The employees are garbage. We walked in on 2/26/2017 at 730pm to see our movie at 8pm and I walked up to the guy checking tickets and said jokingly "Scan me, bro" (the ticket was on my phone). He comes back at me with a very snarky, "Whats the magic word?" Trying to force me to say the word "please." So right as soon as Im in the door Im already put off. Then we walk into our theater (theater 4) and theres about 4-5 employees in there that tell us to come back because they are cleaning up from the previous show. Fair enough. We sit outside and wait until they are done. When we return the employees are gone and as Im walking up the stairs to our seats I notice an overwhelming amount of trash underneath every single seat (had to take pictures of it because of how ridiculous it was). It literally looked like they swept a whole weekends worth of popcorn and other trash under the seats. Then, we sit down and theres popcorn in every crack and crevasse of the seats and the sound system in there is so excessively loud that we have to move to some other seats further away from the screen. My ears are so far from overly sensitive its not even funny and I felt like I was going to need hearing aids after the movie was over. This place needs new hires and fast. 0 out of 10. Will never return again.

PICK A DIFFERENT THEATER - we paid extra on fandango to be able to by-pass the ticket booth - got there with a long line waiting - took our avoid the lines ticket to the ticket-taker-lady and she said NO you have to go wait in the line to get the real tickets - I showed her that we paid the extra to walk right in and she said NO they are not set up for that - their kiosks are not set up for that either = so WITH TICKETS ALREADY IN HAND we went to the back of the line - only ONE person sitting behind the glass with 30 people in line - no one had the common sense to get more people to sell tickets and the one stupid girl behind the glass kept talking and chatting with people, trying to sell them some package while we stood in the cold and missed the first 20 minutes of the show. I would NEVER go to this theater again. What a rip - also they put in a bar - sounds nice but you will be handed your stuff with NO LIDS so prepare to spill it on you or the person next to you. We asked if his drink could be in a tall beer cup with more club soda mixed in but NO that was against their corporate rules even if we paid extra for the taller cup - gee what a fun evening.

My family lives south of us, so when we want to see a movie, we go to the AMC Highlands Ranch 24 Cinema. The facility is large, with 24 theaters, so you should be able to find a movie to everyones liking. When we went to the theater today, we saw the movie, "Hidden Figures," which as incredible! Anyway, we do enjoy going to the AMC HIghlands Ranch 24 Cinema. The facility itself is large, so know that you will be doing some walking to get to whatever theater you movie will be showing in. Plus, the parking lots for the facility is large, so dont worry about parking. You will have to walk from your car as well. The staff that work at this facility are nice, but you dont expect wonderful, top of the line service as you are going to see a movie. You are expecting a clean theater with comfortable seating, and thats what youll find at this facility. I love the individual reclining seats! I just sit down, push the button to put my feet up, sit back, and just relax. All in all, this AMC Highlands Ranch 24 Cinema is a nice place to spend a few hours in your day, relaxing, and enjoying a good movie. See you there!

This used to be my favorite cinema in Denver. But the last time we were there the wait was forever! Even though there were only a few ahead of us and we got there plenty early. It turns out they have assigned seats now. I felt like I was back in grade school. You must pick from an inaccurate seating chart before youre allowed to buy your tickets, which was the source of the (INCREDIBLY LONG) delay. Adding insult to injury, theyve replaced the normal seats with the worlds least comfortable recliners. I wasnt alone in that opinion. The people around me were squirming all through the film. I never could find a comfortable position and left with a headache from the position my neck was forced into. Its not just that Ill never be back. This was the first time Ive ever seriously thought about demanding a refund for a movie. In the end I didnt only because my entire group was in a bad mood when we left. Causing a scene would have made it worse. Thanks for ruining an otherwise great film AMC! As though I really needed another reason to avoid going to the movies...

The best IMAX around the area. Personally prefer this IMAX screen over the 70mm at Colorado Blvd as well. The sound, clarity and immersive experience is very well balanced that you could enjoy IMAX 3D action movie and still come out without an headache. The experience relays to the non-premium formats as well. Staff are productive and manage crowd and lines proactively. As an avid movie goes, I watch lot of movie and blindly choose AMC 24 even over other AMC even if its closer to my house. Very well maintained concession stands. Be aware that Ice Cream section might take couple of mins more to cater to you than the usual popcorn or pizza stands. Icee machines are pretty neat and enough Coke Freestyle stands even to manage weekend crowd. Restrooms are very well maintained. With the redesigned and upgraded features, the theatre offers, Reserved Seating, Reclining seats, Eco Friendly wash rooms and lots of parking. My suggestion for any movie lovers is to get AMC Stubs membership even if you watch only 5 movies in a year, alone. The stubs reward pays off.

I took my kids to see finding Dory on the opening day. 15 minutes before the movie was supposed to end the projector breaks. They try to fix it for about a half hour came in and said that they wouldnt be able to, they said that they would give refunds and passes to future shows. When I went up to the customer service as everyone did I requested the offer that we were provided in the theater for both a refund and passes for myself and my two children. The gentleman said "well were only getting two passes". I had to argue with him as to what the other gentleman said in the theater for about five minutes and then he finally agreed to give me both the refund and passes. It has been a total of 10 days and at the refund has not posted yet. Now Ive had to call and get the runaround on who I need to talk to with regards to my refund not posting. No one seems to know who I need to speak with neither do they care. Its frustrating because this is very close theater to my house and now I feel like I must go somewhere else because the horrible customer service!!
