Make sure to come in with fully charged cell phone batteries as you will need the flash light function to look around. I read online that they used to give out flash lights but Im guessing thats no longer the case. There were 6 of us and we did the pirate room. One of the items that is crucial to escaping one of the rooms was broken so they had to improvise with paper which took away from the immersion. We spent 20 min trying to escape the first room, asking for clues over the radio only for the girl to come in and realize the item needed to leave the room wasnt there. Wish she would have noticed that part when she was resetting the room. Its also hard to hear the clues over the radio, theres a lot of feedback and it can get annoying at times. Overall it was entertaining but the experience is definitely not worth the price. Use Groupon or find other escape rooms worth the $$.

I visited PanIQ Room about a couple months ago and my experience was amazing! The escape room themes were quite challenging which requires you and your team to work together solving the escape mission. I highly recommend PanIQ Room to anyone looking for an adrenaline filled experience. They have multiple themes and from my understanding they also change the themes every so often. I am going to be visiting again without a doubt.

To accommodate for our disappointing experience at the geek room in Miami, FL , Johanna and the Pan IQ team allowed us to go test out a room in Phoenix for free. We did the Aliens room and it was awesome!!! 5/5 stars! Overall we were very impressed that Johanna and the team came through with their promise to improve our experience, and we ended up having a great time!

I visited Paniq Room for the first time with my colleagues from work for a team building event and our experience was amazing! The escape room themes were incredibly fun and suspenseful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great time with someone or a large group. They have multiple themes so Ill definitely be going back for more.

Didnt even go. I just called to get some information and found the woman who answered the phone to be extremely rude. Her manner of speaking was as if my phone call was disturbing her. She quoted us 140 for two adults and children ages 6, 10 and 11, when they have a Groupon for $59 for 4 people. Will book with a company with better customer service.

Overall it was a fun experience. I just wish you didnt have to do math problems at the end in order to escape the room which is totally anticlimactic. The puzzles should be difficult but turning everything into algebraic problems is not fun at all - you guys should rethink the puzzles at the end.

We were in town and looking for something to do outside of clubbing etc. So glad we found this place! We have done many in Atlanta and really enjoyed the spy room. Alejandro was very nice and made the experience fun. This room is hard but we got out with 4 minutes to spare. Fun times!

Worst escape room we have ever done (weve done approximately 15). I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. (We did the pirate room. Its possible that the other room isnt as bad, but Im assuming theyre the same level of quality- or lack thereof.)

This was my first time doing an escape event and wow was it fun. This venue had really great clues that were challenging and fun to do as a team. We did the spy room so I cant speak for the other rooms but definitely recommend!

This review is for a birthday party for a group of 12yrs old. They had a blast and were given a few extra minutes to escape. This was a great experience, customer service was great and theres plenty of parking

This is the most fun Ive had in a while. If youre in the design district and tired of galleries and bars, come here with your friends and work your way out of the Paniq room. Its super fun.
