My girlfriend and I decided to go out and have a good time bowling for her birthday, little did I know that it would be the worst part of the day. For a little background, my girlfriend had shoulder surgery a few months back, and has been unable to lift anything heavy so this was supposed to be her first time doing such. She tried to use the 10 pound ball and then the 8, but they both hurt too much so she started using the 6 which was much better. After about 30 minutes of our time, I had gone to get a refill on our drink, and she was approached by the manager. Im not sure of his name, and I say the following in no way to be rude, but he was the darker, muscular man with a silver cross necklace. He told her that adults where not allowed to use the 6 pound balls then took it and checked to make sure that there were no more on the racks. After I got back and was told what had happened approached him and confirmed that this had happened. I tried to explain the situation to him, but I was continually interrupted with "adults cant use 6 pound balls". A few minutes into this he told me that we needed a doctors note to bowl with that ball.... A doctors note for bowling. After this I went to check the racks to see if he missed one but he hadnt, so I went up to the counter where he was at and asked to see that rule. He showed me a piece of paper that said that adults are not allowed to use 6 pound balls and to see management for questions. I then tried to explain the situation again, but was answered and interrupted with the same phrase. I decided to demand a refund for the remainder of our time, which I can say is the one thing he did without being rude. Of course though, after he handed me the money he decided to smirk and say that hes terribly sorry for the inconvenience. His behavior has lead my girlfriend and I to decide never to go back there, and hopefully to save a few other people for the headache that is Oops Alley management. If you have the desire to go bowling, I would highly recommend that you use another business.

Absolutely the worst business Ive ever been in. Went in with 5 people needed 2 lanes ( cost 117.00 for 2 hours ). Strange considering the sign on the wall said 20.00 per hour per lane. Then we order 6 burgers 6 fries and potato skins 6 sodas. Customers came in 10 minutes after us and had the same amount of people and received their food 20 minutes before we did. Then to top it off those same customers ended up right next to us and we were unable to use one lane which we paid for before hand, due to 3 children jumping around in the two lanes we paid for. So needless to say after about 45 minutes bowling 95.00 bill for our burnt outside raw inside burgers and our half cooked .95 per wings and almost running this kid over literally 5 times we decided to go elsewhere only after telling the front desk what the issue was and demanding our one hour for two lanes refund and told they dont do refunds. They actually handed us tickets for 2 free games of bowling and suggested that we come back during the week because here are less kids. This place needs a complete staff and management overhaul. Now just so everyone is clear, I am a chef who has run multiple successful kitchens over the years and rescued quite a few food and beverage establishments. Never have I seen a place this mismanaged. If that is the way they conduct their business the management should truly should be ashamed. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give this place a -100.

The experience that I have had at Oops Alley was unpleasant the management was rude and unprofessional. The arcade games were over priced and the workers for the arcade were rude and disrespectful and act like they did not want to be at work. The arcade area was dirty and the workers were no where to be found when you need them and when you ask for help they act like your a burdin and they dont want you to be there asking them questions. Me and my family got frustrated and thought bowling would be a much better experience well it wasnt we got lane 5 for an hour, we orderd 2 kids chicken nuggets with french fries and 2 hambergers with french fries. It took an hour for our food to come and when it did we got 1 order of chicken nuggets with fries and 2 undercooked hamberger where blood was running out of the hamberger I tried to talk to the manager but she refused to get off the phone it appeared to be on a personal phone call when i spoke to the server she walked over to the manager and tryed to talk to her and she still did not get off the phone. The server gave me a refund for the food. While bowling in the middle of the game it reset and started all over we returned out shoes and left. I would rate this Oops Alley a 0 out of a 10. And recommend to my friends and family to visit no will not do. I will not return to the facility. Unfortunately I cant leave a zero star to post so Im forced to give a 1 star

Im Sally is the only bowling alley in the Pace Milton area the other bowling alley went out of business probably due to a lack of Interest amongst the population and this is a local hangout for mainly all the people that have hung out here for many years it really is no other place to go for entertainment in the pace Market pace is a bedroom community from Pensacola and its really not added any new businesses in the last 10 years so if Sally is the main attraction for the area the biggest attraction of the bowling alley is the bar and alcohol seems to be part of the subculture with its many pool tables bar games and bar food which is lacking in flavor unfortunately. But for a small town where theres nothing else to do if Sally is the place to be seen and to see the roving Elite of the pace community.

Have not bowled for several decades and decided to get back into the sport. Since we live in Pace, Oops was the place to go. I have had nothing but a great experience since I have been bowling there. The owner Gary, is very involved in his business and takes customer concerns seriously. The lanes are in great shape, with pins replaced on a scheduled basis. Food is good, drinks are reasonably priced. Mike in the pro shop is very knowledgeable and helpful. Rhonda at the counter seems to make it all work, very good customer service. I am now on two leagues and enjoy meeting new friends every week.

My dad helped build Oops Alley when I was in middle school. I grew up about three blocks from there and it was the place to be. Now that I have children of my own I was looking forward to making the same memories with my kids as i had made with my father growing up. Unfortunately, I will never step foot back in that establishment. I had to wait an hour and a half for my food, wasted money on bowling due to issues with the pins not setting, and some of the rudest employees I ever seen work there. You can tell they hate where they work and that they dont want to be there. Totally disappointed.
