The absolute worst experience I ever experienced at a bowling alley. My girlfriend and I are new to the area and we decided to try this place out. We get there and an older gentleman with glasses tells us its going to be a 30-45 minute wait, which is understandable due to the fact that place was packed. I gave hime my name told him well wait and he said hell call my name once a lane opens up. So we waited patiently, then an hour goes by and we start to see parties beginning to leave and lanes open up and I also noticed my name not get called. So I walk over to the counter and ask if someone was using lane 13, one of the empty thinking maybe he didnt notice the empty lane and he lets my girlfriend and I pay for our shoes and start to bowl. He tells me someone is using that lane. Now mind you, my girlfriend and I were sitting right in front of lane 13 while we were waiting and saw the party leave and also saw the staff member clean that area up of any garbage that may be around it. So the gentleman basically lied to my face and I just turned around and told my girlfriend that we should leave because I was straight up lied to. If you never went to Red Bird Lanes...good do not waste your time. If there was an option to give this place 0 stars I would have. Never going back.

Very very Rude and disrespectful staff...walked in on a Thursday with a family of 4 kids and the girl at the front looks at us like were stupid when we ask her where to do purchase a Lane and get our shoes, she was more focused on stuffing her face and rolling her eyes at us. Tells us we need to wait n speak with the guy there next to her. He turns around at totally ignores the fact tht we are there waiting after waiting for about 5 minutes its clear that they did not want our business there. The fact that this is supposed to be a family-oriented business is even more sad. I would not recommend this place for anybody who has never been there before this place is obviously for regulars only and if your new thy look at you like your stupid. This place is in need of so many updates. No need to reach out to the owners bc its obvious since its family nothing will be done.

I read the reviews in was like how they have 4.2 rating and alot of negative reviews. Well believe the ratings ! Place is cheap but not worth it! The old man at front is so rude and the two cook ladies are worse! Not friendly at all. Played cursing music with little kids there. Everytime we stood up old man comes over and tells us to sit down. ?!?! Really. EveN though prices are good I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE! Between the workers to the food to the environment is all not worth 1 star. Dont go here people trust me! Especially with little kids. I can go and on about this place. Spend $50 @ a good bowling for 1 hour this place is just so so so bad!!!

Walked in , and the two employees working there did not even bother assisting us. We asked them questions and the girl said nothing to us while she picked her teeth and plaque flying everywhere. Disgusting!!!! Not sure how this place is rated 4 stars must be the same people going there for years! Not a kid environment....

Love Red Bird Lanes. I go there with family and also go with co-workers. I always have a terrific experience. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The equipment is a little dated but it doesnt prevent us from having a great time. The snack bar is really yummy and very reasonably priced.

Ive been going to this bowling alley since I was in diapers and the poor reviews make me wonder if they were rude customers. In 20+ years Ive never seen someone treated rudely unless they got belligerent. Great prices, great food, and great people.

RUDE staff. Charming old school place, but desperately in need of changes.I guess if they know you already you might get good service, but in general your treated like a outsider of this places weird, stuck in the past ways.

Had a great time bowling with a church group. Rates were great, overall good service. Though somewhat dated, it was clean, good food selection & available lanes for fun times. I will definitely be back!

The ppl are great. Ive gone here all my life. Its great for familys. Days are good if your wanting to take the little one. Nights are good if you want to go out with the friends.

Lots of fun.. Kids do well here.. Adults bowl well..We bowl there weekly... You should try it.. My junior bowler is excelling at redbird... Rates reasonable!
