The lanes kept on messing up. Had to press reset all the time. We told one of the staff that it was messing up and he state it was a maintenance error just like getting an oil change or serpentine belt going out. Uh oil change? Really? Thats gen maintenance but serpentine belt means there is a real problem with you car! Then my phone was taken off the table. When we went back to look for it the staff let a CUSTOMER go through my phone!!! Never going back.

Called and asked about lanes and hours. Was told they started cosmic at 930. Drove all the way there and the employee gave me loads of attitude and said they were closing at 930. Even verified if I called the right bowling alley (which I did). Seriously aggravating. They need to update their website and hours.

No advance reservations for birthday parties. No menus available for advance planning. Was given loads of attitude and told that the website they have is out-of-date and not to be used.

Love the kids bowl throughout the summer! What a great program. Very accommodating to different abilities. Clean environment but keep in mind that they are remodeling at this time.
