Worst experience ever at this location! We had been having trouble with our card that day and proactively asked the waiter to please check if our card was working with their system to avoid any issues. He had confidently swiped it and told us yes that it was working fine. Since we are customers, and not employees, we took his word for how their system worked and proceeded to order. Halfway through the movie we were told that our card was declined. We had asked to speak to a manager and explained to him the situation in which they insisted we were still in the wrong because "that is not how their system works" and "you cant charge a card until the food arrives" which is completely fine if the employee would have told us that their system did not work that way before we ordered the situation would have been avoided completely because we would not have ordered otherwise. But I do not understand how they expected us, as customers, to know how their system worked especially when we had been instructed by our waiter that it would be fine. They would not even admit fault on the waiters part even though he had told us inaccurate information. We are willing to admit that the card declining was our fault and were trying to fix it but they were not willing to admit that their employee was at fault for misinforming us. It eventually escalated into a verbal argument that ended with the manager kicking us out of the theatre without refunding our tickets despite getting through less than half of the movie. I believe they were rude to us because they assumed we were trying to walk out on our bill or argue our way into a comped meal, which we were not. The entire time my boyfriend was talking to the manager I was on the phone with my bank to see what the problem was and there was just a temporary block on the card (because it was a new card) and the manager did not let us complete the call/resolve the issue/explain ourselves clearly before he kicked us out. After he had kicked us out the bank released my hold and I was able to pay them for our food which might have been done sooner if they werent so accusatory. The employees definitely need more training and the manager should be trained on resolving issues better without making customers feel unwelcome or attacked.

The seats are comfortable, but there was a wall on one side of the isle, so if anyone had to get up to use the restroom, they had to walk in front of everyone to their left. The theater entrance was facing directly inside, so light from the hallway was constantly shining onto the movie screen. The food was average at best, but the price was outrageous. The server was polite, but not trained to be unobtrusive while the movie is playing. Worst of all, the house lights came on two minutes before the credits started rolling. I would only go back if the movie I want to see isnt playing anywhere else.

Went in for late showing walled up to have stubbed ripped group of employees standing and talking around podium didnt acknowledge me. Had to get their attention. Remembered why I never order food there anymore. Portions are skimpy but price is really high for what you get. Ordered a sundae which turned out to be 75% whip cream. Still forced to pay for it. Its almost as if they count on the fact of it being dark so that you cant see what theyre bringing you. Really bad experience. Way better experience at Palace 9.

I come here because I can get a good drink while Im watching a movie. I order their version of a long island tea and a margarita. They have regular same large size, so I ordered both large sizes. As a bar tender Ive learned a few basic things that every bar tender should know (which this girl doesnt), how to pour. This girl stiffed me on my liquor. Im not trying to pay $14 for a drink when Im not getting my moneys worth. Get these girls some real training before they get begin the bar.

Worst food ever! We drive from Granbury to 7th street to eat and see a movie.... until now. They changed their menu and food supplier and it is not worth it. The kids pizza that you pay almost 9.00$ for is like microwave pizza and the 13.00$ chicken tender basket was too crispy to eat and the fries tasted freezer burnt. Do yourself a favor and eat before you go.

They seem to change the menu fairly often. So, if you get hooked on one or two dishes, you might need to prepare for them to be gone a few months down the road. (No, Im not including seasonal dishes in this review.) Some of their food is good to great, but some can be bland. The wait staff tend to be nice. Also, no Dr. Pepper products. :(

Horrible and rude ticket counter employees. I didnt know that lightsabers were banned from their theaters and didnt see the sign posted on it. Counter workers didnt mention one word to me about it. The ticket collector had to tell me about it. When I confronted the counter girls about it she just slammed the sign down at me. I will never return!

The dim lights stay on through the entire movie and makes it harder to see dark scenes. You can even see some of the light from the dim lights on the screen. The screen is to dark and the audio is not so great and some of the speakers need some replacing because you can hear them crackle on loud scenes. Service and food are great!

Use to go all the time. But they now prohibit concealed carry so I will now be going to themoviehouse & eatery in Keller which allows concealed carry. Even if you dont carry think twice about the tavern as now any crazy out there knows its a "gun free" soft target that even an off duty cop cant bring a concealed weapon into.

Very nice movie theater. Big comfortable chairs are great and the food isnt bad either, especially if you are comparing it to overpriced popcorn and hotdogs that most theaters have. The 2 for $25 is a pretty good deal. You get an appetizer and 2 entrees. Overall great place to grab a bite and watch a movie.

Purchased ticket online 2 hours in advance. Got to the theatre and all seats in that row were occupied. Server was told about it. Used an alternate seat and had to move twice because they had been sold. I left, with a refund, but the situation irritated me so much I wouldnt have enjoyed the film

This was my first time going to a movie that served a full menu of food! The waiters were very attentive to get refills throughout the movie and the movie theatre was very clean. The hamburger was good, just very hard to eat a messy food item in the dark lol. Getting finger foods next time.
