My husband sent my violin to be restrung as a surprise when I broke a string, and they never told him the secondary company would need permission to do the work, so they had my violin for months, I went to pick it up, and they didnt have it (which seriously concerned me), and when it was returned, they broke my shoulder guard, and tore up the foam on it (I suspect trying to remove it), and they never called to say when it was finished. Dont go to them if you need repairs or servicing, and especially dont go to them for things you can do yourself.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Every time I sent a guitar project to them they knew exactly what I wanted and were quick to setup my instruments. Their charges are cheap and not a rip off like their competitor in town who doesnt treat there customers well and dont maintain their products. They are willing to negotiate prices for their floor models and their instruments are already setup. More guitar and amp options than their in town competitor. Great store!

I have used the Florence store as a venue for my piano recitals and music summer camp for several years. The staff is very knowledgeable and passionate about music. They have always accommodated my requests and go above and beyond. This is truly a "full-service" facility with sheet music, instruments, lessons, recording and a concert venue.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of instruments, including Steinway Pianos. Lots of books and sheet music to choose from. They also offer a nice performance hall / recording studio where they have performances and clinics. In the back are lesson rooms, a repair shop, and a luthier. Willis is a one stop shop.

Took my flute there to get it fixed so they gave me a loner and I had the loner flute for two years and then they called telling me my flute was ready and I got it back and it still was not fixed.

Good store, but "superstore" seems a bit of a stretch. Ive gone in there for not obscure pieces of equipment 3-4 times that they just dont carry.
