I met up with a few friends yesterday and while at the bar I ordered a pitcher and some chips and queso. After about 15 mins I noticed one of the managers bringing out the chips and queso and giving it to the couple in the next lane over so I assumed that they ordered the same thing as us especially after I saw them eating it without any hesitation. I knew something was wrong when another waitress came back to their lane a couple minutes later to take away their food but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought that maybe they complained about the food. However, just as I suspected she took the food back to the bar and the bartender said something to her and pointed in our direction. When she brought it over and put it on our table I said, "Are you really going to bring me the food that they just ate of?" and she responds "Oh, I didnt realize they already ate out of it, Ill take this back and bring you a new plate." After this happened we decided to stop playing and I walked back to the bar and asked for a refund on the food which they did. I also then asked to speak to the manager and he acknowledged the error and apologized and offered free passes to return but I told him I wasnt paying for the current game nor would I be returning. He eventually comped our game but only because we hadnt finished playing the first game since we originally were doing the unlimited bowling option for $15. I understand that mistakes happen but both the waitress and bartender clearly knew what they did were wrong and its both inexusable and disgusting. Dont waste your time or money here because youre better off going somewhere else. This place has clearly gone downhill since they changed from 300.

First of all ... opened a bar tab ... then found out it didnt carry to my bowling lane ... open ANOTHER tab for food and drinks on my lane. Open a 3rd account to bowl (had to). So, after 2.5 hours of 6 games, 3 drinks, order of chicken wings (shared) and 2 shoe rentals (3 tabs) ... im out $97.22 .. NOT CHEAP .. next day a 4th charge shows up for $53.53 ($150.75 TOTAL) .. I call them on Monday and the manager says hell get back with me after he looks into it. 2 hours later, no phone call, I go there in person. Manager seems surprised. after over a half hour he finds the $53.53 receipt and guess what ?? Its not MY SIGNATURE and it was after I left. Im told that because it was already closed out that he could not do anything about it. I would have to file with the bank ... ME .. I HAVE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE ?? REALLY ?? ... Hes a General Manager and cant issue a refund on a very clear mistake on their part ?? ... Ive made 2 trips to the bank (gas and time) a trip to Bowlmor (gas and time) totally rearranged MY SCHEDULE for their mistake. I was offered coupons !!! Really ?? I just wanted my money back ... and now ... you have this review posted for pushing me aside and treating me very unprofessionally. While I am quite upset (and im holding back) ... these are simply the facts and if the bank denies my petition ... further action will have to be taken on my part (more time and probably more gas) Sincerely and quite Disappointed Customer.

I took my Family here at 6:45 on a Saturday night. Since only about half of the lanes were being used when we got there, we decided to try to bowl. Even though many lanes were open, we were put on a wait list, but we were told that we could sit at a table to eat while we waited. After sitting at a table for 30 minutes, we went searched hard enough to find someone to serve us and the other unfortunate people who had been sitting unattended at the other tables. After eating and watching only about 3/4 of the lanes being used, at 8:30 we went to check on how long it would be before we would get a lane. We were told that there were still 5 groups in front of us. When we asked why there were so many open lanes, we were told that they were "taken." When we asked why no one had been bowling on them for over 1 hour, we were told that they were "taken." So we paid our $70 bill for the medium pizza, hamburger, salad, and 2 beers, then left with 2 very unhappy children who did not understand why they could not bowl after waiting for almost 2 hours. Either the staff is completely incompetent, or this business tries to keep people in the restaurant/bar as long as possible to build the bill. Either way, we will never be back, and warn anyone else who may want to go there to stay away.

Its a bowling alley, so you can get your bowling in, but beyond that it was pretty disappointing. Our server was clueless and said there were no specials even though -- upon reading through the rotating placard on the tables at our groups lanes (after Id ordered, conveniently) -- we were clearly within the Chill Session Specials window. $6.25 for a beer when I should have gotten one for $3. Thanks, dude. At least they had some decent beer options, though it wasnt craft. {Fat Tire, Blue Moon, and Shiner} The food was more of the same for quality but even more overpriced than the beer. The sweet potato tater tots were incredible. Candied spud diabeetus. The Nacho Avalanche was terribly disappointing. It went soggy within minutes and had too little in the way of toppings. When all the cheese etc was gone, naked nachos still covered the tray bottom. The two-foot hot dog is just four little ones end-to-end. Bowling costs $6/game with $5 for shoes. There is also a very small D&B-style arcade area, but we didnt give it a go. I saw that the Pac-Man Air Hockey will run you $4 a game. The place is impossible to see or seemingly even reach from Belt Line Rd (which its address is on). Now I know why Waze wanted me to circle around the back from Arapaho.

Will definitely not be returning here ever again.A couple friends and I recently visited and let me tell you,the experience was horrible in terms of the staff.Since I was the first to arrive out of my group,I put my card on file but told the guy at the front to switch over the card because there was a separate person paying for everything and he agreed.I ended up leaving early but my friend said that when she tried to pay,someone at the front said everything was taken care of.The next day,I noticed that MY card was charged.I called back multiple times and was placed on hold for an extensive amount of time(20+ minutes) then they finally answer and say theyre "working" on putting my money back and would give me a call when they finished.Obviously that never happened because theyre all fools and have no idea what customer service is.Anyways,I call back today and was basically rudely explained that they wouldnt give me my money back.This companies HR department needs to take a serious look into who theyre hiring because they handle business like amateurs and thats coming from an 18 year old.I honestly didnt want to even rate them 1 star but unfortunately,there wasnt a -58 star option:(
