I have been in the Customer Service business for 8 years now and I have NEVER been so REPULSED by the way these people handle their customers and do business with them! It was my friends Birthday party and I thought this was still a place for adults where you can bowl, smoke, drink, and get loose all at the same time. Initially when we got there, We told the cashier girl that we wanted to play ONE game instead she charged us for 2 ($36.00). Then I asked for a refund, which was charged back to my card and had to wait 2 business days starting on a Friday to get my money back. (So actually 4-5 days), then they demanded that I slide my card again for what I actually wanted to pay for (29.00), which left me almost spending $70 dollars at a damn Bowling alley and I havent even started to drink yet! The General Manager was absolutely and unequivocally below the standard means of MANAGER. He was flamboyantly rude, completely non-chalant to the fact that I was an unsatisfied customer AND TO TOP IT OFF The Drinks were HORRIBLE! Everything I ordered tasted watered down! We can no longer smoke in the facility which I needed to after receiving such dreadful drinks and unfathomable customer service. To add icing the ICING ON THE CAKE!!! MY friends car window was broken into that night and it was HIS BIRTHDAY!!!! His beat headphones were stolen from inside the car. The "Flamboyantly Rude General Manager" coincidentally walked by the crime scene and showed absolutely no moral support for what was going on at his establishment! There was NO REMORSE or SINCERITY from him at all. I have never been to such a crime infested bowling alley with below average customer service and undignified Managers. This is really below my means of having good safe fun with friends family and even in the event something does happen, like somebodies car getting broke into, I would expect the managers and workers to be just as concerned whats going on with their establishment!! If I could give them NEGATIVE STARS!!!! I WOULD!!!!

Poor customer service. When we arrived there were about 40-60 ppl in line waiting. No kidding, but because I promised my kids, we waited in line for almost 2 hours just to pay, there was only one person ringing customers while 3 other ppl stood behind the counter. So I sent my son to ask if they could open another line, they were like "no, we only have this line at the moment." So we continued to wait, finally paid, but had to wait another 10 mins just for shoes because the guy over shoes was just standing there not asking anyone if he could help them. Finally get to the lane, its have technical difficulties, so I pressed the help button, no one came,but I heard them announce they were coming to my lane, but no one showed up, so I went back to the counter 3 times just to get the lane started. So we wanted to order food, went to the counter to order, they young lady says with an attitude, "can I help you?" I told her my order, then she tells me, "well its an hour to an hour and a half wait on food." So I was like forget it because we will be done bowling before our food came. So I went back to order just drinks, I noticed that the food other ppl had ordered was still sitting on the counter, since I was there before, not covered, just getting cold, anyone could walk up and cough or anything on it. Then the girl behind the counter goes on a rant about how the manager was working her nerves because of something, and she "had a line full of ppl". Mind you, no one is in her line because there was such a long wait for food, that ppl quit ordering. Also I heard the lady that was ringing customers say, that its always this busy on Sat., so you would think that the manager would take this into consideration, to make sure he had enough staff to cover the busy/peak days and hours. I was very disappointed in the service and will never return. That was my first time going there and I was beyond disappointed.

All in all the atmosphere is awesome. But the pricing is high and the food clerks are lazy liars. And its too cold inside . Let me explain.You bowl ten frames not matter what.You are charged for shoes and amount of people playing weather you bowl slow or fast I think. Im saying this because this guy came up and stopped our transaction after waiting in line for almost 30min, the clerk stopped helping us with no regard to say excuse me, finish helping us. Oh no..he helps him and He explained that thier game stopped in the middle of the 8th frame and that thier game was over.yeah confused on that too. Because they dont go by hourly bowling. So just be prepared ... Then the food clerk black girl with braids.. lied saying food would take hour amd a half for any food because obviously she and the cook dont want to work all night at a job they that they applied for. Lazy. How do I kno this because my family has different ethnicity and they ordered a soon a we Sat down had thier pizza and fries before the 4 bowler to bowl so yeah. The bar tender was great n on point ,thanks bald white guy. also not stroller friendly so if your babys still in car seat bring it in. Because in immediate bowling area it is not accessible. . And bring a jacket extra cold. Fans on and ac blowing hard. But its very comforting atmosphere.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had bowling. The manager checked us in and sent us to a lane with trash everywhere. I went and asked to be moved to another lane. No one came to clean the trash away from the seating area in that lane. The shoes that were given to me were literally falling apart. There were holes in the leather and the sole was coming ofg. The girl being the counter gave a half hearted appology and gave me new shoes. The sensors for the pins would show that I had missed a pin even when I got a strike or would show a split with only one pin left. When I complained to the manager he just stared at me and told me that I should have reported that there was a problem with the lane. He did not even apologize for the problems or offer anything for my horrible experience. I will never come back to these lanes again. I will call in the morning to see if the main manager has anything to say about the attitude and behavior given to me.

Weve been here two hours, ordered two things on the menu, waited an hour and a half for one of the orders which were two platters that were $20 each which did come mostly cold. The cheese on the nachos werent fresh and the cheese inside the cheese sticks were hard and werent stretchy. Our second round of bowling is almost over and our second order still hasnt come. And at that weve had many difficulties with bowling itself. At one point we had used a full rack of bowling balls because they wouldnt come back. Wouldnt recommend coming here if youre looking for a good time spent with friends, family, or significant others.
