So, they finally installed the recliner seating, but more and more, on the weekends (Friday and Saturday) this theater is REALLY missing the mark on quality. Just imagine, the kiosks not working bc one is down and the other doesnt have paper, then waiting in a HUGE line to be told to take your phone inside to print your repurchased tickets. Then trying to order a drink at a concessions stand that is COVERED in popcorn, then getting into the theater and it being absolutely filthy and yeah... that pretty much spells out what our last TWO visits to this theater have been like.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I dont even live in Mansfield anymore and I go out of my way to take my family here. The staff is super friendly always making me feel welcome. The family bathrooms are always clean when I go even the baby thing on the wall which is great cause I hate how It feels at other places makes me want to change my kids in the car, but here its kept clean and from the smell sanitized. The management crew is always on top of things and I will always drive out of my way to go to this theater

The staff is great, even the policemen are nice and friendly. Good seating, never crowded we live here so we patronize this stablush mentioned in Mansfield. But... your concessions prizes are outrageous, $4.00 for a bottle of water? $5.00 for a bottle of lemonade? Too much! We never purchase anything so you lose on 4 people. Ive taken 8 kids with me and grandkids and we rather stop at the $1.oo store and buy each child a bag of candy than spend it at your stablishment.

I have always enjoyed going to this theater. Recently they have started having birthday parties here. If you want to have a party at the theater thats fine. Go to a Disney movie or some other kids movie. I had an entire row of kids ranging from 6-10 sitting behind me during Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol. The kids talked the entire movie. I even had to ask them to be quite. This new policy may be good for Cinemark but it is bad for the customers.

Great place for disabled people in wheelchairs to go to enjoy a movie. Restrooms are always clean and easy access for wheelchairs. The staff is friendly professional and kind as well as willing to help out the disabled. The only bad thing I have about here is the fact that the doors are not handicapped access, I have to ask for someone to open the door Every time I go. Quite place to bring your kids to enjoy a good movie.

Love the reclining seats. Love the reserved seating that allows me to arrive right on time for previews, even for new or popular movies, with a whole crew of Littles in tow, and I have peace of mind knowing my choice of seating is set and waiting for me. Concession prices are grossly inflated like most theaters sadly. I recommend a light cozy blanket.

The movie my husband and i saw was just ok but the new seats were absolutely amazing. You can actually kick back and relax and enjoy your movie and not feel so stuffy. They recline and prop your feet and are so comfortable. I felt like i was relaxing in my recliner at home enjoying a movie but had all of the theater perks at my disposal. Loved it!!

I have been going to this theater consistently since 2007 and I love it! I have never had a bad experience with any staff, and any problems with people being disruptive has always been handled properly. Bathrooms and theaters are always clean. We always go here since it is one of the cheapest in the area and we LOVE the XD theater they have!

Ive been seeing movies here for years, mostly because the parking is so much easier than at the Parks mall. Its always clean, and the employees are friendly and polite. The only thing I dont like is the setup in the womens bathroom, with soap at either end and sinks in the middle (plus incredibly weak hand dryers at one end only).

Alright Theater. Always clean, good picture-not great, out-dated sound... No THX, SDDS or DTS type certifications. Good amount of seating for the size of crowds that frequent midnight releases; decent seats too. The one big complaint is that the consession stand NEVER has hot dogs. For that they lost a whole star.

Awesome theater with amazing management. Always clean, always kind people, and great for kids with sensory issues. Tuesday all day and night is 5 dollars for any regular film. Their summer film program for kids is spectacular too. Highly recommend this theater. The art deco allure is nice for a date too.

I cant stand this movie theatre. If I could give it a 0, I would! I tried taking my sister who is 15 into a rated R movie. I am 25 and a legal guardian over her. They wouldnt let us in because I didnt look like a legal guardian to them. Seriously? Crappymark will never get my business again!

Great management and staff customer service is the BEST!!!! only place me and my family go for movies and its always clean, you can reserve seats its just SO RELAXING! and they have security and police there wich makes me feel safer!! Could honestly go here everyday twice a day!!

Now that they have lounge seating theater is awesome but they need to have separate line for those customers that have prepaid tickets. Not fair u have to wait in the same line of someone who cant decide what reserved seating they want its so time consuming.

I love this theatre and visit it often. It has reasonable prices and has better prices on concessions than any other theatre I have been to. I also signed up for their email and rewards and receive all kinds of discounts with my rewards and coupons.

Ive been going here for a couple of years. I have always loved coming here. Tickets are around $8 for a student, screens are nicely sized, sound is decent and staff is friendly. Now that Ive moved over 20 mins away, the drive is worth it to come here.

We had to change seats not once not twice but three times The staff messed up and gave not one person the same seat as me but two Please make sure that you dont have the same ticket as someone Or you will be sitting right in front the screen

Good movies, clean and well cared for. Auditoriums well organized and the handicap seating is well situated (not in the very front where you hurt your neck). Staff is consistently pleasant and caring - always willing to go the extra step to help.

Very nice experience. I have not been to a movie here for probably over 6 months. Looks like they renovated and installed large reclining chairs. It is a very comfortable and nice addition. The sound and visual experience was great too.

I love this theater but hardly ever get to go. Your movies should start earlier in the day. Moms need a time to enjoy themselves. Most of your movies start after 12. Most schools let out at 3. The timing makes it hard to enjoy anything.

Great new seats, concessions have sky rocketed, no longer affordable for a senior and 4 grandkids .Staff is great EXCEPT for managers and supervisors, they have attitudes and get annoyed when asked questions. Wont be coming back.
