This place is pretty great. The food is good quality for movie theater food, the movies are priced well, its clean inside, the chairs feel good, the audio quality is good, and the projector screens are a great size. I have absolutelt no complaints. I DO have a suggestion, though. Id suggest for the manager of this movie theater to partner with the Dealflicks app. Its a REALLY good app. It saves customers money, increasing movie attendance a little, and the movie theater actually has an increased revenue from the shared revenue of Dealflicks. Dealflicks actually shares revenue with the movie theaters it partners with. Its a win-win-win. The app makes more money, the movie theaters make more money, while also increasing attendance, and the customers save money. One of the ways the app makes money is from advertising. However, it also makes money through several other ways. This all helps increase attendance at movie theaters, increase the movie theaters revenue from increased attendance AND shared revenue from the app, and makes customers happier, meaning more positive reviews, more positive ratings, and more positive feedback, which means an additional increase in attendance. The combination of increased attendance and shared revenue of the app helps increase the guarentee of a healthy profit.

Modern, state-of- the-art screens and sounds, including IMAX to 3D, allows something for everyone. Seats are industry size, so no bonus here. To date, have enjoyed my experience at this location for nearly 100 films. (Continue to visit this location once or twice per month since 2010.) With many cashiers, the concession flows rather quickly. Offers alcoholic drinks to hot dogs to chicken nugget dinners to a wide variety of candies, making it a hit for the whole family. Priced competitively. Ask for discounts, from senior to military. Offers a cinema membership, which, if you visit twice during the year, will more than pay for itself (valid for tickets and concession; may combine with military and most other discounts). Staff is well-trained and will also assist disabled and elderly patrons upon request. Parking, which isnt a deal-breaker, is however, substandard, and you may have to walk more than you would at some of the other theaters, but, still, well worth the experience.

Have been going since this theater opened and unfortunately it has really gone down hill. I was there just last night and the mens bathroom was absolutely unacceptable. This coming from a guy who grew up on a farm and is accustomed to sharing a bathroom with field workers. The theater bathrooms were so bad I told the attendant at the confession stand and I ended up going into the "family" bathroom. Then, while watching our movie it seemed the projector bulb was going out. It brightened and dimmed and even faded in and out during certain scenes. Finally, it seemed that the movie was oversold as there were people standing on the stairs and down by the exits looking for seats after the movie had started. I noticed two couples left and didnt return. Too bad that this once friendly and inviting theater has dissolved into a run of the mill, dirty, unsanitary, and run down kind of place you try to avoid. Good thing there is a nice and new theater just up the road.

First of all, the seats are not comfortable. My husband and I kept having to readjust in the seat. Noticed other adults doing the same. Second, and most importantly, the tickets are outrageously priced. We went to see Star Wars Ep 1 3D at 4:30PM. Price of tickets: $14.00 EACH. My neighborhood theater, Rave Hickory Creek, same movie, 3D, 4:45 PM, $7.50 EACH. On the AMC HV website, it says their base prices are $10.00 and a $4 upcharge for 3D. Ill NEVER go back. I can afford it, it is just the principle of it all. Highway robbery. And no snack bar. After a rape at the ticket office, you dont feel like having popcorn and soda pop. And whats with "recycling" the glasses. When are you people going to give me back some of my money for "recycling". I am totally disgusted.

I love this place my family go here any time we see a movie, the seats are so comfortable when we went to see Fast and Furious 7 I fell asleep for 20 minutes. The popcorn is nice and fluffy, The staff there are extremely polite, The restrooms are clean, Recycling the 3-D glasses are for a good cause. The only thing I recommend is to get there 3-5 minutes late so you dont have to wait for the previews to be over. Short lines, Dont go on Friday if your an adult, alot of Tweens and Teenagers go on this day.

A good time to go would have to be on the weekday when children are in school, and adults at work, sitting in front of a computer doing nothing. ANYWAYS. Concession Stands are good, the only doubt I had about it was one time on a Saturday Night a girl didnt give me my change, and ripped me off of my 20 dollar bill. Yeah I was P/O about it. So for the staff, I recommand TAKE YOUR TIME WITH YOUR MONEY. Dont rush it, youll make a mistake and be short on your part. Thank you.

A nice theater, with a good team. I like this theater. Its not too big, has specials on Tuesday, and has a nice membership program to save you some real cash. To top it off, ha ha, they even have a bar in the lobby where you can get cocktails. Its a clean theater with friendly staff and a good selection in a great location. I recommend it without hesitation. ...Didnt give it 5 stars just because 5 should be PERFECT & AMAZING, and those are rare.

We wanted to see a movie but we will not give this establishment our money. I can understand having a 30.07 sign but also having a 30.06 sign is going too far. Doing so is opening up your establishment to the possibility of large lawsuits. For anyone to carry in Texas they have to pass a stringent background check. That in and of itself is more than you know about any of your other patrons.

This is the WRONG place on the map. One of the mistakes made by Google. You need to go up Farm to Market 2499 or otherwise known as Long Prairie Road until Justin Road also known as Farm to Market 407. DO NOT go to where the dot is. Look at where the dot is by using Satellite. Please... Just trust me. If that residential area looks like a movie theater.... Get yours eyes checked.

This place has really gone down hill. The last 2-3 times my family went here, it was dirty, disorganized and poorly managed. All I saw was a bunch of kids running the place and mostly standing around doing nothing. We waited like 15 mins for food as this one kid, who looked high, cooked one order at a time and 5 other kids just standing there chatting. Very disappointing.

This is the greatest place ever. The popcorn is nice, the staff are very friendly, its in a good area, and the seats are comfy. Yes Friday night (and sometimes Saturday night) us "tweens" like to hang around that area and we really like the outdoor mall idea. But that is just because we want a good place to hang around with friends and Highland Village is perfect.

When to see Assassins Creed yesterday at 730pm. The movie was blurry for everyone in our party. For how much more they charge for a 3D film we expected a great visual effects film. The seats were nice a comfortable but the fact that the theater was very empty on Christmas day should have been a sign there are problems at this theater.
