating too. Attended 2 early showings here and it was nice and quiet both times. Parking is a little spread out so you may be walking a little further depending on how busy they are.

Cool. Clean. Friendly workers. Problem with a film, they fix it. Screaming child ruining a viewing, they make the offending customer exit the theatre. Nice.
