My favorite movie theatre in DFW. Is the theatre older? Yes. But the sound systems are great, and Ive never found the seats to feel uncomfortable. The negative reviews here seem to be from people who have no common sense: Food and drinks at movie theaters are expensive. Period. And whenever I see upset customers at the ticket line, the problem seems to be that those customers dont know how to purchase tickets online, and then they get upset about not being able to see their movie for free (Ive seen this happen several times during the past several months). The screens are just fine, and ticket prices are very competitive...especially matinee prices. The bathrooms are not always spotless, but Ive seen worse. The one thing that bothers me is that sometimes the staff starts cleaning the theatre before the credits finish. Finally, this has been my movie theatre for something like 5+ years, and Ive never been treated rudely by the staff.

I dont know what happen last night . I had purchased a ticket for a showtime at 10:00PM , and there was one more at 10:30PM. After many commercials movie has started at 10:40PM .??? Were we waiting on those very few with a ticket for 10:30 PM??? I use to work in Dallas , and I was coming in this theatre for few years , but something has changed here . I dont know what and why , but its a bad change . Ticket didnt print , so Indy guy wrote me a ticket ?! First time experience . Popcorns were tasted like dry burn $hit, and theyve been very small. I always liked movie theater popcorns . But not this time :( I dont know why was like that , is it a new management or a new owner . Or they switching a crew to often , but I feel bad for myself and everybody else right there last night .

This was by far one of the nastiest theatres weve been in in some time. I think because they have a captive audience (mostly Indian movies playing there) they dont feel the need to maintain the theatre to keep people coming back. Its run down, sticky and smelly. Ive been to nicer dollar theatres. Also, the most outrageously prices concessions Ive seen. We got a large drink, a small slushie and 2 boxes of candy and spent about $22. By comparison, we were at a Cinemark last week and got the same stuff for about $5-7 less. To top off this experience, we sat in front of screaming baby for most of our movie. It was a kids movie, and our kids were with us--- but if your kid cant be quiet you should leave.

First and last time well be here. If you enjoy watching upcoming movie trailers do not come here. The lights were kept on until the final preview was over. 10 minutes after the listed start time while the trailers were playing I got up and spoke to a staff member about the lights still being on. I was told the lights were left on intentionally for safety purposes. If this was really the reason maybe there should be a big sign letting customers know they wont be able to see any trailers for upcoming movies. I dont know how any other movie theater out there has managed to stay in business with such unsafe conditions by turning the lights off at the listed start time.

The seats are outdated, the theater closes early oddly, the projector was outdated was outdated as well, now let me explain; Films nowadays are in HD, but the projector was running in 480p, so the movie wasnt in its correct ratio. After the movie was over, I was about to ask for change, but they said abruptly that they were closed. In Theater room 15, there was a cricket in there. The first time I entered to the movie theater, which was last Saturday, the theater looked old and outdated and smelt bad. I can see why not much people go to this theater. Damn, My sister and I couldve gone to AMC Grapevine Mills or Cinemark Vista Ridge...

Movie hall is good, and its clean. The thing i dont like is manager (A*** S***) is quite arrogant guy, not showing any dececy towards customers. I ordered a medium coke and medium popcorn, the person handovered the things then i asked the price of large popcorn , she mentioned there is dollar diff between medium and large, so i requested them to have Large Popcorn, she told she is not authorized to revert the money, she called manager. And that guy is giving lectures on you should know what you are ordering, you cant do this, such a arrogant guy, not showing any concern towards customers.

I was shocked when i arrived to see how packed the parking lot was. When i walked up to the window and inquired if my movie was sold out (first day of showing) the rep was like "not even close", he stated that majority of the people there who happened to be Indian were there to see a Indian film, so there was plenty of room and time for me to catch my movie. They offer military discounts and the seats were comfy. My nachos were pouring over which was a little annoying trying to walk and not spill but overall good theater.

Your location is convenient and your staff friendly, but projection issues can really ruin the experience. Saw DEADPOOL on Saturday 2/13, and the film was far too dark. Dont know if its your projector system, bulbs, or just technical ignorance, but you must fix this if you dont want to be known as the worst theater in town. I had seen the same film (and most of the trailers) across town a few days earlier; all were murkier (and in legitimately darker scenes, indistinguishable) on your screen. Please address this.

We saw Chanda Pierres movie Enough last night. The movie was not formatted correctly for the screen. At first there was no picture, then at times her head was cut off, and you couldnt read the name of the person talking because the bottom part of their name was cut off. The movie was good but for a $15. ticket, someone should have made sure the movie was formatted for the screen they were showing it on. This took away from the movie

The theater is a very nice theater. Clean and the Staff is very nice. Todd in particular made my wife and I feel very welcome and though I cant remember her name, the curly haired young white girl in the box office was very engaging and happy. The only draw back was the seating. It was the standard seating that most theater had a few years ago. This theater would be a 5 Star if it had the more comfortable recliner seating.

A great location, very close by our house but they do not always have the best schedule. I do like that they offer international films at this location, I think it is very considerate to accommodate a growing Indian demographic. They also offer tasty samosas at the concession stands. Overall I am pleased with the cleanliness and staff, I just wish they had a bit better scheduling times.

Aging, but mostly because historically this location gets just enough customers to scrape its way by. In my 16 years of living nearby it has gone out of business or at least changed hands three to six times. It is a meh kind of place, but if all you want is to see a movie, this is a place where you can do so without being distracted by terrible conditions.
