Have played this course before in the winter time and wanted to give it a go in a little bit nicer conditions, so I proceeded to call them and book a tee time and let them know that my 5 year old son would be coming with me to hang out. I was then informed that I would be charged an extra $25 for his cart fee, now like I said he is 5 years old I am already paying for my cart fee why do I need to pay an extra fee for him to literally sit in the seat next to me? Golf is about teaching the game the correct way and trying to get the youth involved in the game, how are we supposed to do that when we are getting charged these outlandish rates for a young child to sit in a seat and watch his dad and learn the game?

Ron Jaworski has put a lot of money and effort to turn around this good track, but needs more attention to managing golfers on the course. After being assured of 15 minute holes and rangers to enforce it if we got behind a slow foursome. I saw one ranger and complained and was ignored. I finally called the club house after 9 and 2.5 hours. Thirty minutes later a ranger showed up. It helped, but to little and too late. This was a Friday and there was a hole open in front of them and for nine holes no one behind us. Its not rocket science to get players moving or let faster players through. Deliver on what you promise.

Im a hack when it comes to golf, but I still like a challenge. This course is in great shape and pretty long. I spent a lot of time in the sand, but got out like a champ! I dont think it rained much in the days before I got there, but the sand was really firm. Fairways and greens were beautiful, spongy and fast. Nice views of Philadelphia and the Delaware River. A semi island par 3 is really cool! I didnt have time to eat there or go through the pro shop or the tennis setup, but everything looked very inviting. Cant wait until I get back there. Next time Ill get pictures.

The course is very nice and well maintained. They focus heavily on pace of play, and they make it very apparent. Also for the love of God do not drive your cart on the rough. One of the staff told me in all seriousness that he would take my cart keys and make me walk if the cart was parked on the rough. This same gentleman yelled at the group behind ours, while they were in their back swing, to tell my group to move our carts. I understand that you want players to act a certain way on the course, but that is not great customer service.

This course was the worst course I have ever played on and I golf about once a week. The starter told us the course was playing about 6 hours and we found it to be even slower than that. Apparently Ron Jaworski likes to put his foursomes out ever 8 minutes instead of the standard 10 and its horrible from there out. The greens just looks like spike treads were all over them. We left after the 11th hole because we hit the 4 hour mark and this was on a Friday afternoon.

food was ok, lunch menu seemed limited. went to check out facilities and area to possibly hold a wedding there. beautiful room and facility, but wedding coordinator stopped responding after sending out price guide and would not accomodate smaller party or shorter time frame. we did not need a 5 hour reception with introductions and extras, just ceremony and sit down dinner. lost my business

Not exactly sure what happened here. In the last few months, theyve cut down all the trees and tall grass. Everything that made this course beautiful has been removed or burnt to the ground. It looks like Trumps America now: A vast field of burnt, dead stuff. I guess theyre more worried about pace-of-play and cramming in more tee times.

Was there once before. Thought wed give them another try. Big mistake. Asked for pepper rub on steak. Came out with literally no seasoning. But it was chard crisp on outside, cold on inside. Everything else was not very good. And very expensive for that food quality. Reminds us of a banquet hall, or diner. Wont be going back.

Not well maintained, outdated clubhouse that smells like a Country Squire station wagon from the late 80s. Only a few holes are on the water, not a course I would consider worth $75. Maybe $40, and thats a stretch. Still cleaning the goose, turkey, and deer poop off my shoes.

Great course, has made a huge turnaround. Greens and fairways are in great shape. No weeds. The previous comment is false. It does not take 6 hours, there are rangers all over the course and the greens looke excellent. Very affordable later in the day, and a fun course to play.

Riverwinds is probably the best public and some private clubs we have played this year. Cudos to the grounds crew for the exceptional condition and to the rest of the staff for keeping the rest of the operation smooth , from checking in to pace of play. Great job all!!!

Baked potato was cold. When we called they said they had umbrellas for the deck but when we got there there wasnt even a place for umbrellas. Food is overpriced for the quality. Head to Philly diner for the same food (same owners) at reasonable prices.

Course is in great shape, greens are as true as I have played anywhere in a long time. Challenging course to say the least and they are improving the practice area currently. Played in just over 4hrs, 7 hc golfer.

Great food. Great view. Attentive staff. You have to walk through the downstairs bar to get to the patio, and if theres a private event there you have to cut right through it. Not very accommodating.

Great course excellent staff. I had a voucher to pay for free and left it at home, the pro shop asked me to just bring it next time! Very accommodating! Beautiful course, number 17 is a gem!

Course was a lot of fun! Beautiful views with lots of elevation changes! The restaurant there was awesome as well! Sat at bar and looked out at the Delaware back toward Philly.

Nice course overall. Good for golfers of any skill level, but can still challenge advanced players due to its length. Good conditions and a friendly staff.

Beautiful course. Friendly staff. Unplayably slow on weekends. Gotta space the tee times out. Just finished a 2 hour and 40 minute round. For nine holes.

Nice golf course, great views of the Philadelphia skyline and Delaware River. Course is kept in nice shape and can be pretty tough on windy days.

One of my favorite courses hands down. The rough is a little long though, keep an eye on where your ball ends up.

Had a nice dinner celebrating my mothers 95th birthday. Nice view. Service friendly. A little too noisy however.
