The lanes were great. The selection of balls was amazing. All of the equipment was excellent. If it wasnt for the deplorable customer service this is where we would bowl every time. The guy at the front desk wouldnt explain why we couldnt use two lanes. We wanted one for the adults and one for the kids. It took a series of questions to get him to volunteer an answer about the automatic bumpers. The lady at the confession stand opened 15 minutes late and wouldnt say more than she just got there and she was trying to set it up. If either of them had been the least bit congenial our trip would have been great.

Guy with white hair was incredibly rude to my group that came in. We asked if there was a wait and he said in a very sarcastic tone that "of course there was a wait its bowling league night" and turned away. I am sorry that we dont know the days that are the bowling league night at South Plains bowling. I think our question was pretty common and not that ridiculous to ask, but he treated it like it was the dumbest question he had ever heard. We took our business to Main Event.

Awesome place to take my little family.. Whitewood was going to charge for my 1 yr old and 3 yr old. $10 for each. Nice place food is high but still awesome. The lady there was the only cook and she did a GREAT JOB! The front desk guys were nice and very friendly. Thanks SPL. We loved it

This place is a great bowling ally! They have specials on certain days of the week. And the customer service is wondeful!! Its a fun place to hang out for my family when we were in Lubbock for the night.

Customer service is great, lanes stay freshly oiled and an easy house shot. Typically average 240+ anytime I bowl there. Jimbo Evans knows how to take care of people there!

Ive always liked this bowling alley, the food is reasonably priced as are the games, they keep it clean, the staff is friendly. Its a good place to go have a little fun.
