I hate that this movie theater is the closest one to me because its absolutely horrible. Every time I go here something gets screwed up. Here are some examples: Forgetting to start the movie. For some reason its difficult at this theater to remember to actually start the film. I dont know how many time I have had to go out and tell them that the film hasnt started yet. Leaving the lights on in the theater during the movie. Having one person at the ticket counter on weekend nights. Its always a blast to stand in a mile-long line. Starting the wrong movie and then taking their sweet time to put the right one on.The film burning and having to come back at a separate time to see the last 20 minutes of the 3 hour movie you were watching. I once started coughing during a film and ask if I could have a cup to put some water in and the girl at the concessions refused to give me one, I was literally just asking for a cup. And do you think we got one apology from any of the staff or managers after any of these screw ups. Youre right, the answer is no. Bottom Line-Go to another theater, even if it is further away, this one is definately not worth it

2 people in a pickup truck tried to kidnap me in the parking lot after the movie.... I was in my car alone, literally backing out of my spot when a truck pulls up behind me, blocking me from being able to leave. Some man gets out of the passenger side, grabs an ax from the bed of the truck and starts walking around the truck headed for my car. I panic and start backing up even though Im about to hit this truck and the driver, I dont care. I gotta get out of there. The driver notices me backing up towards them and slowly moves the truck out of the way (i dont even know where the guy with the ax is at this point) and when I get barely any room to move, I put the car in drive and turn my steering wheel as fast as I can, almost hitting another parked car. But I manage to squeeze outta there and speed off. But that was so weird and scary. I dont think Ill ever be able to come back to this theater. I think Ill stick to the AMC in arlington because at least they have security.

I always passed this theater whenever Id go somewhere. So decided to go one day with my sister. This was our first time going to this theater. The outside was clean, attractive and showed posters of movies that were currently playing. There werent many people there since it was in the afternoon. The tickets were reasonable, they were $5.50 for each person which totaled to $11.00 for my sister and me. The popcorn is $7.00 and the soft drinks are $5.00. If you finish the popcorn and/or the drink, you get a free refill for both, which is nice. We redeemed both the refills. One downside was that the theater where the movie was being shown, smelled dusty and dirty. The other downside is that FRESH gum got on the pant leg of my jeans as I was sitting in my seat. I immediately changed seats since there was remnants of gum still on it, but I didnt let that get me down. Since we had spare time, we saw another movie. Overall, Id go back to the theater. I thought it was okay.

Worst AMC I have ever been to. The womans bathroom was absolutely trashed and the mens bathroom had no paper towels for three(!!!) hours. The soda area was disgusting when we walked in and was still caked with sticky soda all over the floors even after we left. The sound in the theater was turned up so freaking loud during previews that I was sure I was going to go deaf by the end of the movie. I quickly realized that the reason the sound was turned up so much was because the people who come to this theater like to talk throughout the movie. Except that because the sound was so loud, the werent talking - they were yelling. This is less AMCs fault that I had a bad experience and more the clientele that frequent this location - but come on your staff should be making sure the theater is clean. There isnt any reason for the bathrooms and floors to be gross for three hours straight.

Way Way much better than starplex, just keep the 1.00 Hot dogs, Love it , wonderful, wonderful , Seats Hail, too AMC ,worth the price, just dont change the, 1.00 hot dogs, people will buy more, at concession ,if they can feed there family,I promise,No one wants to pay 60.00/75.00 dollars, at movies anywere sale 1.00 hot dogs theyll buy, popcorn, and, candy so its affordable, they will still buy other things, thinking,WoW, thats great. 5.00 Hot dogs is ridiculous, when youve already spent, 40/50. $ on tickets, make it affordable, you"ll have more sales, And dont even get me started , drinks, thats highway robbery . Just make it affordable, for the little people.

This is the WORST theater ever its very dirty and people were talking, yelling, and on the phone all through the movie. Top it all it smelled really bad at first i thought it was the over filled trash cans but as we seated it was even worse. Smell more like cow sh!# for some reason. Then the employees says no refund after the movie started. I think my 9yr old behaved better than most of the grown ups there. I would never eat there or come back. Definitely not refer anyone there. One thing i would say the price of the tickets were cheap but not worth it. Overall movie probaly would have been good if there wasnt any f#@$ing distractions!!!

Ehhhh,...I was desperate to watch a movie && this was the only place showing. This place is not clean, I kinda felt bad for taking my family here. Since it was an AMC Theater I was expecting more of it, but this doesnt compare at all to the AMC Theaters that Ive been to. When purchasing snacks we ordered a pretzel && the lady actually took it out of its case && placed it inside the microwave!!??? There was also like a musty/smelly penetrated smell inside the theater. Popcorn EVERYWHERE on the floor, as if there was a popcorn fight. Definitely not returning.

You guys did great on the remodeling. But if you are going to have a full bar train your bartender how to make drinks. She didnt know what a dirty martini is.She was very bubbly and sweet thats why I didnt make a huge deal. I didnt enjoy the movie comfortably because it was too hot, this is the 3rd time I go to this location and theatre is always too Damn hot. And wth is up with you not serving beberages after 12 am. Then you shouldnt have your place in business till 3am. Overall I give this place a thumbs down. Very disappointed.

The popcorn was overpriced and stale. There was a huge mix up on seating. Our tickets were purchased early in the day on line and three other people purchased the same seats. It was a fiasco . Michael the manager did a tremendous job staying cool under tremendous stress and pressure. He accommodated the multiple customers that were double seated. The other staff were nice. However theater floors were dirty. Hope AMC Hulen values the heat Michael took and the quick action he took to find solutions and calm angry customers.
