I recently went to this course in the Neptune area of Monmouth county and have enjoyed my experiance there. I ran into a pair of golfers who confirmed the previous review of the course when they went there over a year ago. They indicated that the course was in horrible shape. Since then, Ocean Township has taken over the course and has really cleaned it up. The fairway is clean and clear and the greens are actually green. This is a nice 9-hole course to practice if you are a beginner golfer like myself. If they continue with their repairs, it will be a very nice course. Give it a shot, the prices are very reasonable, even on the weekend, and it seems like the Geese (and their droppings) are long gone.

I have been playing golf for a long time and I absolutely love this course. This course has a nice open layout that is great for a beginner but still challenging enough for the rest of us. Green fees are low which is the bonus. Its only 9 holes but still a great little course that lets you practice with every club in your bag.

Colonial Terrace Golf Course is a gem of a facility at the Jersey Shore. The town took it over a few years back and reinvigorate it to its former glory. A must play if you want to get 9 holes in before noon.

The course is in decent shape. They recently dumped alot of money into improving the course. I have nothing bad to say. For around $20 you get a great deal.
