I went there because they had a special going on. I get in there and they are like well we dont have any lanes. I said ok how long till you have a lane. He tells me 30 min. That is fine with me. I wait 30 min go up there and said do you have any lanes. Oh let me see. Nope now we have a league coming in and we have to run the lanes. (oil them) I said ok how long now. He said another hour. Well I wanted to bowl so I waited another hour. Another hour passes and it is now 5 in the evening. I go to the desk you got a lane now. Well not yet give me about 15 more minutes for this league to finish up. I wait another 15 more min and I am kinda mad now. I go up after 15 min and there is now a girl up there. I said do you have a lane now. Hmm let me see. I am like well I have been here for almost 2 hours. She said oh I just got here. I am like and he didnt tell you? She knew nothing about it. So he just up and left and didnt bother to tell the next person that I was waiting on a lane. Finally she puts me on a lane. I am like thank God in my head. I get out there bowl about 5 frames and my ball does not come back. I use a different ball for a spare anyways so I though my spare ball. Now I dont have either ball. I call for a ball return nothing!! Finally they guy comes out and says I didnt see your balls back there. I said well hmm I guess that is why this thing right here is not spinning. My ball must be in it and sure enough. Both my balls are stuck down below in the freaking floor. I even took pics. I man come on. So then after he does get my ball out he ask me to bowl so he can see if it gets stuck again. Talk about messing my game up are you serious. So, I just chunked it down there cause I couldnt bowl with him right there. Anyway it didnt happen while he was there but did about 5 min later. He was going to fix it and I said NO why cant you just move me. They did. After I got to the next lane it was missing a pin. Only racked 9. I said forget it. I said I was tired but knew dang well I was going to come home and right a review about this sorry place. I have had more problems but wont even bother. Just remember this place sucks.

Front desk, fantastic. Bowling, just fine, no complaints. Manager: arrogant, prideful, and, worst of all, spiteful. Group of 5, all over 21. Two people order drinks and get IDed. No problem. One person who hasnt been IDed yet takes a drink from a friend. Completely plain-clothes, crotchety old manager walks up to us. "I need to ID all of you because I saw all of you sipping, ESPECIALLY *person who took 1 sip*." First problem: two of us didnt drink, but Ill cede to probable cause and at the end of the day, were all 21 anyway. She spends about 40 seconds looking at each ID (keep in mind, Under 21 until existent), and then visibly grudgingly hands our IDs back to us. Then we get "So you all check out, but because weve been having problems with fake IDs Im cutting this table off". Just because we *look* young and youre mad? dissapointed? surprised? that a bunch of 21 year olds have real IDs doesnt mean you need to ruin our fun. ONE of us took a sip of someone elses drink, and she was almost 22. The rest of us were all 21. If you get off on ruining college kids bowling nights out, more power to you. We wont be going back.

I bowl here often with kids for work and it always has the stench of cigarette smoke even first thing in the morning. The gal at the front desk is often rude or discerning. Their ramps for handicap bowling are junk. On the evenings we are forced off the lanes at by 6 for league bowling, no lanes for public use. When it rains, the parking lot is often flooded. The lanes are not that great and the grips are coming out of many balls. On the plus side, they do have used gear if you are looking to buy at a reasonable rate. Their coupons are ambigious at best, the attendant working the desk is always trying to find a way for the kids not to be able to use the full potential of their bowling coupons from schools, etc. even though I am there with various kids almost weekly. If it was not the closest, I would NOT use this alley. Go to STRIKZ in Frisco. Great lanes, good people, the manager noticed how often I come in and even gave one of my kids a free game card! You will NOT get this treatment at the Richardson alley.

The lane we went to was an old piece of crap, like decomposed dog doodoo. The balls kept getting stuck like a Miley Cyrus song and wouldnt return them like opened merchandise with no receipt. The "off-the-clock" mechanic that was bowling next to us volunteered to us helped us since an actual working employee was too inconvenient. We tried to get help but were unable to. Our gameplay with heavily impeded for a good minute, 30 of them to be exact. In the hours time before closing, we only played 60-70% of our game. The manager (heavier set blonde lady with disorganized curls and thick make-up) refused to offer any kinda discount. Not to mention, any customer service, accommodation or frankly a smile. Just go to Main Event or somewhere else and get high grossed, its way better than the atrocity of this ghetto slump. Burn alive AMF (A Monstrosity Failure).

Good place to bowl with well maintained lanes. Not too family friendly though due to a large amount of time from open to close during the school year is dedicated to league play. Open play typically kicks in after 9pm when most kids should be sleeping. The staff is somewhat friendly (front desk staff is nice and approachable, servers are hardly ever on the floor, depending on the night bartender sucks); bathrooms are hardly "clean"; management is wishy-washy at best. The food is good (I recommend the quesadillas) but highly over priced. It sports a full service bar with a billiards area, arcade (separate from bar; but the games are rarely working), a pro shop for purchasing equipment. Cook and mechanic vastly over worked and with management no where to be found it takes issues a while to be resolved. All in all its cheaper than Main Event...

I ordered a Mai Tai and got carded by the bartender. My friend took a sip at the table and the manager came over and insisted on checking all of our IDs. She then proceeded to cut off drinks for our table even though we were all at least 21 because theyve had "problems with fake IDs and not everyone was carded before taking sips." We all had valid IDs but were punished for drinking even though we were all perfectly legal. She was age profiling us and criminalized us on the basis of us being a young group and was being spiteful because other people were bringing fake ID to a bowling alley. She completly ruined the mood and we all left shortly after out of frustration.
